Great location, staff was wonderful, breakfast was good! My only reason for not the highest rating was that several things were a little annoying. The hot tub was not working at the pool. The elevator was very slow and there was only one. In our room (203), the toilet would run for a very long time before shutting off and we could also hear a weird sound almost like a hot water heater cycling that was annoying until it would go off. Also the TV channel guide would not show any programs so it was hard to navigate the TV channels. But, I would still recommend and the location was very good.

The property was fine except when we went to leave after our one night stay. The elevator was not working and my wife is disabled and we were on the third floor. When I went to ask for assistance to move our luggage and help with her UStep walker the two ladies at the front desk were taken back by such a request. After explaining again the situation they said they had a maintenance worker coming from Wichita but he wouldn’t be there for an hour. I said that just would not be acceptable. After shooting me a look that could kill she called another maintenance person that came and helped. He was very kind and understood the situation and apologized for the elevator being out of service. He should be the one training the front desk help who didn’t even offer an apology.

Very friendly place, pretty quiet. Breakfast was better than most hotels. They definitely worked with us on late check out. The convenience fee is normally $100 for most places, their's is only $15. The pool was cleaner than most, they also have a hot tub.

The pool area is of terrible danger. The floor and steps to the pool can cause serious accidents. I watched 2 people fall flat on their backs while entering the pool. VERY unsafe.

All around, pretty good. Didn't like the fact that we couldn't control the blinds in the room..the whole hotel had to share remote. Also the jets in hot tub didn't work and was really looking forward to that for stay.

Room was nice and clean and bed was very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was a bonus but the heating must have been broken as it wasn't warm at all. They had a great selection for breakfast also!

We stayed over the weekend and the room was perfect. It was nice to have such a clean spacious room. The bathroom was spacious as well. It had a nice large walk in shower. They also supplied great quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast in the morning was great with options that we love and it was very convenient.

The ice machine access on the floors is too open that it creates noise that is easily heard in the rooms. I heard someone using them at 5 a.m. and woke from a dead sleep like we were under attack! Pro's:Very clean hotel, beds very comfortable, breakfast was excellent!! Con's: There was some kind of a hum/whirring sound (not from the air conditioner) that continued off and on all night that was a little irritating once the room was quiet/T.V. off, etc. All in all, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was great! They have a lot of new employees there that charged me $300 when they were suppose to be charging $15 for incidentals. Bad experience for my visit taking my son to college there. Even the general mgr was new😡! No one new how to refund my money. The property is A1. The staff is New and not trained properly. Won’t stay again when visiting my son due to the error cause by this unauthorized charge.

We have stayed here before and always had a good experience. We were there for 5 days this time and on the 3rd day we still had not had any service from housekeeping which was fine up to that day. I went to the front desk and asked if we could have someone at least come in and empty the trash, give us fresh towels and cups. The young man at the front desk said the staff was too busy and I would need to go find the housekeeper and ask them to go to my room. I proceeded to ask him if he could contact the housekeeping staff and he said no I don’t have time to.and if I wanted it done I would need to go ask. I was very surprised at the unprofessional response that I received. I did go find one of the housekeepers and she was very friendly and very apologetic. The young man at the front desk was not. He was rude and dismissive. All the other front desk staff was very friendly.
