Stayed two nights. The pool never had towels restocked. Room 203 has low water pressure. The second night NO hot water (kids and I had to take literal cold showers). Maintenance never came until the next morning after i called to complain again. I called the general manager and manager of operations-Freddy Bowers and Daniel Cruz and left voicemails still no response. I ended up calling customer service and they gave me a typical case number that apparently nobody will ever review and continue to sit on a desk collecting dust. I was told someone would call me, one week later absolutely nothing. Won't stay with property again. Horrible experience

The food at the bistro was delicious but the service was slow and they were out of stock on beers and vodka. Our room was nice but the AC didn’t work and we were uncomfortable overnight with the temp in the room.

After having traveled a bit over the past few months, this is the first booking that was AS PICTURED on the app. The rooms, the outdoor space, the pool area, everything looked the same as the pictures. Check-in staff was very friendly and personable. Bar / restaurant staff the first night and was very friendly and helpful with our food choices. The breakfast staff (Rich or Rick) was great! These three people stood out as exemplary customer service representatives for the brand. All other staff was not rude or providing poor service, they just weren't as friendly and personable. They were doing their job as they were supposed to. I happen to prefer people who are more chatty. The only thing to complain about was the indoor pool was cold. It was clean and well stocked but cold. Overall 9/10 would recommend!

The parking after 10pm was terrible. Also, the food in the cafe is really good but it takes a while. Oatmeal took > 30 mins!! Provide upfront wait times so people can make decisions.

Wet and smelly! I stayed at this hotel with two small children and our room was gross. The entire carpet in our room was wet and damp, the room smelled bad, there was a soggy tissue box in the bathroom and so much noise all night long. I definitely won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it. So many other hotels nearby.

Be careful! Apparantly, these people will not accept cash- at ALL! Booked thru Expedia w/ option to pay cash but needed credit card to hold . Was told , when I checked in, that I could pay cash at checkout and then they would remove hold of amt on my card. At checkout I was told I did not have option to pay cash! When I asked the clerk, Lucy, about why I was told I could pay cash by the 2 clerks who checked me in - she said the 2 clerks were new! When I asked their names she told me she didnt know who was on. I asked if they didnt work on a schedule , and how did she know they were new if she didnt know Who they were? She gave me a card with the mgrs name on it. Something is rotten in there. There were problems w/prepaid breakfast vouchers too! Just to be fair --the property is clean & nice. Beds are comfy.

We were at the hotel Jan 10-12 2025 and we found a roach in our room when my wife went into the bathroom a roach was running on our personal items. We took pictures of this. It really made it hard to sleep afterwards.

I liked the comfortable bed and cleanliness. The modern part was ok. I didn't like that there was only ONE single coffee in the room went down and asked for more I received 2 reg and 3 decaf. None available for sale. No bodywash and microwave didn't work properly. I would easily stay there again but bring my own coffee.

The property was beautiful. The room was nice. We complained every day about the Tv cutting off and coming back on by itself plus the little pop-up window wouldn’t go away. All the maintenance man could tell us was he’s never had that happen before and that was it. Richard, who took care of the breakfast in the morning was terrific. He is a great asset.

Unable to get complimentary coffee or water when using a Third Party booking (Expedia) vs. using personal hotel membership. No clean towels or trash removal daily. Using a Third Party seemed to put us at a disadvantage this time, which led to less than a pleasurable overall experience.

The stay was great. We realized after we checked out that we had left an item in the room. We were at the commanders game and decided we would go back after we called and the front desk confirmed they found the item. When we went back the person at the front desk said the items were not passed down to him. We waited 45 minutes for him to call the person who worked previous shift, text them and walk around the lobby looking for the items. The items were in the desk he was standing at when I walked in. This was unprofessional. My wife was waiting in the car and she was irritated. We had a long drive going back home and we lost about 45 minutes waiting to recieve items that were in the desk. Please update your lost and found procedures or create a set place to obtain them.

Most of the staff are friendly but they are ineffective which is frustrating. The showers were either very hot or cool. You couldn’t get just right. The stream from the shower would set off the fire alarm. This happened twice. I called for a blow dryer the first day they said someone would bring one up. They never did. Housekeeping never came. The trash from leftovers was overwhelming. I called they said to bring down my own trash they didn’t have housekeeping. They have regular sized shampoo in the shower attached to the wall. It was empty called twice never filled. The task force manager was rude. Told me not to leave the trash. We got into words. Then he continued to say…you are a beautiful person repeatedly. That kind of passive aggressive sarcasm doesn’t work for me. When I left the building he then took it upon himself to tell my daughter I am rude. We’re rented two rooms for 4 days. Housekeeping finally came our last day. There was a note in the elevator with the managers name but no information how to contact him. The property wouldn’t provide contact information either. Unfortunate. The property sits on a highway that has high ambulance traffic. It was hard to sleep at night. I loved the additional sitting areas downstairs so we could play games etc. Maurice was really nice and provided good recommendations to dining around the area. The recommendations were spot on.

My stay at courtyard largo medical center drive was the same as it always is. A great stay always look forward to the cleanliness and upscale design of the room. However upon checking in I was informed that the incidental fee would be $250 which was higher than I remember from previous visits. Ironically the gentleman at the desk only charged me $100 but it took weeks to get that back. I'm not sure if I would stay there again only because of the incidental fee. However the property itself is very nice and is very clean. Staff were okay

Generally unsafe. I paid via Expedia and then was charged once I got there. I called Expedia to see what was going on. They called the hotel and the hotel said I was double charged and they’d refund the extra charge. Instead of doing that, they processed the cost of the room 6 more times! I paid over 1800 dollars for a 1 night stay. Still waiting for a refund.

The property itself was nice and parking was easy. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and never once got our room cleaned and were never told we would need to request it if that was the case. We had to ask for towels which the staff made us come down 3 floors to the front desk to get. We bought 2 sodas and 2 bags of chips from the market, which I paid for ($15) directly with my card. After I checked out and was hours away, I received a bill for over $32 for dining, which we never did. I called the front desk and she claimed if we bought from the market it could go on a room charge. I had already paid the $15. She said "I'll ask a manager about it and hung up." Also, the hotel was relatively empty and they put rooms of kids right next to us that left their room doors open like a dorm and were loud and rude in the hallway. Not one person asked us about our stay while we were there and we were in and out of the hotel for an event at the university. I have never had such awful service at a hotel that I believed would be perfect for what we needed. I will definitely not stay there again when we come back....and I would appreciate my money returned for charges I never accrued.

We booked a suite. It was on the 3rd floor on the end. We heard ambulances constantly (there's a medical facility across the road - not in sight of the hotel across the road behind the hotel). In addition, the 4th (top) floor tenants were walking back and forth all night long (including 2am) and each step was a loud thump. So we asked if they were checking out the next day and if so could we move to that room so no one would be above us. The girl at the desk said she couldn't tell us if they were checking out but would let us know if we could move later that day. She did NOTHING. We came back and were told that tenant DID check out but now there's a new one. They could have moved us there and put the new one on the 3rd floor (the rooms are the same). And we walk like normal humans across the floor. So we moved to a smaller room on the 4th floor on the other side of the hotel and building. Didn't hear the ambulances from that side. But heard the car alarms and revving engines of the parking lot at various hours. Also the every other day room cleaning is not executed well. We don't mind if they do it every other day, in fact we left our "do not disturb" up for 3 days so we asked if they could come while we were out and they said well it's not your day. What? So they can only clean that room on odd days? They can't go across the hall? The manager gave us a discount on the smaller room (which they should) but in all it was like $100 savings. Seems wrong.

Perfect l9cation off of I95. Traffic was backed up and I was exhausted. I like to stay near hospitals. Always a great area to find a great hotel. The room was big, clean and bright. Staff amazing.

Booked here for a concert. Staff and Hotel five stars.. but booked for the proximity of the arena, however it wasn’t the easiest to commute by foot or uber due to how it’s situated off the main road and traffic congestion. Outside of that Will definitely stay here again, but will plan better for transportation.

The overall hotel & my room was very clean. I requested a 2nd floor room when I completed my reservation, but when I checked in I was put on the 4th floor. The front desk employee did his best to accommodate me, but the hotel was fully booked. I was disappointed because I have anxiety with heights and I did not sleep well. Richard that works at the Bistro was so nice & friendly. He engaged in friendly conversation with me while I waited for my breakfast. The food was delicious. The front desk clerk stepped away to help another customer, so Richard stepped in and assisted by checking us out. I was very impressed.

Five Star Review for Richard (at the bistro) Three Stars for the hotel - It was a nice quiet stay. However: -The wifi did not work (even if you pay the extra 5 bucks for wifi) awful if you are trying to work remotely. - Stayed four nights and nobody came to clean the room (not sure if you have to ask for service but nobody asked if we wanted this or not). -The water pressure in the shower is very low and it took a long time for the water to get warm. We would stay here again just to see RICHARD at the bistro. He made such a difference during our stay, with positive energy, helpful and had an extensive knowledge of the menu. Richard should train the front desk in sense of urgency, efficient and meeting the guest needs. The night crew at the bistro left a lot to be desired. I hope Richard gets a raise or promotion he helps the hotel get good ratings. Thank you Richard!
