Such a nice, affordable room. The pool was so relaxing and the included breakfast can’t be beat!

We were in Lexington to visit my granddaughter who is a student at UK. We will choose this hotel on our next stay too. Loved the closeness to her dorm. The beds/pillows were so comfortable and the room was very nice. Also enjoyed the fire pit. Only thing preventing an excellent rating was the so so breakfast.

This Hampton Inn is near hospitals but in a very busy congested area. Cars, trains, businesses and lots of people. With this said the noise was not overwhelming but could bother some. They have an outdoor pool which was open and heated so there were people swimming at 10:00pm. Check in and check out smooth. Our room was fine, basic king room. Suited our needs for the overnight.

I recently stayed at your hotel as usual and wanted to share some feedback: Room Odor: Sheets in room 311 smelled like vomit. I recommend addressing this promptly. Room Temperature: The room was consistently warm. Please consider adjusting the temperature. Pool Area: Enjoyed the pool, but it could be cleaned more frequently. Front Desk Service: Some staff members were rude. Customer service could be improved. Breakfast: Eggs are always cold, watery and disappointing.

The hotel was great. The parking was not.

WiFi is awful, and they're dicks about letting you use the TV with personal devices. Great aside from that.

The overall room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast is included in the price. The front desk staff member was very accommodating. However, there was a musty strong smell in the room that was so overpowering that we asked for a change of rooms. The smell was apparent in the second room but not overpowering. The room was sparse and worn but clean. Fine for one night.

I had an early appointment so we never got to enjoy the breakfast. Im very impressed with how clean the hotel was.

Walls need to be wiped down. Looked like coffee was spilled.

The property is well maintained, staff is friendly, rooms are clean. The shower is a little weird, the provided shampoo, conditioner and shower body wash is mounted on the shower wall next to the shower floor. I guess the owners want you to get a workout while taking a shower.

Everything was wonderful, except the pillows, they are way too soft

This was a very comfortable stay. The room was very large, the shower was good, the breakfast was good, and the hotel’s location suited us very well.

It was a good experience. Place was clean. Attendants were really polite and helpful, that includes the cleaning lady. Very convenient location. The only two things I should mention is that the heating unit was too loud when turned on and the handle at the shower, was placed wrong. I kept hitting my arm when taking a shower. Perhaps a little closer to the shower head will be fine.

Hotel stay was great, would recommend. Hotel was recently renovated. During our stay they were receding a new shipment of mattresses. Only downside was the breakfast was not great. Lots of food options close by.

This hotel was in a good location for us. The staff were very nice. Which kets be honest, these days that is sometimes hard to find. The hotel seemed clean but we only saw our room and the breakfast area, so I can’t say what other parts looked like. I would think the other areas were clean because of what we did see. The part that made the stars go way down is because the beds are not good. They are hard, which I know is personal preference so if you like to sleep on a hard surface then they would work for you. But the beds were extremely loud and squeaky. We had a room with two queen beds. Our daughter slept in one bed and my husband and I in the other. You literally could not move even an inch without the bed making a very loud squeaky odd noise. And this was with both beds. Needless to say, none of us slept well. I am not sure if it was the mattress or the actual bed frame. There comes a point when a hotel really must update the beds and this is one of those. The air conditioner also made a terrible noise when cutting on/off. It was so loud that it would wake you if you were sleeping, not that we were :( which made it that much worse. I would say get a different hotel if sleep matters to you like it does to us.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Even with construction work going on all around the hotel, it was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again and recommend. The only reason for a 'GOOD" rating on property and facilities was how hard and lumpy the bed was. A mattress pad would have made a huge difference and the mini fridge was not working properly.

We were not able to check in on a property that we scheduled a month and a half ago. We were exhausted from a full day of traveling and just wanted to go to our room, relax & go to bed. Had received emails earlier about our upcoming trip and we could check in contactless if we want. We get there, no recognition of our reservations (3 rooms, over $1k of money overall) and nothing. The guy at the counter tried contacting Expedia, I was in a chat with Expedia, an hour and a half later, we all decided to abandon this plan. They didn’t have any rooms. They (Malachi at the desk and 2 of his bosses) tried to help us find another hotel without luck. Very dissatisfied with Expedia. Had to call around everywhere to find 3 rooms. Finally did, 20 minutes away. Historically have utilized Expedia without issue. This day has guaranteed me to never use them again. If I get billed for this…God so help Expedia. Would have always recommended before today. Now, I urge all patrons to call the facility of choice yourself and never use a third party. Hard lesson learned. Oh, after arriving to new facility picked out by ourselves, I receive emails from Expedia on how the hotel “lost” our reservations and to call them for help for another reservation. No thanks. Found our own. Much better accommodations plus a $400 savings overall. Be careful on what you do.

I missed my connection in Atlanta and Delta sent me to Louisville, I didn't get into Lexington until very very late and had no luggage at all. The staff was kind and I really appreciate their patience and help.

We got there a few hours early to check in, and she was wonderful in getting us in so we could get to our all day destination. Thank you for making our trip less stressful!!

Wonderful staff! Hotel was very clean! Staff, Debbie in the breakfast area, morning was so pleasant in the lobby. Manager was phenomenal and accomodating! So friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experiece.

Overall the stay was good. Upon arriving the hotel did not have our reservation due to a technical issue with expedia. Plus expedia had a lower price than the hotel and the hotel did not honor the expedia price. The shower was also outdated.

Our stay was great until the morning. Checkout was at noon but at 8 am housekeeping was banging on our door. It woke us up, but we weren’t quick enough and they walked in. Later, they came back knocking and we had placed the placard on the door that we were still there. They were rushing us out and we had no chance to relax in the morning. The manager did not care to hear our concerns with this.

It was very clean and very organized check in and check out.

Staff was excellent! Especially the lady who took care of the breakfast area. The breakfast had a lot of options and she kept everything very clean and orderly.

We stayed because my husband had to be at the hospital for preadmission testing. We were going to have time in between appointments. The late check out really helped with us being able to have a place to relax. Clean and efficient.

Quiet Stay on the edge of the biggest shopping district in Lexington. The hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and the ladies serving breakfast second to none. One of the nicest thing was the fact multiple excellent restaurants were within walking distance was a delight.

Close to Central Baptist Hospital.

Very friendly staff, well stocked sundries shop and convenient location to UK and Med Center.

There is construction in front of the hotel and they stated early and the noise woke us up. The hotel can’t control that but it was noisy.
