Lovely staff who were really helpful. Parking is behind locked gates which gives great security. Room was clean and modern. It's noisy, but this to be expected as so close to Heathrow although some extra sound proofing would be my only recommendation.

Staff were friendly. The room was clean. The road outside is noisy and as the room was hot the window needed to be open. The fan was noisy until I mended it. The location is convenient for Heathrow and a bonus of staying is extra day parking is charged at £8 per day. I wish I had known this. It would be great to include that in the details. The low energy lights flowed even when off and I ended up removing the 4 ceiling bulbs so we could have a conducive environment for sleep and replaced them in the morning. The parking area is gated but also used as dumping ground and let’s the overall tidy appearance down. If you don’t come by car you wouldn’t know! If you have an older car be aware that it is in the low emission zone and arriving at and leaving the hotel will each cost £12.50. Overall the place is decent. The pillows are thin and very hard. The smoke detector in my room had been covered probably by a previous guest who decided to smoke.

Basic accommodation close.to airport. Friendly and helpful owner and family. Simple, comfortable rooms. It is noosy as you are next to a major airport and a main road, but earplugs will ensure a good nights sleep!. Close to convenience stores, restaurants and take aways. No food served in hotel, but tea and coffee provided and there is a communal kitchen to prepare food and sit and eat

Very basic accommodations at the end of a “hotel row” near Heathrow. We booked a room only because Aer Lingus and British Airways had screwed up our booking and transfer on a flight. There is no dining at the hotel nor nearby; aircraft noise is very loud; no shuttle, you have to take an Uber, Lyft or cab. Basically we stayed there because we were too tired to search for anywhere else at 10 pm with no luggage. Nice people running the place; reasonably safe; clean; worn-out carpet. No elevator. Appears to be a shoestring operation by people trying to do their best. Nice fish tank in the lobby, though

Property is advertised to be a bed and breakfast, yet at the time of this review, 2023, does not provide breakfast as indicated by a sign on the kitchen door - COVID. No safe is provided on site to store your valuables or passport. Bathroom fan was broken. In order to access the property one must ring the front doorbell. This can be disruptive to other sleeping patrons if other guests are returning late, as the doorbell can be heard from the room. Property management is a family and whether it is other guests, the staff or children of the staff, slamming of doors, children shouting, or the front door(?) closing causing our door to rattle early in the morning (630am) was a nuisance and continued to prove difficult during the tenure of our stay (2 nights).

They gave our room to someone else so we had to take different accommodations. The entire place was pretty dirty, it smelled like cigarettes in most of the room and like mildew in the bathroom. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and fruit flies came out of the shower drain. We had two rooms and one room had a sign warning not to drink the water and the other didn’t which what rather concerning because either they neglected to warn all of the guests of the water situation or that one particular room had problems with the pipes. One of the rooms also had absolutely zero functional outlets. Both rooms were missing smoke detectors. I absolutely would not recommend.

Proximity to the airport is the only positive about this stay. It was noisy, dirty, the staff slept on the sofa with a quilt. It stank. No plug in rooms. Bathroom ok. Uncomfortable cramped. Couldn’t wait to leave. Never again.

When I arrived, I questioned my choice… rough outside! I went in and the smell of food permeated through the whole place. Carpet in my room dirty, walls dirty, base of bed dirty, baseboards and outlets dirty. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was nice! Early morning airplanes fly over so be ready for that!! I did get a 5-6 hours of sleep on a 15 hr layover at Heathrow and was close to airport.

The place isn’t amazing, but considering that the room has an en-suite and only 8 minutes drive from T4, I am not unhappy with what I paid. The bathroom was clean, but it is obvious that the cleaners did a rush job because both bins were not emptied.

Only used for the night as at the airport early next day. For two of us we both found the beds uncomfortably, parking was on the street, if you could find somewhere. It didn't bother us both as we were tired but you are on the flight landing path for planes so very noisy late in evening

Great location for easy access to Heathrow and cheap!! One night stay before picking someone up very early from Heathrow - I was looking for something cheap - it worked. Essentially a house converted into rooms. It was a mix - bathroom was all brand new - bed room a little dated. the walls need a paint in some areas - hand prints and other scuff marks. Bed was too hard for me.

Right in the flight path, impossible to sleep. Shower scalding hot and leaking so unusable. No security lock inside door. Mattresses very cheap and uncomfortable. Front desk staff barely spoke English, but was friendly. Run down and generally scruffy. Ridiculously overpriced.

No one responds to messages and phone calls go to voice mail. There is no elevator. The guy at the reception was rude and knocked past midnight on my daughter's room, scaring her, because HE forgot to take the hotel charges (they could have waited until the morning). I've stayed at several budget hotels but stay away from this one!

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly, the hub itself was very convenient to the tube station Hounslow West (a quick and simple 20 min walk) and access to Heathrow Terminals and Central London. The room was clean and adequate for a budget hotel, although I had trouble with the shower taps which were stiff and only allowed hot water through. Overall a great experience and to be recommended if you want a hotel for a couple of days around London and not pay a fortune.

This is a stop-over hotel for those flying early or arriving late into Heathrow. It's cheap and clean, and the staff were helpful. But it's not somewhere you'd stop for any other reason. There's not much in the environs and none of it is salubrious. But for a layover on the way in our out, it fits the bill.

I don’t usually leave a bad review but this hotel has many issues. The area is not very nice (unsafe feeling). No towels in the room…I guess you were supposed to ask for them. We had an extreme late arrival and an early departure so we were only there for 3 hours…thank goodness. I wouldn’t have stayed otherwise. I would avoid this hotel.
I don’t usually leave a bad review but this hotel has many issues. The area is not very nice (unsafe feeling). No towels in the room…I guess you were supposed to ask for them. The place is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The manager is nice and helpful. The hotel needs to bring back the breakfast service again. Covid is over.

The accommodation itself was good. Comfy bed, good pillows. Nicely renovated room, carpet was a bit dirty. The room smelled clean. Nice bathroom. Very friendly people at the desk. The check out time is 10. I asked for 11 when we checked in and was told, yes, 11 or even 11:30 would be fine. Really good Indian restaurant within walking distance for dinner. And also a McDonalds the other way, close by for breakfast. My only complaint is that there was no working television. The guy at the front desk said it had something to do with the internet. The wifi was working. Lots of planes overhead from the early hours, but this was expected as we were so close to the airport, my sound machine masked most of it. £15 Uber to the airport. I’d personally stay there again.

This is a place I will never be traveling back to. The staff was extremely unprofessional, the bed was worse than sleeping on the floor, the area had very limited eating choices and no restaurant on sight. One night was more than enough for me.

Very basic accommodations at the end of a “hotel row” near Heathrow. We booked a room only because Aer Lingus and British Airways had screwed up our booking and transfer on a flight. There is no dining at the hotel nor nearby; aircraft noise is very loud; no shuttle, you have to take an Uber, Lyft or cab. Basically we stayed there because we were too tired to search for anywhere else at 10 pm with no luggage. Nice people running the place; reasonably safe; clean; worn-out carpet. No elevator. Appears to be a shoestring operation by people trying to do their best. Nice fish tank in the lobby, though

Property is advertised to be a bed and breakfast, yet at the time of this review, 2023, does not provide breakfast as indicated by a sign on the kitchen door - COVID. No safe is provided on site to store your valuables or passport. Bathroom fan was broken. In order to access the property one must ring the front doorbell. This can be disruptive to other sleeping patrons if other guests are returning late, as the doorbell can be heard from the room. Property management is a family and whether it is other guests, the staff or children of the staff, slamming of doors, children shouting, or the front door(?) closing causing our door to rattle early in the morning (630am) was a nuisance and continued to prove difficult during the tenure of our stay (2 nights).
