Parece que cualquier petición « fuera de lo normal » es complicada. No había servicio de spa. Ni baño turco ni sauna ni piscina. Y en hoteles.com cuando hice la reserva no avisaron. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por estar en un horno. En la quinta planta. Creo que lo saben porque no les sorprendió. Los lavabos de dos habitaciones estaban atascados. En la recepción hay gente servicial y otra gente que no lo es para nada. Llamar a recepción es un reto. Nunca contestan. No había dinero local para hacer cambio. En fin, el servicio en general, de hotel, no es bueno.

Çalışanlar, işlerini çok iyi yapan, nazik ve yardımsever insanlardı. Odamız hem cephe hem konfor hem de temizlik olarak kusursuzdu. Otelin konumu bulunduğu bölgenin en iyilerinden biri. Araba ile geldik ve sorunsuz bir şekilde kapalı otoparka park ettik.

Overall excellent hotel, nice bar and restaurant downstairs, excellent but very expensive roof top restaurant also. Hotel has a spa which I didn’t use. Staff all very nice and attentive always asking to help. Only slight issue with my room was a very slowly draining shower. I didn’t inform desk as it wasn’t that big a deal but if you like long showers would’ve been a problem. I def return here if in Istanbul again

Located very close to where all the cruise ships dock in Istanbul and in the heart of Karakoy. Convenient location to get to other parts of Istanbul. Room looked a bit dated but was quite functional. The rooftop bar was a nice place to grab a drink with a view of the Bosphorus.

Temizlik konusunda zayıflar, odanın camı kirliydi pencere içleri toz/toprak içerisinde. Banyo içerisindeki kenar silikonları küflenmiş ve kötü görünüyordu. Kahvaltı çok da iyi değildi (29 Euro), o fiyata bölgede daha iyi Kahvaltı yapılabilir. SPA( masaj ve Hamamı kullandık) vasattı. Tek olumlu tarafı konum. Özetleyecek olursak Fiyat/performans olarak çok iyi bir seçim olmadı.

We only stayed one day since we were coming back from another country…Great location but the hotels require better cleaning of rooms, hallways.…we like the location since we had stayed at the JW Marriot in Bosphorus but this Novotel hotel does not compare at all with the Marriot property

El hotel Novotel Bosphorus, esta bien ubicado, a tan solo tres bloques está la estación T2 del tranvía, que es la línea que lo puede llevar a uno como turista a las principales atracciones de Estambul. El hotel cuenta con buenas zonas y restaurantes al su alrededor. Por mucho tiempo he buscado los hoteles de la cadena Accord siendo los Novotel una buena opción para visitar una ciudad en la cual uno va al hotel solo a dormir, pues normalmente las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, pero este no fue el caso. El Novotel Bosphorus esta viejo, mal mantenido, las áreas sociales como los corredores esta sucios al igual que el estado de la habitaciones, muy pobre la limpieza. Es una lastima por que el edifico del hotel es bueno, con una gran vista en su restaurante, pero está ya viejo y mal mantenido.

I will try to be as constructive as i can. The suite description was Bosphorous view ( they charged me over 300 USD for this! and the view was a building?! saying that all 5th floor occupied, why would misrepresent facts?!. i had to go to work at night & when i asked for my room to be cleaned & they said cleaning is in mornings only!? I thought that This is a hostel not Novotel?! What is really deserved to mention is i also carried my bag all the way to my room!? without the help of bell boy. The internet connection is terrible & i had to use my own internet to conduct my business. This a terrible experience & i will never repeat it.

The reason to stay at the Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus is for a night's stay before or after an ocean cruise. Novotel delivers on good location (we walked to our cruise ship with our luggage in tow), the rooms were clean and the a/c worked! HOWEVER, we were unfortunate to receive a room that was directly over a bar that played loud thumping disco music until after 2 am (and this was on a Wednesday night). After two nights of very little sleep traveling to Istanbul, we desperately needed a good night's sleep! Unfortunately, that was impossible in this room. Consequently, I would consider a different hotel in the same area next time.

Very weak AC. Lowest temperature in the room with AC on full power was 22 degree, very hard to sleep like this, it was just too warm. And why was the AC so weak? So that the hotel can save energy cost. For 200 Euro a night very disappointing And the pillows are also just horrible. Cheapest of the cheapest, low quality, very hard and uncomfortable. Had a very bad sleep because of the hot room and the bad pillow. Never again. Location and service are good though.

Very well-located: perfect for those who need the port, close to the main attractions, Bosphorus ferries in all directions, plenty of restaurants, and a stroll along the brand-new luxury promenade with the best view of both the bridge and the Golden Horn. But the hotel itself is as basic as it gets. No design, uncomfortable beds and pillows, and a very impractical sink. Don’t book the “Bosphorus view” rooms — you can’t really see it, and you’ll get all the noise from the promenade and the street. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are the best — simply because they’re quiet! In short, it’s a great budget option if you’re not looking for anything fancy.

Excellent location and fabulous views from the 5th floor. The breakfast was elaborate and no complaints at all. Rooms are very comfortable and staff is great as well. The biggest problem was there was extremely loud music until 3am every night, Very difficult to sleep especially with a small child. Hotel said it was other night club across the hotel and they didn't have any control over this. Stayed 3 nights, but hardly slept until after 3am!

It was so and so. The room was very cold upon arrival called the reception, they said they would send a technician right away. After some time and no technician i called again and was informed it was standard for all rooms that they are cooled. Complained that they did not call and inform me this, instead they let me wait for a technician some time. Then the technician came after I complained and turned the heating on. The location of the hotel is great. The staff needs more training they do not say hi or anything just look away.

Fabulous stay and excellent service across all departments. The room with a Bosphorus view is totally worth it. Concierge and reception went all out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel has also One of the best room services ever tried, very nice food and healthy options available. Excellent location to walk around the promenade, Galataport and up to Galata Tower. Easy transportation stops nearby, just bear in mind traffic is intense and taxis could take a little longer in the area. Thank you so much

I love how clean and tidy my room was all the time . The house keeping is very patient I don’t wake up early but he will ensure that my room and bed sheet is change no matter the time I woke up Well done to him . I was only upset when I wasn’t told the mini fridge is stock for a price only find out when I was leaving to pay for the water , drink etc that was in my mini fridge in my room.

Supposed to be one of the best in IST- far from. The overview is that this hotel has some of the worst service (not just in Istanbul, but generally). The front counter staff are often always too busy (not really busy, just looking busy) to acknowledge you. The Staff in the restaurant for breakfast give little to no care about you (often looking like they would rather be ANYWHERE else). The Staff in the lobby actually 'huff' when you ask them for a dink/service. Then top all this off, the backside of the hotel is built on a bar/pub. If you stay on floor 1 or 2 (maybe 3) you will be above an actual club. Heavy base and noise until 2/3am (weekends). Insane. When I asked staff (at 1am) why they would book me in a room above a club, I was told there was nothing they could do, full hotel (clearly not). Its an hour to get to the airport (or from), so the honest view is don't hit this hotel at all. Sure its clean enough but the staff and noise make it a no-go. For the price point, there are MUCH better hotels in this city you can stay at. Especially if you are on an overnight layover or just there for a weekend.

Die Lage ist super das Hotel hat ein Parkhaus. Man ist zu Fuss sehr nahe zu Galataport und auch andere Attraktionen. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man zu Fuss in Istanbul vieles machen will.

Sehr gutes Restaurant (teuer), sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage, großes Zimmer (Exec. Suite), allerdings: Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, braucht dringend Renovierung; Roomservice eher schlecht, geputzt wurde offenbar nicht immer, der dritte Satz Handtücher für unsere Tochter wurde oft entfernt und musste dann neu geordert werden; das Personal empfiehlt gerne und fast ausschließlich die eigenen Restaurants. Alles in Allem eher zu teuer für die Leistung.

Localização ótima, perto da estação do metrô, ótimas opções de restaurantes por perto. O café da manhã é ótimo, assim como o restaurante para jantar, no Rooftop, com vista linda do Bósforo! Nosso quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, parecia estar fechado há algum tempo. Hotel com áreas comuns limpas e muito bem conservadas. Nossa experiência foi muito boa.
