The deadbolt lock on room 106's door was very difficult to operate. To engage or disengage the lock, one had to lift the door hard. Other than that the room was fine. Breakfast consisted of cold items except for toast. That is acceptable given the rather low room rent. Location is good with restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is good even for large vehicles.

They really fixed up this place and the location is great. Staff very friendly. Worth staying there especially for the price. Has a fenced area for dogs to play and do their business.

The place was a bit run down and in a bad neighborhood. Ice machine broken. Vending machines unplugged. Noisy neighbors and limited TV service. Not worth the cost

No exterior security cameras. Transients around the property. Room carpet worn and stained. Mold in the calking around bath tub. Cigarette butts on the ground. Noisy. Air conditioner noisy. Breakfast was toast or cereal. Way overpriced!!!!

The property is quiet, as it is located off a major street. However, the fan running in the hallway (not sure why) was noisy. Our non-smoking room had holes in the top bed cover, so I'm not sure if this was a non-smoking room.

Don't let the exterior of this hotel throw you off. I was a bit apprehensive when I saw the exterior, but the interior was clean, tidy and very nice. My room was spotless and looked fresh, I could tell they have been trying to rejuvenate the property. The bed was super comfortable and I slept well as the hotel was quiet. I woke up too late to try the complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful as well. I will be staying here in the future, next time I am visiting Great Falls.

I would say the positive point is we didn't find any bed bugs in our room...the breakfast was okay, the usual toast/fruit/cereal. The whole property reeked of cigarette smoke and bleach..there was a massive hole in our bathroom door...dirty shower...patchy paint on walls...just minimal effort all around. Front desk staff was okay, not super friendly. It was a bed to sleep in and did the job. You get what you pay for

The place looked very run down, lots of un savory people loitering around the property, the place reeked of weed and tobacco, the stay was enough for one night and to leave the next day. We never stayed long in the hotel because it smelled strongly of weed, the surrounding property felt very unsafe and unwelcoming. Would advise you to do your research.

This hotel is disgustingly dirty and not maintained. It stank of smoke and dirty carpet. The noise of other guests carried on until late at night. The bathtub was moldy and broken.

Definitely needs an upgrade.. and a deep clean. The bathtub had black marks in it, the bathroom door had holes in it. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The blankets had holes in them, some looked like cigarette burns and others looked like cuts. The lamp shades were dirty and broken on the inside. We were in a non-smoking room and we could smell pot & cigarette smoke the entire time. The people in the room next to us would bang on the walls which seemed like every five minutes. We did not want to spend more time than we needed to in the room. I guess you get what you pay for.

The bathroom was not cleaned, as evidence from the dried layer of dirt on most of the tub and batroom. The tub surround was pealing off the wall, and the floor planes were patchy. The front desk staff however, was amazing! Professional, and courteous. I didn't have any requests, but they were nice, not rude in any way, and kept things simple.

The room was adequate. I had to ask for another roll of toilet paper, the hair dryer didn't work, and the wifi was so weak that it was not useable. The only place to hang clothes was over the desk. Otherwise, the location was quiet and access was easy.

A very pleasant stay overnight. A missing pillow was soon supplied. The staff member was very helpful and kind. WIFI in the room was irregular but fine in the comfortable lobby.

Check in PM guy was great. Morning guy bald with dog was lazy and hostile. He was mad at me for being in the breakfast area 5 minutes early. No coffee or food out at 6:55. He told me to "get out" but his dog was in the doorway barking at me and I asked him to do something with his dog. He just kept saying it won't bite. The next morning again no breakfast out at 5 after 0700. He said it wasn't his job as his relief was late. I asked him to put something out and his dog was barking at me again. I said i am not in the dining room why is it barking at me now? He said he called me a dirty name and said that's why. He finally started putting stuff out at 10 after. Very poor attitude. Very bad customer service. I will never come back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Even when Expedia didn't complete my reservation, the staff at the Grizzly Inn were able to make it happen. The rooms were really nice with tv, fridge, microwave, hot shower and a comfy bed. It was a little out of the way which made it quiet! I will stay there again.

Pretty run down, but hey, you get what you pay for. Had to wait forever at the front desk at check in. The worker had his girlfriend and a dog in the waiting room and it as pretty annoying. Bed was nice. Room overall was acceptable for the price, but would not stay again.

Parking lot had unsavory men walking around that were obviously not guests. One pane of the front lobby window was completely cracked. Lobby heavily worn. Checked in went to room, heard yelling & loud TV sounds, ground flr looked out window where screen peeled back & window not seated well in its track. Room heavily worn, reasonably clean. Checked out after 5 min. traveling alone did not feel safe sleeping there. This place should not be an option on Expedia.

The ad says breakfast included. The breakfast was yogurt and a packaged danish. There was apples. This was served in the lobby and the breakfast room sat empty. We did not expect much. But toast and cereal and a place to sit would have been perfect

For what you pay compared to anywhere else in great falls it’s fine. We came expecting beds and a place to sleep and that’s exactly what we got. Beds were comfortable, rooms are clean, staff is friendly hard working folk. Is it dated? Absolutely, but again the price was right! Breakfast is pretty limited again compared to places 3-4x the cost, but again met expectations for us. On the buffet was biscuits and gravy which we don’t do being from north of the border, but to each his own. There was bread, toaster, individually wrapped sweet danish, two kinds of cereal, yogurt, fruit cups, juice, coffee, tea. So definitely can find something to eat. Will be staying again on the way back north.
