Nice accommodation to stay before catching an early flight. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the $19 parking fee seems excessive. Had I known they charged for parking before booking, I would have chosen another hotel.

The shuttle took about an hour to arrive despite the front desk saying they were on their way repeatedly. Be honest. After 14 hours on flights, waiting for an unknown amount of time and being passed by 1000 other shuttles is rage inducing.

The hotel is newer & we enjoyed the restaurant grill onsite. The waitresses were very attentive & kind. The pool is heated, the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. We stayed for a week & had to ask for toilet paper & towels when our room hadn't been serviced on the 3rd day. Don't use your debit card to checkin. I was double charged for my room even though it had already been paid through Expedia. I spoke to several front staff members throughout the week including the manager Thomas to get the unauthorized charge returned and I am still waiting after checking out 2 days ago. I regularly stay in hotels throughout the country and I've never had that happen.

The room was not very clean. Found a dirty sock when I dropped a belonging to the floor near the end of the bed, it kind of bounced and went u see the bed skirt. I lifted the skirt to grab it and lo and behold, a crusty dirty sock tucked just under the skirt. The bathroom was not very clean and had ANTS!!!! too busy to bring it to staff’s attention or ask for a different room.

Found a stain and someone elses hair under the sheets. Very noisy. Bed is uncomfortable. Pillows are good. Smoke alarm has a bright green blinking light directly above the bed. We barely slept. And left early because we knew we could not rest properly. Little to no amenities. Could hear even low conversation in hallway and rooms. We chose this hotel to sleep and rest while out in the area. We didnt not achive this at all. And finding the bed had not been changed properly is absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed. Unsatisfied. Heavy perfume of some kind in lobby.

We were given a room that was already occupied by another guest. We used the key to enter, only to find it was occupied. Thank goodness those occupants were not in the room at that time. When i returned to the front desk, the only thing the clerk said was "sorry for the inconvenience ". On top of that, nothing further was done to remedy and we didn\'t receive the room upgrade as promised at the time of check-in.

There were many of us trying to check in early, so we appreciated their willingness to try to make that work however the front desk woman, was rude and they were all completely disorganized. I know it was busy for them, and many were demanding, but they were using paper maps and paper lists to try to keep it all sorted out - it was super chaotic.

Are flights got canceled due to hurricane in FL, we just got off the cruise ship and had no where to go, They allowed us to check in early as our room was ready and made sure we had what we needed. Eric at the front desk helped in anyway he could to make us less stressed about our situation as our house is in FL. I would recommend this hotel they went above and beyond.

The management of this hotel is not great but the staff was as accommodating as they could be under tough circumstances. We stayed 4 nights. The last night the cleaning staff simply forgot to clean our room!?!? We had no sign out not to clean the room because there wasn’t one in the room! We had a breakfast package, but because there weren’t enough servers or chefs in the back, it took us sometimes an hour to get breakfast. If you want lunch, there is nothing open in the hotel. There is a place to purchase snacks, but during the time we were there, the shelves, refrigerator, and freezer were almost empty. And there were no healthy options from the meager offerings. In addition, when we arrived to check in, there was one staff member and a very long line. In addition, there were no bottles of water to purchase. They were completely out. We had been traveling for hours and were very thirsty. If you do decide to stay here and want quiet, insist on a room at the back of the building. We were given a room at the front of the building. And even though it was on the 6th floor, the road noise kept us up all night.

First time here. The night desk agent was awesome. She noted the “special” request on my hotels.com reservation and gave great customer service. Room was comfy. The morning staff were engaged and friendly. Breath of fresh air. Excellent Indian food in the restaurant off the lobby. Fun place.

Very bad service, despite saying 100 times they did not do room service! When they did, it was still not cleaned properly. They just provided towels that’s it for the room service they gave! Very rude staff!

This is a go to spot for myself and my fiance to just get away and not worry about all the rustle and bustle of the airport it’s the perfect distance where it’s not too far so it still only takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport but not close enough to worry about hearing the planes land 24/7

Its a fine place to stay but stay at the hotel and dont walk nearby. I walked to Mcdonalds 3 min away and there were teenagers punching the walls and yelling at the staff. Not Hotels fault but the area is sketchy.

The restaurant service was the worst. Our first waitress was either inexperienced or incompetent. After 45 minutes of sitting without our order being taken she gave us to the bar waitress who was INCREDIBLE. We had food in no time and excellent service.
