Very poor, discourteous and unhelpful. We felt more like an inconvenience than guests. The room was ok, staff not especially helpful or polite. Very keen to gain tips for the slightest bit of help.

Very bad attitude from front desk. Food is not of good quality. No choices. Wifi is not free and is expensive. Hotel should only be 3 stars.

DO NOT BOOK!!! This hotel’s staff was a mess, Rania from the reception area tried to steal from us. We had booked a room with a pool view and she requested 30 eauros for the upgrade! Believe it or not you have to pay 15 euros to have access to the wifi. We paid in egyptian money and she didnt give us the change back. When we got to the room she only gave us one key because the replacement keys are 5 euros to replaced . The room was hot at nights !!! Stay away from this hotel ! Such a bad experience!!!!!! When you are in vacation you dont want to be worring about thiefs jn the hotel !!!
