Rude, arrogant and super unprofessional staff - avoid this place at all cost.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, mainly due to the behavior of the staff and the lack of basic hospitality. From the very first day of our arrival, the staff was not welcoming at all. No one offered help, and communication in English was extremely limited. The attitude felt arrogant rather than professional. Despite clearly seeing that we were traveling with a stroller and two large suitcases, no one offered to help or even open the door for us. The situation did not improve during our visit to the spa and swimming pool. The staff there was also unfriendly, did not greet us, and spoke in a rude manner. We were told that wearing a swimming cap was mandatory, but this was communicated very harshly and without any courtesy or explanation. Additionally, the towels in the room were in very poor condition—old, worn out, and looking dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Another important issue was the lack of information provided at check-in. No one informed us on the first day that there was a shuttle service available between Taksim and the hotel, which would have been very helpful, especially while traveling with a baby. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic expectations of hospitality, comfort, or service. A more respectful attitude from the staff, better communication, and improved cleanliness are clearly needed.
