This is a superb property. Staff is exceptional, the spa is very well run with highly trained therapists. The bikes are an excellent amenity and the breakfast is nicely prepared. This property is better then many 5 star properties in Vietnam and we highly recommend it!!

The room was very clean, the staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfasts were great. The drinks were quite expensive. The evening meals in the restaurant were mainly good but I had a steak which was very tough. The outdoor pool was nice but too cold for us. We booked several trips through the hotel but they only accepted cash for these which was irritating.

Great stay, highly recommending. Recently built or remodeled and perfectly maintained, felt like new. Great location on a main boulevard easy to access and quiet at night yet only 10-15min walk from old town. We used their pool which was very relaxing. We also used their excellent bike for an easy 20min ride one way to the beach and back using the hotel pool towel and bike basket to carry our load. Breakfast was included and excellent with a large variety of fresh food.

Beautiful hotel , great amenities and lovely staff. Alan and the rest of the staff were lovely and treated us so well. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Close to the night market and river you can take a grab there and a kind of golf cart taxi back. Was a super fun place to visit. This is an upscale hotel that does mot feel touristy. They have a nice roof bar also.

Just a short walk from the bustling old town this is the perfect home base to rest and relax. I did a spa package with wonderful Helen (incredible massage and body scrub) while the rest of us enjoyed the gorgeous pool. Chloe in reception took amazing care of us and helped arrange activities and recommended a tailor as did Susan. The staff and service here is absolutely top notch. Especially Eric, helping with our bags multiple times. The breakfast is not to be missed. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team!

From the moment you enter the lobby you're feeling the warm welcoming and hospitality from the staff. The rooms are decent sized, very clean and mine had a great river/city view. The pool is perfect for hot afternoons and the sky / rooftop bar is cozy with an awesome view with a great selection of drinks and snacks. This place is in my top 3 of favorites hotels in Hoi An. Definitely looking forward to be coming back! 😀

An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the breakfast is delightful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Very friendly reception team and manager- lovely hotel. 2 things that could be improved- the maids were really loud outside our room earlyin the morning. The rooms were not changed in the morning. From eco credentials- offer cold filtered water in the reception- in a machine rather than bottled room temperature water.

Beyond the physical beauty of this little gem, the service at this hotel is over-the-top. The front desk staff and restaurant manager memorized our names on the first day, and then and one of them greeted us, on a first name basis, during breakfast every morning to make sure our room is satisfactory, and then provided recommendations and offered assistance for any plans for the day. We once forgot to turn off our do-not-disturb button, and when we returned at 8 PM, one of the front desk staff ran to meet us at the evevator and offered either a room-clean then, or towels and whatever we wanted. Nothing goes unnoticed. And, everyone there seems happy every day!

Upon Check-in, I was offered a room upgrade at a very modest price - first I denied but then I accepted to get my room shown and afterwards the one I could upgrade to. It took the receoptionist a few minutes to get a key card managed and off we went to my room - which was openedd very reluctantly by the receptionis, as if it she wasn't sure if it was occupied. I immeditely knew this couldn't be my room. When shown the upgrade option, it was exactly the category I had booked and paid for. So I got offered a chargeable upgrade to the very room I had already paid for. On the bed sat a note of the hotel manager, namely welcoming me to their hotel. After I mentioned that this was the category I already paid for, the receptionist left the room and mumbled something of the like "I'll speak to them management"... Late evening, during dinner, I was called by the hotel to tell me that management had decided "to not charge the upgrade". What an audacity. It should have been an apology that the receptionist made a mistake but ths call made me confident that this hotel runs a fraudulent scam scheme, trying to sell upgrades to tourists to squeeze extra money out of them. By the way, had a native vietnamese speaker by my side, so the apology issued next day, mentioning "language barrier", doesn't apply.

Excellent hotel, service, facilities & rooms. Conveniently located about 15mins walk to tourist attractions in the Hoi An Ancient Town, restaurants, Thu Bon River. GM, Sophia Vu was very helpful & knowledgeable with great recommendations on what to do & where to go. Her staff especially Chloe, Susan & Hannah as well as the F&B team were also very helpful, proactive & always happy to assist & focused on Customer Satisfaction. We hope to return one day to enjoy the wonderful hospitality of the Hoi A Delicacy Hotel! Highly recommended if you ever plan on spending a few days in Hoi An.

Lovely property, very polite, friendly and professional staff. The restaurant was fantastic and opened long hours, the breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety and the rooftop bar was great. We stayed for three nights but wished we stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful and spacious and it was only a short walk into the old town. Although we didn't swim the pool looked lovely and was a good size. We could not fault Delicacy Hotel and Spa and highly recommend it.

Wonderful breakfast. It had good Vietnamese food as well as bacon. Other items were also very good. Room was comfortable. Washroom was very nice. Staff was very helpful in informing us about where to go around the hotel.
