Good serviced apartment, but I was unlucky to get a room right behind the elevators, I heard the constant buzzing sound of he elevators going up and down from very early in the morning and then again during the night when people go back to their rokms. Staff told me they were fully booked, but said they would let me know if they could move me to another room the following day, but staff never mentioned anything the next day, maybe they told me that to make me feel something was going to be done when in reality nothing was done. Also there is no parking, you need to find a spot in the street which needs to be paid until 6 PM, and be ready by 8 AM the following day to pay again.

Everything in this hotel i like the only thing i didn't like is the parking. There's no car park and the one on the streets is all full. We have to walk a few distances from the hotel to park our car. That's the only disadvantage, apart from that everything was all good.

Very clean, quiet & spacious room. Great to have a kitchenette & laundry facilities in the room as well. Location was good for access to Kings Park & free city cat buses nearby. Only 3 hour meter parking during the week at front of hotel if you haven’t booked parking, unless you are doing a lot of travel out of the city you don’t really need a car at this location. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and very quiet. Having the veranda for an evening drink was great. The apartments are inside the Fare Free Zone for buses and about 50m from a bus stop for buses running into the city.

Housekeeping was poor. we were there for 10 nights and sheets on bed were only changed once on the second to last night there. We were not told that there was no housekeeping over Easter. We only found out by chance by reading a small notice in the lift! We were also not informed that there was no housekeeping over the next weekend. We had to ask at reception for more toilet paper, sugar, teabags, towels and dishwasher tablets. Overall very frustrating.

This accomodation is right across from Kings Park so is in a great location, and the service is very welcoming, well priced for Perth The rooms themselves are well equipped, however the room has no ventilation as in operable windows. This causes the room to be a bit smelly, and the products they use for cleaning are cloying which takes a bit of getting used to. There is mould stains in the shower grout and a bit of mould around the base of the shower, whilst you can see that this area has been cleared it is a concern that mould still appears to be present.

Hotel rooms are reasonably spacious and well equipped. Room and bathroom very clean, but let down by kitchenette (eg toaster, kettle as well as glasses, plates, etc) not being clean. VIP benefit of a $4 bottle of bubbles (and that is retail value) is not really a benefit.

I was lucky to get a high floor with an amazing view of the city and Kings Park. This made my stay a 5 star experience. Some of the lower floors on my side of the building look into a brick wall. This would be the only negative thing about choosing this hotel for me again. The rooms are amazing. Fully equipped with everything you could ever need including washing machine and tumble dryer. If you are staying on the weekend there is lots of free street parking all around the hotel.

We usually stay here on our frequent trips to Perth and normally are happy with the accommodation and service It is was a bit disappointing this trip has when we reported that there was no hot water the concierge wasn’t very concerned nor did they even apologise for the inconvenience. An attractive modern complex. Our studio was clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed. We were disappointed the reception staff didn't tell us about the free bus and the bus stop 2 mins walk from the door. It only takes 5 mins into the mid city, where you can swop to other free buses.

The only negative for this hotel is a lack of parking near, which, to be fair, the hotel very clearly communicates to guests. This proved so inconvenient that we moved to another hotel for a return stay we had planned. Otherwise absolutely no complaints - a clean, comfortable room with nice kitchenette and BONUS in room laundry which was awesome during our extended trip to Australia. From the location you can walk to a great grocery store and many nice restaurants in Subiaco, downtown Perth, and of course through Kings Park right across the street. Couldn't be more convenient.

I have stayed here a few times while over in Perth. I think this is the best Quest in the city. Nice and quiet away from the nightlife but still walkable to West Perth and subiaco. Plus the bus and trains are available for further travel.

Quest Kings Park was great. It’s a small hotel with basic facilities. We stayed on the top floor room with a beautiful balcony looking out onto the park. Truly stunning views. Downside is no food available nearby and no easy access coffee on the weekends, but on our last day we got a breakfast taco from the Mexican place next door and it was the best thing ever.
