We have family in the area and I like to get us a king bed if possible and they do have coffee downstairs we usually go sit in am

Staff is friendly and the place is pretty decent. If you have a dog with you they have a good amount of grass behind them for you.

Had good food snack choices (for purchase). No breakfast or restaurant. Fixed food in room. Cooking utensils were in bad shape

Amazing stay, clean, friendly staff, nice vending/ store area. Best part was we had a room with 3 Queen beds!! YES 3, we all had our own bed.

Cons: ants, hard bed, tv screen bad ( cant see). Pro: Room spacious, convenient to laundry, elevators and ice.

We brought dogs with us, and quite often we get smelly run down rooms when we travel with them, but not here. We got a quality room and didn’t feel as if we were 2nd class because of the pets.

I was stuck on the elevator for 30 minutes on 130* heat. Fire Department resqued me. I asked to be comped for 1night for this horrible experience. The Manager was very very rude and disreapectfull, in fact just mean! She called me and told me " be out in minutes or I am calling the cops". I had to pack up and find another hotel in the middle of the night. Never in my life traveling, have I encountered a more hateful and verbally abusive manager. She needs to be fired a find a job as a prison gaurd. The property itself is nice and well kept, the atmosphere fee I will never ever fo nesr "Stay Away" in Enid. Ihave done countless reviews on this Manager to sav others from here unbelievable nasty disposition.The atmosphere was like a funeral home. Truck drivers smoking weed everywhere. My Advice...STAY AWAY! You have been warned!!!

Our stay was interrupted by someone pulling the fire alarm and us evacuating the hotel. The clerk handled things as well as she could. We would stay here again as our room was nice and comfortable. The location is nice and easy to access. We had a problem with our microwave, but the desk clerk was nice enough to fix our tv dinners for us.

It’s nice, but had my own negative personal experience here. I didn’t like that they had no pool and didn’t over no type of breakfast, for the money I paid for the stay. Good restaurant’s and stores all around the property in walking distance which was cool and convenient.

The room was very clean and I was impressed with the amenities. The bed was firm but not hard as a rock.

The tv stopped working after 30 mins, brought up a new and most of the channels were locked took another day to get it fixed. Don’t use the coffee maker absolutely disgusting!! The bathroom needs upgraded painted was chipping off the wall.

My only critique would be that the floors in my room were slick. Otherwise it was a nice stay and the staff were very sweet.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Looked like, maybe blood spots on the walls in a few areas. Floor wasn’t very clean and the shower head could use a vinegar cleaning. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

The room was spacious, providing an area to work and relax. The full size kitchen was more than adequate for preparing meals in the room. I checked into the room after 10pm. The check in with the front desk staff went well. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong odor as if something had burned on the stove. The bathroom door was also closed. As a frequent traveler I rarely encounter a made up and clean hotel room with the bathroom door closed. After getting settled and catching up on emails, I entered the bathroom and found the odor to be significantly stronger. The odor was so strong that I quickly exited the bathroom, closing the door behind me in order to regroup. It seemed the odor was coming from a floor drain in the bathroom. By this time it was after midnight. Being exhausted from a long days work and travel, I slept with a mask on my face. Upon checking out the next morning, there was no one at the front desk. I waited a few minutes in order to report the issue in the room but no one showed and I had an appointment to keep so I left. After reaching my next destination and removing clothing items from my luggage, I noticed the strong burnt odor in my clothing. After a couple of days of airing out my luggage the odor is still present. It appears that all my clothing items will have to be washed to remove this odor.

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The beds are firm and that is the only drawback

I love the staff at this hotel. They are AMAZING! However, I was grossed out this particular time. Whatever they use for cleaning makes me nauseous and not only do they use it on the floor but also in the refrigerator. My food tastes like that smell. There was rust all over the rack in the freezer and there was a hole in my bathtub. Also, there was a sour smell on one side of the bed. I’ve stayed there many times and it was great though but whatever they use to clean makes me sick. ADORE the staff though.

Room was okay, carpet needed vacuumed a little. Bathroom was issue. Front part of counter falling off. Shower had a leak and then no hot water in shower.

Overall nice place to stay, our room was clean except under the beds. House keeping needs to check under beds our room had food under the beds

They cleaned the fridge wirh Pinesol So any foos in there overnight had a Pinesol taate. Other than that good stay.

Room was clean and up to date. Quiet. Check in was good, very friendly staff. Bed ok. Pillows were hugh puffy and uncomfortable. Coffe in lobby no breakfast.

Have stayed at this location multiple times and always pleased. This time room smelled bad, toilet was slow to drain, TV screen had multiple bad pixels, shower barely got warm. Cold A/C, comfy bed. If things don’t improve we will have to find another place to stay when passing thru Enid.

We've stayed at several hotels in Enid recently. This was our favorite due to the size of the room, overall layout, kitchenette, and the noise level. We will choose this hotel each time we return to Enid.

Our first room, the ac wasn’t working. We were able to change rooms without a problem.

Only problem I had was not having any hott water, other than that everything else great!

Everything great. Only exception is that every room we stayed in over several weeks there-the TV’s all were inferior. Had bad ‘spots’ in the picture and quality of TV’s terrible. Hard to watch

So over all I liked the room but the it was 20 degrees outside and neither the thermostat on the wall or the heating unit under the window would even turn on. The ezhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t shut off and there was a cold breeze constantly somewhere in the room (i assume from the fan in bathroom not turning off or on by the switch)

We've stayed at this hotel before and loved the experience. So we booked it again this year. We had 3 adults and 4 kids in our party. So we booked 2 rooms, both of them were supposed to be Deluxe Double Room, 2 Queen Beds, Kitchen... However, when we got there the rooms weren't even on the same floor. And, one room was a King bed with a pull out couch (that was miserably uncomfortable). We went back and showed them our reservations and that we should have 2 rooms with queen beds. They said they were sorry that they had another family that was supposed to leave extend their stay and so the room wasn't available. We asked for one of the '3 bed' rooms, they said they were completely booked up. We didn't know what else to do so we stayed. My husband asked for at least a partial refund since we bought and paid for rooms that we did not receive (we had the confirmation receipts). The lady said she would ask her manager... but, I'm sure you can guess... we never received a refund. The whole thing was a huge inconvenience on my family and party. So needless to say when we are in the area next year, this will probably be the last place we choose to stay.

Stayed multiple nights. Lacy was exceptional, all staff very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Loved staying with you! The room was sparkling, clean, and the hotel was quiet and very comfortable. The most amazing part, however, was the staff! From the housekeepers to the front desk, staff were kind, considerate, respectful and accommodating. REALLY! They allowed me an early check-in and a late check out! Special shout out to Megan at the front desk who went out of her way to be genuine, extremely helpful, and supportive. Truly can’t say enough good things! Thank you!

Check in service was absolutely horrible. Had a room last night and the check in was smooth and lady was super nice. Tonight’s experience was the complete opposite.

Our room wasn't as clean as usual (we stay here every time we come to town) but not terrible. We mentioned it as we checked out and the manager comped our room - even though we didn't ask for that. We just wanted to let them know so they could look into why. This told us that they genuinely care about your stay there. I will definitely stay here again.

Property downsized my room without telling me until the moment I checked in and they Did not refund me for the smaller room price

I had someone booked the room for me over the phone and everything was paid over the phone I went in to get my room and I was denied I was told that since I did not have the credit card present that they could not validate my confirmation or anything and I asked them to cancel the reservation and they told me I had to get in touch with Expedia they were very unprofessional and I do not recommend

The overall stay was great, the only complaint I have is, when I arrived I was told that the front desk clerk had made a mistake and given my rooms to someone else, the entire hotel was booked for the night. After about 30 minutes with no answers, she was able to get us rooms... the next morning I asked for a receipt, and they had charged us for the rooms that they chose for us (over $100 more). I'm still waiting for my refund... if you ever decide to stay here, make sure you call ahead of time and that your reservations are still there..

After getting back to hotel after dinner, my room smelled horrible. It was like someone had fried something in old oil. All rooms have kitchens. The front desk immediately gave me key to a different room that was great. They actually gave me the new key and let me keep the old do I could move my belongings. Great service.

Good place to stay for multiple day trips

The rate was good for the quality of the property. It was quiet and clean, good location.

This hotel was fine for our nights stay. The only thing I wish they had was breakfast. We were able to go next door for a nice breakfast, but that’s a little inconvenient.

I like the full kitchen, including the full sized refrigerator where I could keep leftovers and ingredients for meals. It would have been helpful to have a few more dishes and some forks. I would also recommend dish soap, as I never used enough dishes to use the dishwasher.

It was very convenient to have the opportunity to cook our own meals with the kitchen. All utensils were provided spatula pan, plates, bowls, silverware it was so nice.

This place is a great value, and was fairly clean. However, it is not a very well kept secret. It is quite popular with journeymen workers, so be prepared for a parking area full of big white pickup trucks covered in mud taking up two parking slots, and gruff bearded men calling their distant families on their cell phones on speaker mode at full volume in the lobby. This is definitely one of those places reminiscent of a man camp. The kitchen is a great amenity for those planning a longer stay. However, my room had a distinct odor of lots of meals cooked there over the years. It just depends on what the traveler needs.

Clean and inexpensive. Bed was very hard. So keep that in mind if you have issues. Kitchen, was good, except there was only very minimal utensils. You need to ask staff for pots and pans. Otherwise bring your own.
