We loved this condo! It was super roomy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! The pool was great and just walk across the street to the beach. We were blessed with great weather. I never even got in the car all week, as everything was walkable. Would highly recommend!!

Highly recommended! Parking for 2 cars. No need to drive anywhere unless you want to. One block from the main st in town. One block to ocean. One block to pier. Very clean. Ocean view large deck/porch. Well maintained pool. Jacuzzi tub. Full size washer and dryer. Only thing I’d change would be more storage for bunk bed room. There was a closet but couldn’t be used due to stuff stored in it. Sheets included with beds made. 2 towels per person. Elevators available. Far exceeded our expectations. Communication with rental agency prompt and helpful.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment was lovely! It was very clean, spacious and perfectly located. We enjoyed drinking coffee each morning on the balcony, overlooking the ocean, and watching the sunset from the living room or balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans.It’s steps from the beach, along with many restaurants, bars, shops and ice cream. The unit came with convenient parking so we never once had to worry about finding parking for the beach or town.

We enjoy coming to Folly Beach and staying at Pavilion Watch. One suggestion I would add. It would be nice if you put a divider up between the condos so the noise and smoke from the other renters could be avoided.

Overall condo was good but was very musty smelling. The grout in the hall bath is crumbling and there were several areas that need paint and updated. Porch furniture was very rusted. Location was amazing and the view great.

Perfect condo for your family or friends. Ocean view even though its across the street. My only complaint is in the pictures it shows a hot tub near the pool which i was looking forward to since i have back pain. The condo is fully stocked and ill be staying her again and again.

We were supposed to stay here but the air conditioner broke. We were informed 1 week ahead of our arrival date and they were going to upgrade us to another beach front condo which was fine with us. On the day of arrival, we were informed the air conditioner that was supposed to be fixed in the original condo (Pavilion Watch) was still not working and they had given away the upgrade condo. Now all they had left was a large 2 family house across the street from the beach with no views and no pool. Needless to say we were very disappointed! We were allowed to use the pool at Pavilion Watch but we were more than 3 long blocks from town and had to rent a golf cart to get there. My husband is handicapped and can’t walk long distance. Just VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Our stay was great however when leaving we discovered that the mattresses in the first two rooms as you enter the unit were terribly urine stained. Also the bed on the right was uncomfortable because the mattress sags in the middle. The unit was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The location was great too!

The property is clean and in short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Upon arrival we had a toilet that was not filling. The property manager responded quickly and a plumber came out and made the repair. The issue was resolved very quickly and with no disruption to our vacation. Highly recommend.

Condo was spacious and ideally situated with a few of the ocean from the balcony and easy strolling distance to the beach and the downtown area for dining and shopping. The condo had clearly been cleaned when we arrived but the rugs throughout need a good deep clean or replacement (large dark dirt spots/stains). Some updates would make this place shine (e.g., bathroom off the full bedroom is very worn).

We were blessed with beautiful weather and because of the condo location we were able to walk to the beach every day and also had convenient access to all of the town vendors. The condo was well prepared for our arrival and we found several items that were convenient for us. We were very comfortable in the unit and found our rooms and all other areas spacious and comfortable.Our only complaint was that someone who had used the condo previously had not cleaned the coffee filter and the old filter and basket were moldy.All together a very enjoyable experience. We stay at pavillion watch every year. This particular condo was very dirty and had roaches in the bedroom. The furniture was used and abused and 2 out of 3 beds had bodily fluid stains on them. The condo looked as if someone had bought thrift store furniture and threw it all together just to have furniture. All the dishes were dirty and i had to reclean them just to use them. I had also asked if this condo was situated over the pool and they said yes. It is not directly over the pool. I messaged my ocean rentals through the text they provided and they never responded. If they had a new cleaning crew and newer furniture this place would be great. The only positive thing i can say is the master bed slept amazing. I had a failed spinal fusion and havent slept all night in 2 years until i slept in that bed. If they would have responded to my concerns i wouldnt have put this review up. I just wish they would have responded. I have pics of everything if someone wants to see them

Condo had everything you would need for a week at the beach, however the freezer door would open slightly everytime the refrigerator closed so all of our freezer items spoiled. With 3 kids it was hard to keep an eye on. The bed in the master bedroom is terrible. Not sure how old it is but definitely time to be replaced. The condo stayed between 76 and 79 the entire week. We kept it on 72 as directed but it was so hot in there and did not cool off. We have stayed in a number of different condos in Pavillion Watch and this one was definitly one that needs the most updates. Check in was super easy and location is great.

We did a 65th birthday year girls getaway trip to Folly. The condo was a perfect size for the 3 of us...lots of privacy for each of us and lots of room to hang out, cook and relax. Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was a morning favorite. Powerwalks down Arctic Ave to the end of the street and back followed. Beach time all day, with the convenience of chair and umbrella rentals across the street-plus the convenience of a 2-3 minute walk to the beach was ideal! Walked to dinner each night-ice cream afterwards. It is just a quick ride to Charleston for a day of sight seeing - the condo did not disappoint...recommend highly...hope to come back again!

This condo exceeded our expectations. it is a nice dwelling and it was bigger than I had originally thought. Right next to all of the action on the main strip, but never too loud inside. We had a small get together with some of our closest friends for a bachelorette get together and it was WONDERFUL! perfectly comfortable for 7 people and just a street away from the beach. great dining and shopping places only a walk away, it could’ve have been better!

Great for our grandkids and adults. We cooked in once a day and kitchen was well stocked. Bunk bed was my only concern with small children, would love 2 twins instead. Locked ourselves out and was resolved with a quick phone call to a great employee. Would stay again.

We kept it on 72 as directed but it was so hot in there and did not cool off. We have stayed in a number of different condos in Pavillion Watch and this one was definitly one that needs the most updates. Check in was super easy and location is great.
Condo had everything you would need for a week at the beach, however the freezer door would open slightly everytime the refrigerator closed so all of our freezer items spoiled. With 3 kids it was hard to keep an eye on. The bed in the master bedroom is terrible. Not sure how old it is but definitely time to be replaced. The condo stayed between 76 and 79 the entire week. The property is clean and in short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Upon arrival we had a toilet that was not filling. The property manager responded quickly and a plumber came out and made the repair. The issue was resolved very quickly and with no disruption to our vacation. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Parking for 2 cars. No need to drive anywhere unless you want to. One block from the main st in town. One block to ocean. One block to pier. Very clean. Ocean view large deck/porch. Well maintained pool. Jacuzzi tub. Full size washer and dryer. Only thing I’d change would be more storage for bunk bed room. There was a closet but couldn’t be used due to stuff stored in it. Sheets included with beds made. 2 towels per person. Elevators available. Far exceeded our expectations. Communication with rental agency prompt and helpful.

We stay at pavillion watch every year. This particular condo was very dirty and had roaches in the bedroom. The furniture was used and abused and 2 out of 3 beds had bodily fluid stains on them. The condo looked as if someone had bought thrift store furniture and threw it all together just to have furniture. All the dishes were dirty and i had to reclean them just to use them. I had also asked if this condo was situated over the pool and they said yes. It is not directly over the pool. I messaged my ocean rentals through the text they provided and they never responded. If they had a new cleaning crew and newer furniture this place would be great. The only positive thing i can say is the master bed slept amazing. I had a failed spinal fusion and havent slept all night in 2 years until i slept in that bed. If they would have responded to my concerns i wouldnt have put this review up. I just wish they would have responded. I have pics of everything if someone wants to see them

We were supposed to stay here but the air conditioner broke. We were informed 1 week ahead of our arrival date and they were going to upgrade us to another beach front condo which was fine with us. On the day of arrival, we were informed the air conditioner that was supposed to be fixed in the original condo (Pavilion Watch) was still not working and they had given away the upgrade condo. Now all they had left was a large 2 family house across the street from the beach with no views and no pool. Needless to say we were very disappointed! We were allowed to use the pool at Pavilion Watch but we were more than 3 long blocks from town and had to rent a golf cart to get there. My husband is handicapped and can’t walk long distance. Just VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment was lovely! It was very clean, spacious and perfectly located. We enjoyed drinking coffee each morning on the balcony, overlooking the ocean, and watching the sunset from the living room or balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans.It’s steps from the beach, along with many restaurants, bars, shops and ice cream. The unit came with convenient parking so we never once had to worry about finding parking for the beach or town.

The overall stay was wonderful. We had plenty of space and we loved the amount of bathrooms (3) because it made getting ready really quick. We did have a few hiccups: the main door to the balcony was hard to open and shut, the dryer sometimes had to be ran 2x to get the clothes dry, and the WiFi didn’t always work in the front bedrooms.

We had the best time @ Pavilion Watch condo, 2B. It was exactly as described & even better in person. Big enough for 5 of us. Very nice & we loved sitting on the balcony & looking @ the ocean. It’s across the street but a very short walk. Within waking distance to restaurants, bars & shops. Rental company was fantastic & communicated through text. Condo was even ready early. Would definitely rent again!!
