For some reason in their wisdom, they put me and my 4 year old daughter on the top floor. 86 steps. It was also a heatwave. We had a buggy and our luggage. Noone offered to help at checkin or checkout. It is not the staff's fault it was a heatwave, just poor planning and logistics. I asked about relocating to a different floor, or side of the building with less direct sunlight everyday. I was offered an extra fan. This was particularly infuriating as 2 doors down from us checked out whilst we were staying. They had a window opening into the shade. It would have been an easy move.

Las habitaciones estuvieron limpias, el personal muy amable nos ayudó en todo lo necesario, la cocina es muy funcional para poder preparar alimentos, los baños estaban siempre limpios.
