Worst stay ever never again. I would never associate this hotel with a Marriot brand so disappointed. Room next to highway no rest just very loud. Horrible smell in room had to spray down daily. Plastic toilet seat peeling. Hair found in shower. I had to wipe down mirror in bathroom. TV horrible not clear picture. Room extremely outdated. Only one ice machine on 1st floor in the entire hotel. Breakfast was 6:30 to 9:30 am by 8am all milk gone lack of breakfast items. No cream cheese for the bagels just terrible never ever again. I had a 4 nights 5 days stay and room was never cleaned. Only good thing was young lady at the front desk from 7-3pm was wonderful. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

We stayed here en route from Massachusetts to Florida. We were hauling our boat. Parking was very tight and challenging. Fortunately we secured the only RV parking spot! Breakfast was typical of these sort of places but above average, clean, flavorful. Staff was very friendly.

We checked in late at night and went into the room and it had a strong mold odor. We immediately checked out and the person at the front desk told us we would be reimbursed, but had to contact Hotels.com to get the reimbursement, but they would approve it. When we called the hotel would not approve it and denied the situation. They know the unit is moldy, but it was their last unit and so they rented it to us. We did try to get moved to another room, but they didn’t have any more rooms available so we had to leave and find another room at 12:30 AM. We had to pay for another room somewhere else. They denied the refund because they said they could’ve rented it out to someone else. Pretty shady.

I kept finding ants around my room throughout my entire stay. I informed them, they said management would reach out, that never happened.. I also requested to have my room cleaned… that never happened either. Won’t be staying there again.

We were hitting up Lake Murray on our way to Folly Beach and stayed here and we uad a very nice experience. Both check-in and check-out were very easy and everyone was nice & polite. Our room was clean and bigger than most hotel rooms and price was decent. There were multiple good food and brewery choices right by us and it was only about a 12 min drive the lake. If we were in the area, we would stay here again for sure!

Great stay. We were greeted very warmly by the girl at the front desk at check in, and when we got to our room we found it was very nicely renovated, and clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. Overall a very comfortable room, and having a full kitchenette, makes this hotel a must stay. Also great location near the highway and many restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall it was a nice stay and everyone was friendly. The room had a couple of maintenance issues: bathroom door handle was broken, the microwave didn't work. However, we did have a stove top and the room was nicely appointed. The location was nearby to where we needed to go.

The problem with this location is near Interstate and you can hear cars going up and down road. There is a noice reducer but I did not realize to this morning. Checkout was easy and the person at the desk was cordial.

Staff is extremely helpful, and very kind. I slipped on the rug fracturing my foot, toe, and ankle. Staff helped me out to my van so I could get to the hospital. When I got back Kimberly, and Deshawn put my scooter together for me. I really appreciated their help. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stay at hotels 20 weekends of the year. The staff was by far the friendliest and most accommodating all year! Every single member of the staff. Haven’t found that anywhere else all year. The room was great too!!

Our trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday was great. All of the staff were excellent and polite. Kimberly Simmons was nice enough to purchase my daughter some flowers and a card signed by all the staff! It was so beautiful! We come every year for her birthday and the hotel is always clean and has great amenities. I am so thankful for the staff and their great customer service and would recommend anyone who hasn’t to give this hotel a try!

The room and bed was nice but the A/C was very loud!! Every time it kicks on it disturbs your sleep and fellow guest stated the same to me. the breakfast bar was not maintained . Most items were empty even the silverware and I had to ask the woman are you going to put out more? the grits and oatmeal were dried up in the bottom of their pots and the only garbage can was over flowing
