Net en mooi hotel. Het personeel is enorm lief en behulpzaam met name de bellboys (koray). Hygiene is top. Vond het ontbijt echt minder en in de directe omgeving van het hotel is niet veel te doen. Er is een gratis shuttle service naar taksim die een aantal keer per dag op en neer gaat. Het is helaas niet op loopafstand. Maar al met al een hele goede ervaring.

Wir waren mit Kleinkind in diesem Hotel. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Lage war gut. In der Nähe gibt es einen sehr schön gemachten Einkaufs und Restaurant Passage. Taksim ist zu Fuß etwas weit. Das Personal war immer bemüht. Was gestört hat war das das Personal wirklich mehrmals am Tag eine Bewertung mit Nennung der einzelnen Mitarbeiter Namen wollte. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Auswahl war gering und jeden Tag gleich. Der Käse und Salami war immer trocken obwohl es immer nachgefüllt wurde. Die Einrichtung war modern und Das Zimmer geräumig. Die Putzfrau kam täglich aber hat nicht viel gemacht. Es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttle nach Taksim und zurück. Beim Check-in muss eine Kaution hinterlegt werden welches vor der Buchung nicht ersichtlich ist.

Resepsiyondaki arkadaslar guleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otel-Taksim'e shuttle olması çok iyi düşünülmüş.. odalar temizdi. Sadece bizim odanin tv sesi acilmiyordu. Bunu iletmeme ragmen cözum bulunamadı ama pek sorun değil.. bu bölgede kalma isyeyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Really loved this beautiful hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing so delicious I always wake up so happy to come and enjoy the breakfast with such good food choices and traditional Turkish breakfast. Such a friendly team at reception and the waitress/waitors for breakfast too. The food is very good quality and delicious! Such a clean posh elegant hotel and local to Taksim which is great. Loved the rooms were so clean and beautiful views

This hotel is in a great location, easy to catch the bus or call a taxi. Overall staff were helpful and eager to help, when we had some issues with dirty towels they helped and fixed the issue right away. Check in and check out were simple and room was quiet with good AC. Overall we liked staying here.

We booked 3 rooms, 2 normal rooms and 1 suite that was located on the seventh floor. The normal rooms we had no major issues with besides small things like that the sink was not optimal and that the shower head was falling down and we needed to hold it while showering. The room was clean and nothing out of the ordinary. The suite however was full of little flies and smelled like the sewerage pipes exploded in my room. So i reported the issue and asked for another room if the problem couldn't be fixed on the same day (with a normal tone no need for yelling and getting mad for nothing). The receptionist said that they will fix it immediately rest assured i left the hotel. In the evening i went to the reception and the new receptionist couldn't see anything in the system about my report and said to me that if i reported it it would be done straight away. So when i arrived to my room i was faced with sewerage smell infused with a cheap parfum a failed attempt to mask the sewerage smell i think. The flies were still happily flying in a group formation. So in the end nothing was done to the problems. I went again to the reception asked for another room due to the circumstances, this wasn't possible. So we checked out without any refund for the remaning days that we had booked at the hotel. Final verdict for the suit that i was staying at: dirty, the living room couches had visible stains all over it, the floor was sticky. The sewerage smell and flies were the last drops.

Ich hab ein Suite gebucht, die zwei zusätzlichen Betten für die Kinder waren ausziehbare Schlafsofa, sehr ungemütlich, die im Raum befindlichen Tische alt! Der Schlafsofa sehr unpraktisch. Das Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Ich hätte von einem Fünftel viel mehr erwartet.!!!

Extremely poor service at this hotel. I have never experienced a hotel which such poor and a negative attitude. The answer was always NO to everything. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom which resulted to a super hot Room in the evening having called repeatedly and making a complaint the Answer was no we cannot change your room til we fix it. The shower fixings we’re broken which meant the shower head kept falling as water passed through it: when complaining about this we was told it was because you requested a room with a bath. Could they fix it? No: not til the next day. The NON SMOKING room smelt of smoke. When this was mentioned they said NO this is not possible. They overcharged me from the amount agreed with hotels.com by £50, Breakfast was added at 3 times the amount shown on the website, when questioned they said No we match OUR website price as rates change daily! SEFER in particular was a arrogant man at reception, I WONT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN

The service wasn’t great. Very slow internet. Food not great and overpriced. Reported faulty fridge on day one and absolutely nothing was done about it. Broken phone system, had to go downstairs every time I needed reception or room service. They did not clean my room one day, run out of toilet tissue. I would not stay there again. This was not a 5star hotel experience.

Title: Inconsistent Front Desk, Subpar Breakfast – Exceptional Service from Delphine As a frequent guest of five-star hotels, I rarely leave reviews—whether positive or negative. The kindness and hospitality of Turkish people was no where to be find in this hotel. The only few people that tried to lend some service where the women at the reception. The men at the reception were harsh and cold, did no efforts to make the stay enjoyable. The pregnant woman at the restaurant was very kind and also the cleaning people. The room was comfortable and clean. For a family stay I do not recommend this hotel. For business is it ok. The biggest lack for me was smile and kindness from the personnel.

It was really nice, I just have one complaint! I asked the front desk if all the rooms came with complimentary breakfast and he said yes but the next morning the check in person said we did not have it for our room number. Having everyone on the same page with the same info, would be fantastic!

Net en mooi hotel. Het personeel is enorm lief en behulpzaam met name de bellboys (koray). Hygiene is top. Vond het ontbijt echt minder en in de directe omgeving van het hotel is niet veel te doen. Er is een gratis shuttle service naar taksim die een aantal keer per dag op en neer gaat. Het is helaas niet op loopafstand. Maar al met al een hele goede ervaring.

This hotel is in a great location, easy to catch the bus or call a taxi. Overall staff were helpful and eager to help, when we had some issues with dirty towels they helped and fixed the issue right away. Check in and check out were simple and room was quiet with good AC. Wir waren mit Kleinkind in diesem Hotel. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Lage war gut. In der Nähe gibt es einen sehr schön gemachten Einkaufs und Restaurant Passage. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Auswahl war gering und jeden Tag gleich. Der Käse und Salami war immer trocken obwohl es immer nachgefüllt wurde. Die Einrichtung war modern und Das Zimmer geräumig. Die Putzfrau kam täglich aber hat nicht viel gemacht. Es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttle nach Taksim und zurück. Oddly, a lot of people who have just had surgery recuperate at this hotel, which is weird for a hotel. You will see a lot of people who have just been operated as guests, which is not ideal when you are visiting Istanbul. Other than that, the hotel is nice and clean overall. I do think it is far awak from main areas such as Karakoy, Bebek, Galata, it is not within walkable distance, as other reviews said.

Really loved this beautiful hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing so delicious I always wake up so happy to come and enjoy the breakfast with such good food choices and traditional Turkish breakfast. Such a friendly team at reception and the waitress/waitors for breakfast too. The food is very good quality and delicious! Such a clean posh elegant hotel and local to Taksim which is great. The service wasn’t great. Very slow internet. Food not great and overpriced. Reported faulty fridge on day one and absolutely nothing was done about it. Broken phone system, had to go downstairs every time I needed reception or room service. They did not clean my room one day, run out of toilet tissue. I would not stay there again. This was not a 5star hotel experience.
