Been Staying Here Everytime I Go to Laredo , They Never Dissappoint !

My stay was business. Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby?

Clean spacious room. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Only wish is the shower to gave a bigger corner caddy for my toiletries. I was able to fit 2 small travel bottles. I have 4, so the rest were placed on the floor. I have strong back pain so it was not convenient for me to bend to pick up my toiletries. But I learned, U will buy a suction caddy to have my own in case I ever encounter this issue again.

Very clean rooms. Front desk friendly and helpful. Only problem was the room frig temp was warm and no switch to adjust temp. But plan to stay again in the near future.

The room was very clean and quiet. Improvement: get rid of those small square sleeping pillows. Neither my husband nor I slept well. Who uses those at home? No one. It’s not comfortable by any stretch of the imagination. It’s like sleeping on a decorative couch pillow, but more puffy.
