Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Pulaski/Green Bay

No soap in bathroom except in shower, continental breakfast was a hide and seek, for salt/pepper etc. No one in breakfast area to assist, pool was closed

Swimming pool was closed, no notice on web site. No maid service. Charged $25 early check in fee even though only 2 cars in parking lot. Expensive for what you got.

Best place we've stayed in a long time! Very clean and spacious. Too bad pool was closed. Rainy day would have been nice to spend at the pool.

Dirty towel left in the bottom of the refrigerator that was leaking. Refrigerator did not work in my room. Traveling with kids and pool was closed not working. Breakfast was very limited. Not worth the price that was paid for the night.

This properly is veryclean. Staff are extremely nice. Their shuttle bus brought us to Lambeau Field for the Packers vs Chiefs, and picked us up for the return to the hotel one hour after the game ended. Such a sweet deal!! Thank you all so much!

The only complaint I have is the pool was down but we didn't get a warning at checkin or really an explanation why, otherwise everything was amazing. I was genuinely surprised by everything the room contained, the breakfast was a good classic hotel breakfast, there even was a bar area.

The had a small bar and on Packer home games everything in bar 1/2 price. You can take a shuttle to the game for $25.00.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The on-site lounge was a bonus. Only negative - we were not told that you have to request housekeeping services. 3 night stay and no fresh towels or garbages emptied. When we inquired about this we were told you must request this to be done. Not a problem if we had been told that on check-in.

Great stay. Shuttle available to get to the Packer game. Very convenient and affordable. Clean room, friendly staff - would stay again.

All was great, except the refrigerator wasn't cleaned. There was what looked like chocolate something spilled in big blobs in it. Would stay here again.

Sheets didn’t even stay on the mattress. Could see dirty stains in it. Shower drain kept falling and clogging the shower. Had to switch rooms due to the sink not draining. Shower curtain had stains on it like it hasn’t been switched out. Staff was never at the front desk, nor did they answer the phone when we tried to contact them.

There was a smoke smell when you first walked in. Toenail clippings were on the side of the bed. The breakfast was pretty picked over before 830

it’s dated but still nice.. found hair in the shower upon check in.. they clearly don’t move the furniture to clean behind it.. Laura was super awesome

Nice hotel. Overall clean and well kept up. No recycling bins. Soap shards stuck to the bottom of the shower and a bottle of shampoo stuck in the shower bracket. Quiet location with easy access to highways.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a full size refrigerator, cook top, and dishwasher in the room, along with a roomy bathroom, living room area, and separate bedroom. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were meh, but this seems to be the trend these days. My only complaint was that no one was available for checkout around 10am, even after standing there for about 10 minutes and ringing their "doorbell". Ended up just leaving, as I'm sore the other guests waiting behind me did also.

We loved the shuttle and the lounge. We did not like how close our room was to the desk. We heard everything, including the phone constantly ringing.

Quick overnight trip for Business....room was very spacious - a lot of room at desk to work in the evening, luggage storage, etc. Clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed! Easy to find, good access to highway - quiet neighborhood!

You can hear anyone walking by in the room. I left my room with my TV on, and I could hear it clearly in the hall. Overall, it's a nice place, but not very soundproof.

We really enjoyed our stay here in 2023 so we booked again for our 2024 family trip. Our room this trip was clean but the bed was extremely “dipped” in the center. The kitchen has gone down significantly. No where near the appropriate amount made for a sold out hotel. Many people had to wait for food and then minimal was put out.

I've stayed here on/off for years when visiting family. Hotel staff are always great and the rooms are typically awesome. (I had one stay in 2024 that i ended up switching rooms 3x due to cracked shower floors and tvs notworking).

Nice property, well maintained. Breakfast is good. Water pressure and anount of towels in room is good. Only issue would be to replace mattresses. Ours was a coil mattress and has been in use many many years.

Price changed 3 times was 114 dollars online when i reserved it it went up to 200 something dollars when we got here she told us it was 282 that’s fine then it charged me 330 dollars, i get having additional fees but showing me 3 prices each time is crazy the hotel was not worth the price anyways.

The hotel was wonderful. Clean, nice rooms, comfortable. I gave the hotel a 3 star rating because the breakfast was bad the day prior. This morning I had the sheer displeasure of Ricco calling me from the hotel to argue with me about my rating. The milk was still rotten this morning but there were eggs and yogurt.

The hotel was a typical chain, clean with an adequate continental breakfast. The front desk staff was rude at checkout. He dismissed me when I stood there waiting for a receipt, looking at me like I had two heads so I left without a receipt. I never did get an electronic receipt either.

Problems with check in. Staff did not register we were in room and next morning gave our room to another guest. All of a sudden someone was coming in our room

A cleaning person came in our room saying she thought it was empty and went to front desk. Front desk called me and said I didn’t have a reservation and was charging my card. I said I had a reservation with Expedia and I was frustrated as I had paid for room already. Front desk person was accusatory not wanting to resolve. I went to front desk in my pajamas and she said she called her manager to come in. I asked her to call me when the manager came in. I proceeded to call Expedia who tried to call the hotel but there was no answer so she wrote them an email. I waited for them to call me, but continued to get ready for the day. After I was ready and we were packed, we went to the front desk. We were told they had resolved the situation. The manager said she was sorry about the incident. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. First being accused of poaching a room without any regard for resolution and second when it was resolved (without me) why didn’t the manager call me and tell me it had been resolved instead of me having to seek out answers. After all I was accused of poaching. The situation in my opinion was handled poorly by staff and management at the hotel. FYI the previous morning we had another customer have a key to our room as staff gave our room, which we were occupying to them saying no one was in the room! The entire stay was filled with the staff not knowing we were there yet I paid almost $500 for the two nights. Why are they so unorganized?

Nice selection and reasonable prices for snacks and concessions. Beds arw on the soft side but nice rooms. Good internet. Eggs and meat option change daily and waffle maker.

Upon check in the desk person didn’t advise the time of breakfast the next morning or any of the amenities. In the morning went in for breakfast at 7:00 am. The eggs and sausage links were cold. Went to shower and the body wash was empty.

Room and property are clean and nice. Staff was accomadating. The breakfast lacks and they ran out of milk our first day and it still was not resupplied for our next day.
