Great staff! Front desk was super, & the shuttle driver was a very pleasant gentlemen, whisked us promptly to the casino & was right there to pick us up when called. Would definitely stay there again, very nice facility, good price.

This hotel needs some serious cleaning. Even the outside could use a fresh coat of paint. Just looks worn. The elevators were not working, so we had to use the service elevator. Which was okay, but the area to use the elevator was not clean. If the service elevator has to be used, the area should be at least clean, even though this is where the laundry room and other work rooms are. Our room smelled like grease. The desk staff said the kitchen was used earlier in the day to cook chicken and/or fish. It smelled like that in our room. However, the breakfast offered was good and filling.

The hotel site and grounds are beautiful. We booked connecting rooms and both bathroom faucets were very difficult to turn on. The hotel caters to large groups and was not staffed to handle breakfast rush. Ran out of coffee, plates, utensils. Only one elevator working. Staff told us it was down over a year. So sad. Great property.

Public areas are well kept, clean and reasonably new, however, bedrooms are in need of renovation. Very old, worn furniture. Our usb or lamps did not work. There was supposed to be a bar which wasn’t open - when I asked why I was told they were understaffed and therefore no one to serve! Pretty poor really. Cold coffee in lobby area and although pool was open there was various amounts of bugs swimming around, which wasn’t very nice. Breakfast was ok. Staff do not seem happy in their work especially at reception!

My only issue was that I had a baby and the floor was not clean at all. I was walking on the floor and could feel the dirty . Also took a towel wiped my feet to put on shoes towel was brown . Which means I could not like her play on the floor like she always does .Also hair in that bathroom floor that was not ours . I had braids this was black long curly hair . But other then that everything was great I loved the breakfast tasted like a home cooked meal .

The hotel room was nasty. The room hadn’t been dust or cleaned. The floor was so sticky, when you walk your shoes stick to the floor. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. At 2:30 am in the morning, someone kids was loud, running and playing in the hallway. They was suppose to have made a adjustment to my bill, but they didn’t. I call down stairs and I did report everything. The last thing, the bed was so bad, every time you move it made loud noises. I got down on the floor and looked underneath the bed and it was coming apart. The had brown fitted sheet over the box spring to hide it. The furniture was nasty.

The front desk staff was more than helpful however the room was not the cleanest. Hair on the floors and some on the sheets, drops of blood on the bathroom door (very odd). Not enough plugs to charge things. Iron was sticky and stuck to the clothes.

The A/C unit in the room needed the filter changed. It had not been changed for awhile because the dust was everywhere clinging from the ceiling. I am allergic to dust so it was terrible. I brought it to the attention of the front desk manager who said it would be cleaned. It was not. I told him a second time to no avail. It was nasty and gross. I doubt they will do anything about it.

The staff was great. The hair dryer in my room was broken. A repair person came with in 5 minutes and fixed the dryer in a few minutes. He was friendly and efficient.10 minutes later, someone checked to be sure it was taken care of. But the hotel needs some TLC. The towel rack came out of the wall when I took off a towel, the furniture is run down and even with all the lamps (that work) turned on, it was too dark in the room. The air conditioner is loud! It woke me up when it turned on in the middle of the night.

The location is great but the property is not well kept. Our TV cabinet looked like it had been picked up beside the highway and put in our room. Trash on the floor when we walked into the room. The A/C filter and vent looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I won't be staying there again . When we checked out they didn't even ask the usual, "how was your stay." Also we couldn't connect to the interned in our room because it was too far from the router in the downstairs!

Nice room. Electrical problems. We were woke up at 6:30 in the morning by loud noises. Someone was stuck in the elevator because of the electrical issues. The air conditioning unit made our room sound like we were in an airplane. The lamps in our room didn’t work and you couldn’t turn the air conditioner up so it was really cold.

Easy check in, the lounge and eating area was nice, updated and clean. The staff for breakfast was helpful and attentive. The worst part of it was the rooms are super small, the furniture was decades out of date, there was a 3 inche gap at the bottom of the door, you could hear EVERYTHING (tv, talking) through the walls, the doors slam shut which is loud at 11pm. We got very little sleep.

Nice hotel but they don’t clean your room unless you ask them to and the person at the desk didn’t bother to mention this at check in. It is buried in the page the you initial and sign but we have never heard of this in 35 years of travelling. The room card system is sadly out of date. Our cards needed to be recoded 6 times in 4 days.

My room was given away although it was paid for and i dont GAF about no glitch in a raggedy ass system that allows for someones PAID ROOM to be taken due to "overbooking" because it NEEDS TO BE CHANGED! I SLEPT IN MY CAR AFTER PAYING 200 DOLLARS. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE BOOK A ROOM HERE BECAUSE ITS NOT GUARANTEED!

Travelers Beware!! This property is advertised as a hotel/casino. What they fail to mention is the hotel and casino is not on the same property. They are a mile or so apart. They also advertise a complimentary shuttle but that is Only to the casino. The sign in lobby says there is live entertainment at the casino nightly. We were there 2 nights and didn’t see any live entertainment. The hotel has a nice looking bar but wasn’t open the 2 nights we were there. Was told they weren’t sure if the bartender would decide to come in or not. The hotel isn’t within reasonable walking distance to any where. If these points aren’t important you may enjoy your stay there

Loved that everything was so clean from the lobby area, the elevators and especially the room. The staff was so friendly and helpful and very polite, love that southern hospitality! We walked several tmes to the nearby parks and restaurants and never felt unsafe. This hotel is one I would come back to. Thank you!

Only one of two elevators was working. The room was very dated and in need of updates. We came down for breakfast at 8:15 (breakfast served until 9) to find no eggs and no bacon. We told the staff working the breakfast area who looked for herself and disappeared. A few minutes later she returns and says nothing. I asked her if more food was coming out without saying anything she disappeared again. Finally another person brings food out, but there were no plates or utensils. We ask for some and another 5 minutes pass, we ask again and finally another person comes out with plates and utensils. The hotel got a good writing; however, it did not deserve more than a mediocre rating at best. We would never stay here again and do not recommend it.

We ended up in 3 different rooms for our 3 night stay. The breakfast offerings were suffient when there was food available. There was often no silverware to eat breakfast with. We had to bus our table to have a place to sit and eat. The towels were thin and sparsely supplied. The staff were attentive and helpful.
