The gym at the time was being renovated and some areas so I didn't get to fully utilize all of the amenities but overall it was an enjoyable experience. Will recommend staying at this hotel.

Great stay near Dolphin Mall – friendly staff & solid value I stayed here for a quick shopping trip, and the location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes from Dolphin Mall and restaurants. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and decent Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a nice bonus—standard hot items, plus coffee and fruit, and the area was kept tidy. I appreciated the free parking and felt safe walking around the property at night. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5: housekeeping wasn’t daily unless requested, and the pool area looked a little worn. But overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return for the location, value, and customer service.

We stayed here for the weekend to get some baby shopping done and to catch the F1. The garden inn was far more cost effective than the other hotels we were looking at and it had free onsite parking… FREE! We hired a car and found the location perfect for getting around to different parts of Miami, easy access to key routes and everything we needed was within a 30 min drive - would definitely stay here again in the future. It’s close to the airport too, so less hassle with long drives for Ubers to other areas. Staff were great, very helpful. Only thing to note is that I asked on two different nights for more coffee to be brought to the room and it didn’t arrive either time - but honestly that’s such a minor thing. Overall, loved it, clean, tidy, easy to get to. Would stay again for sure.

Stay was good. Friendly staff. Location pretty convenient. Shower temp was a little cool. Pool closes at 8 pm nightly. It would be nice if stayed open until at least 10 pm. No free breakfast on the Hilton side.

For nearly $400 a night, we expected a much better experience, but unfortunately, this hotel fell far below even basic standards. Due to a flight delay, we checked in at 2 AM, exhausted and just wanting to rest. While we were able to fall asleep quickly, the real issues started in the morning. The shower had bugs, the water wouldn’t get warm, and to top it off, the drain was clogged, leaving us standing in a pool of water. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and functioning amenities should be the bare minimum at this price point. This was a horrible experience for my family and me, and we would never stay here again. Save your money and book somewhere else!

While I found the daytime staff to be very friendly and helpful, the overnight front desk agents were rude, and not helpful at all. Also, the carpet in my room was extremely dirty, with dark stains in several areas. They desperately need to shampoo the carpet.

I stayed at this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dolphin Mall and as an alternative to a nearby hotel I stayed at previously. I was really happy with my choice as the general condition of the hotel and room was clean and well equipped. I made use of the coffee machine and got refills from the cleaning staff The week were pleasant and helpful. Check in took a little longer since my name wasn't found initially in the system but once I provided the confirmation number it was quick and easy. Check out took literally under 30 seconds. I also liked the little shop at the lobby in case I needed anything. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Liars!!!!!The staff was rude. We checked in and the bathroom was dirty. The tv did not work. For two days they told us they were fixing it, just for us to stay. The refrigerator did not work. We were told it would be fixed and never was. This felt like a scam because the tvs in the restaurants worked.

Front desk was very friendly & very nicely dressed . The hotel is a combination of 2 hotels with a large lobby area. Nice pool and sitting area. Has a pool table. The room itself was not great very thin walls & you can hear everything . The beds are super thin and not very comfortable . To me that is important because after a long stay , i like to have a bed that i can comfortable rest and the price point you pay it was not . Next door to Dolphin Mall . 20 minutes from bayside . About 15 minutes from the airport 30 minutes from south beach . Keywest is about 3 hours from that location . The mall next door has some restaurant options .

Everything about the hotel was great, it was clean, welcoming friendly. Only thing that I didn’t like was, when running the water for the shower it took forever to get hot more than 5-10.

The room overall was nice but I will say customer service was NOT NICE when a call was made to the front desk for towels and toothpaste they never brought it. A hour went by and when called back down to the front desk they told us to come get what we need after already telling us to give them 5 minutes and they would be right up then when going downstairs they gave us pool towels instead of hotel towels. No remorse or apologies were in play. I don't know if I'd go back if they don't get new staff or work on the customer service.

Cubans up the wazoo and the guy I was dealing with had a serious attitude problem. We were on the phone for 30 mins to get early check in, and the guy took so long to find our room. If he had used his training to find our room, or had asked his colleagues, I wouldn’t be writing this review today. Despicable, other then that every thing was cleanly and nice guest were nice as well but BEWARE of the Hispanic man that hates his job at Hilton garden inn in Miami.

This hotel is disorganized and unprofessional upon cecking in on Saturday 06th September i ask the gentleman at the front reception to ensure that my extension is included and take out of my credit at that point of communication he did not indicate to me i gad to come downstairs check out and check in separately on extension the house jeeper came knocking unprofessionally asking me when i am checking out .ghey need people with more understanding of English because they are not helpful and willing to assist as they cannot communicate effectively.

Amazing experience. First the hotel is super clean, from the common areas to the room. Justin Ramirez at the front desk was very helpful, respectful and friendly during our stay. The restaurant (Bar Flamenco) in the lobby area had a great breakfast buffet, they also have ala carte but we preferred the first one. As far as dinner they have a nice selection of dishes and our food was cooked to perfection. Kyra Ramirez was stupendous, gave us suggestions on the dishes and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great experience. Thank you all for everything hope you're recognize for your efforts and we definitely will be back.

I did not like that I was told there was free breakfast. And then I checked in and the receptionist told me it was not free breakfast it was 20$ a head. Which made me very upset. Because I booked this reservation and spoke to a woman over the phone saying there is free breakfast throughout my stay. So I’m upset about that

It recently combined with Homewood suites, the front desk stated free breakfast was included. Went down store for breakfast and the greeter said it was not. She did not tell me that the breakfast included in my stay was on the other side, instead she just told us no. Me and my family ended up going out for breakfast later to find out the breakfast was on the other side.
