Everything about the hotel was fantastic from the check-in process where they let us store bags before our room is ready to the checkout process. They even had $150 prosciutto on sample. They also let us spin a wheel which gave us a $50 discount on the stay. I would stay at this brand as often as I could.

Staff helpful, location close to all and lively, few issues with the room including a very squeaky mattress but overall a good choice.

We booked the family room I think it’s called. It’s 2 conjoining rooms with lockable doors in the middle. It was perfect for us because it came with 2 full bathrooms! There is a resort fee but that includes unlimited boxed water and bottled soda refills. We never end up using any of the hotel amenities, so at least this time the resort fee didn’t feel like just an extra charge. The rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom was huge for nyc. The rooms were huge for nyc too, there was 2 beds or 1 king bed, a bistro set, closet with plenty of cubes to put things, and you could even open up 2 suitcases on the floor after that. First time staying in such a big nyc hotel room. They have restaurants on site and tons of food options within walking distance. Even Times Square is walkable but would take 20-30min. There were 2 subway stations within 3 blocks of the hotel. We thought this hotel was in a great location and would stay there again. The staff were also very helpful.
