I will try to be as constructive as i can. The suite description was Bosphorous view ( they charged me over 300 USD for this! and the view was a building?! saying that all 5th floor occupied, why would misrepresent facts?!. i had to go to work at night & when i asked for my room to be cleaned & they said cleaning is in mornings only!? I thought that This is a hostel not Novotel?! What is really deserved to mention is i also carried my bag all the way to my room!? without the help of bell boy. The internet connection is terrible & i had to use my own internet to conduct my business. This a terrible experience & i will never repeat it.

Bathroom is dark, shower water always leak out to bathroom floor, front desk called to check if we pull the alarm 3 times in this disability unit, cleaning lady took away my shower cap and left dark bugs in the sink. Location was great.

The room was designed in a bit of a strange way. There was a transparent glass of bathroom’s one side facing the bedroom area. All the light from the bathroom was coming into the bedroom. Very strange!
