We were greeted warmly, our room was nice, the bed comfy and we had everything we needed. The elevators were slow, smelled like oil and were very warm, but hey - they got us up & down! The breakfast fare was pretty standard, nothing grand, but adequate. We would stay there again should we come thru Albuquerque in the future.

Initial room I was assigned on a non smoking floor had clearly been smoked in (one could tell from outside the hall). How a cleaning person could not notice this is beyond me. How the supervisor who should be checking up on the cleaning staff prior to releasing a room didn't block the room off is inconceivable. Fortunately they gave me a different room so I didn't have to go elsewhere. Rooms themselves are nice. Front desk staff were disorganized and unprepared. Initially put me down for a shuttle an hour after the one I requested... If you need an AM shuttle (particularly the first one at 4AM for an early flight) call ahead before checking in as that fills up quickly and they only run every half hour. It's a small van so few people and less luggage. The next morning the front desk person first told us they had a scale to weigh our bags, then couldn't find it. Suggested we use the one in the fittness center but there actually was none there. Otherwise a pleasant stay but definitely not a 5 star experience. I struggled to give them 4.

Clean room, good breakfast, close to airport and car rental facility. Also close to I-25. If you want a shuttle to or from the airport, you must schedule it in advance. Shuttle does not run after 10 pm or before 4 am. Property description on hotels.com said it ran 24 hours.

Property was run down and not clean. There was a washer and dryer, the clerk said it was $2.00 to wash and dry clothes. It was actually $2.00 to wash, and $2.00 to dry. Unfortunately, they don't have or make change, even if you purchase something from them (a snack or drink). This is poor customer service, also the laundry room was dirty and there was the smell of marijuana all over the property. Very disappointed at this property especially since it was a Hampton Inn property.

The Albuquerque hotel was very nice. The facility was clean, everything was in good condition, the room I had was spacious and all the staff I encountered were polite and professional. About the only thing I can think of that wasn't ideal is how they mounted the TV. It was attached to an exterior wall in the middle of the room. The swivel it was on didn't rotate enough though, it needed to have 90 degrees of travel for it to be fully viewable from the couch or the bed (both of which were on opposite sides of the room). I'm not sure it had even 45 degrees of travel, that made viewing a bit challenging. Other than that, everything about my stay was pleasant.

Air conditioner in our suiet didnt work so we had to go out and buy fans. Also the bathtub had mold all over the place. For $167 i expected better. The room size and wifi i had to pay for was the only thing that made the stay worth it bc we could actually game on the wifi.

No question, the staff here went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure I had a smooth experience. I was just staying a quick overnight before flying out Sunday morning, and from start to finish they were efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and lovely. We arrived to check in at about 11:15pm - no staff was present and a sign at the front desk said they would return shortly. We waited about 15 minutes before the desk clerk returned, meanwhile other guests had also arrived to check in. The desk clerk made no explanation and was not very friendly or welcoming.

The service from the front desk staff was friendly and excellent, the snacks available to purchase at night were good, the beds, towels, soaps, and shampoos were really good, parking was easy, and I really liked the continental breakfast. Would stay here again the next time I come to Albuquerque.

The property and staff are just wonderful. However, the location is not real safe here. I am worried about my belongings in the back of my truck. I had to park backwards. Hopefully it’ll be there in the morning. Even the staff said that it’s not a very safe town.

This hotel does have decent amenities, front desk was great. The bed was lumpy, hard & completely unacceptable for the rate charged per night. I do like that they have breakfast but they should think of offering less items & focus on quality… the eggs don’t taste like eggs. They are either power or pre-frozen, coffee was ok.

This is a basic hotel without a restaurant on site. We were pleased to find that the room was clean, there were many towels and nice shampoo, lotion, etc. We did not sleep well due to noise from the refrigerator, the heater and the sound of stomping periodically on the floor above us throughout the night. This was disappointing as we’d flown in from Oregon that day were very tired. The breakfast was adequate but could have provided fresh fruit.

Excellent accommodations, start to finish! Staff is very helpful, courteous, professional. Room was superb. Great shower! Excellent Breakfast! The traffic situation in Albuquerque always is just a mess all the way around; never-ending road construction, congestion, etc. Makes getting to the hotel from the airport pretty challenging; but the room & helpful staff provided a very comfortable safe harbor!
