The pool and gym were under construction during our stay so the hotel gave passes to LA Fitness across the beach and provided shuttles to take you to the beach. But not being able to swim after a full day of conference was disappointing, There is no secure internet, no internet TV either. Also for a hotel catering to professionals, this one has no business center. Overall disappointing as it is an upper class hotel which should have modern capabilities.

I did run into one issue I had arranged via chat with the hotel to have my EV charged while using valet, since I was on a tight schedule the next morning. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t charged as requested. However, the team responded quickly and professionally by crediting the valet fee, which I appreciated. The valet charge was $55, which feels a bit steep (not sure if that’s the standard). That said, everything else from the pool to the room to the overall servicewas top-notch. I’d absolutely stay here again.

My wife, daughter, and aunt shared a 1 bedroom suite. First and foremost, the staff and service at this hotel is amazing. So friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The pool is lovely! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It was an amazing experience!

Public areas very nice. Room comfortable but not enough storage. Only overhead shower; an additional handheld would be nice. Room was not well cleaned: found someone else contact lens on dresser top! Absolutely no room service, not really acceptable for a Hilton, on at this price range.

This is my third stay at this hotel. My room lacked in cleanliness this stay. There was makeup or something on the bathroom sink. Tv counter and remote were dusty. Floor either was not vacuumed or not vacuumed well. I will think about spending the money with resort fee next time.

Pool was super crowded and dirty. Guests were eating inside the pool so gross. A lady eating chicken wings just gross.. went in the water and the water was cloudy and random garbage floating and bottom of the pool

The hotel is beautiful and the pool was a highlight for us. Our biggest complaint is that the beds are rock hard and the pillows were paper thin. Our AC unit in our room also made the loudest sound when turning off and on and woke us up multiple times throughout the night.

It is not my first time visiting a Hilton, I am a Hilton Member. The front desk service was horrible. Kristine was the person who helped us. We did not receive any welcome, they did not give us guidance on how the hotel worked, nor what to do To use the elevators we had to use the card to access the room. They told us that valet parking was mandatory and that there was no self parking that we had to pay 45 dollars per night. When I tried to explain to her that the page does not show that, she told me I had to pay for it. I booked 2 rooms, I was with my family, I drove 4 hours to enjoy with my family and I did not feel truly satisfied. What I must admit is that on the Housekeeping side, Yaimi did a great job, taking care of the rooms. Very attentive, I give her a 10/10.

I only left 5 stars because you can’t leave 20. I can’t say enough about this hotel, so many convention center hotels get lazy because of guaranteed bookings. This place is like the plaza in NYC, every single employee had a smile for you 24/7. The servers are gracious, the bar tenders let us stay late while they cleaned up, so impressed at every turn. Housekeeper will hunt you down to make sure you get the 2 extra pillows you asked for. Dry cleaning in a single day, even had pants hemmed after a torn stitch SAME DAY! I could go on for days, if you go to west palm STAY HERE!!!

Check-in is always very difficult at this hotel. The line is always long. Usually there is only two people checking in guests on a Saturday late afternoon Occasionally someone comes out from the back I believe an assistant Director after the line has gotten to be about 35 minutes sometimes 40 A lot of the reason for this is there is no guest services personnel on the Saturdays. I have been there or on the Sundays, so everyone who has a question about anything restaurants tours must go to the check-in line. I would think this would be completely unacceptable for a facility like this. It is very nice facility attached to a very busy convention center and generally everyone is attending some kind of events It’s actually a little sad that Hilton will not put someone at the guest service desk and also put more people at the front desk. Checking people in it was not one occasion I’ve gone through this several times I’ve asked many employees at the hotel about the guest services person they say there is one, but she is rarely ever there on weekends. Can we please hire another one someone who is willing to work weekends And can we please put more people at the check, someone asked for a manager and assistant Director come out I watched this experience they are usually not much help and seem to have no ability to make decisions they just repeat to the guest. This is the policy there should be more upper management on weekends Available to speak with, and Move the flow of guest check

Our stay was 10/10! Everyone from the front desk (Bambi) to the pool staff (Nicholas) was super friendly and accommodating. This truly felt like an all inclusive resort with all the amenities you could want and need. Luxurious and yet family friendly environment. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious (we ate there all 4 mornings of our stay) and the poolside food/drinks were great too! Walking distance to City Place, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a good location and they offer a free shuttle service to downtown, Rooms are clean and nice, but nothing extraordinary. We at breakfast at the hotel and it is very expensive, but convenient. Pool and pool bar is nice. There is no parking near the hotel so you must use the valet. Check in was very difficult and took three attempts and couldn't check in until 5:00.

Hotel and Pool are beautiful! The Pool area felt very clean and luxurious. All of the staff very helpful and friendly. Perfect location to walk around to many different places - area surrounding is beautiful and safe. Check-in was great. Pleasant staff and got us an early check-in at 1pm. The room more than met expectations and the hotel is walking distance to Cityplace and the Kravis Center which is where we were going that night. Snack counter, bar, and breakfast was very nicely done. Get the Huevos Rancheros.

We thought we were ordering room service - being in a luxury hotel we were expecting the beautiful cart with white table cloth. After over an hour wait and an EXHORBITANT price- we received takeout in a bag I do NOT expect that at a high end hotel. I will never go back, and my doctor is in West Palm.
