Greta stay, beautiful inside. In house dining and room service very overpriced/ expensive. Gym was okay, mostly a line a treadmills, but not bad for a short weekend stay. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were nice. Do I think it was worth almost $200 per night? No not really, was expecting something much nicer for the price. Have to pay for breakfast between $15-30 per plate/entree. Staff was professional. Snack bar was reasonably priced. Had a slice of cake and mocktail at the rooftop restaurant. Delicious but everything else was fairly pricey. Would stay again still

The elevator was broken so it was always a ling wait, our first room had a broken shower and safe and we found a dirty sock in the blankets. Our second room had a TV that didn't work. We went to the "restaurant" and there was no service. The only person we saw didn't speak English. We also went to the bar and the bar tender was hardly at the bar and I needed to tell him what goes into a basic mai tai. And part way through our stay, our room keys were deactivated. Overall, not a good experience and I will not stay here again. Not worth the money spent for anything.

Well there are a few things: - Hallways were super stuffy, no ac/fan. - Only one elevator was working to accommodate 13 floors. - Room smelled like there was a pet in there previously and it was not taken care of prior to my arrival. - I wasn't aware there wasn't a mini fridge or microwave. - Its right next to the highway where you can hear the cars. - Guests knocked on my door Sunday morning although it said DND. - Rear access door was in accessible no keycard access, and door was jammed. Staff saw that we were having trouble and did nothing. - A few more access doors wouldn't have hurt. - Wifi was terrible Cable had no access

Sheets had spots on them, tv wasn't plugged in. Unable to use outlets on table lamp nest to bed as there was something stuck in them. Pool only open when owner is onsite and says it can be open, and only until 8:30 p.m. Wish rooms had refrigerator, but understand this is a full service hotel. We were not able to use the pool and that's why this property was chosen.

This is one of my favorite hotels in NJ. Bar/restaurant on 12th floor with great views. Food is very good. Excellent service.

Room was not cleaned properly. Used soap bar in the shower. We found someone else's underwear in our bed.

When you walk into the hotel, it’s really nice. When we got to our room, I was disappointed. I reserved a king bed and got a queen bed, when I pulled the sheets down there was hair in the bed. For a hotel that prides itself on cleanliness, that is completely gross. The sheets also had a stain on it. Needless to say, I doubt the sheets were changed. The bathroom I was impressed with. I liked the standing shower, that is until I got in it. There was more hair on the floor of the shower. The ceiling paint was chipping and coming down. I guess from too much humidity but a little love to that would improve its look. I would not be staying here again.

Friendly and attentive front desk staff. Adequate soap and lotion in bathroom. Dirty bed with blood on the bottom sheet that was covered with the top sheet, furniture in room 404 including bathroom picture with visible dust and dirt.

The hotel itself was a great location to drive into the city. The room was not thoroughly cleaned before arrival. The sheets had stains. Once housekeeping came to clean they also didn’t replenish shower gel which I had to look for housekeeping since no one answered at the front desk.

There was poop on the tissue in my bathroom upon arrival . Rooms were pretty small But it was nice and quiet . They have a bar on the top floor that was nice . Bartender was very nice . Other than the bathroom situation it was nice and clean

Everywhere smells weed. Rooms smell bad. First room was 610 smells bad seems like some men started many days without showers. That how was smell like when I was walking in room then requested another room which was 514 better than 610 but still smells bad though

Stay one night, needed a place close to an event I attended at the Venetian in Garfield. Didn’t spent much time in hotel, but both bed, shower and aircon all were good. Fast check in and friendly staff.

The property was in a reasonable location. The rooms were clean. The double bed rooms standard are small if you have more than 2 people. The beds in the double standard were full size beds. I asked about a later checkout time for 1 pm because I was an IHG member and was told only if they can accommodate the request. A little disappointed and they only let me check out at 12pm. The staff was pleasant and kind. Otherwise I enjoyed staying in the hotel for what I needed. Everything was about 15-20 minutes away like the MetLife stadium, American dream mall and Times Square.

Hotel is average in every respect. The train tracks run next to the hotel so you’ll hear train noise occasionally.

Decent stay, fairly quiet room but you can hear a bit of Route 80 traffic regardless. The room itself was clean and nice. Our only complaint was a strange smell that would could not track down the source. It was mild enough to not be a huge problem, but whenever we left and came in again it was immediately noticeable.

I liked that they had a small convenient station to buy stuff. I was not happy with the bed at all. King bed and it Sank in the middle. Didn’t sleep once through the stay.

It was okay. When we checked in we were greeted with a sign that said the cable tv wasnt working. The lighting in the room and bathroom are very dim making it difficult for my family to apply makeup. The lighted makeup mirror didn’t work so we asked for a replacement. The replacement light didnt work either. Full size beds are too small for 2 people. The air conditioning was very loud when it turned on and it would wake us up during the night when it turned on. For the money we spent, I would have paid extra for a better place.

Poor internet connection. Only 1 elevator is in service.

I cannot get over the fact that rooms are not equipped with a mini-fridge, though I could get one for a $20/day fee. Seriously?! A common hotel amenity like a refrigerator and it's not available without an uncharge.

The room and the people themselves are really nice. However it wasn’t mentioned that they don’t have smart tv’ or fridge/ microwave in the rooms

The service was unprofessional. The front desk clerk was very rude . Poor website description of the services offered . We will not be returning neither would we recommend it to family and friends. Expidia did us wrong.

The staff was excellent.

The service at this hotel was excellent. The person who checked me in, who helped we with some room purchases, and even the waitstaff in the restaurant on the 12th floor were all so professional and friendly! The only thing I didn’t particularly enjoy was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but I have longer thicker hair, so this may not be an issue for others. Overall a great stay with no issues, which is exactly what I need before a huge business meeting the following morning.

We will no longer stay there when visiting from out of town. Have been staying there for years and it just getting worse. Front desk is awful, rooms are dingy and not being cleaned properly.

Front desk not accommodating as a return customer numerous times

The hotel has gone way down hill since my last stay (we have had at least 4 good stays). We will never stay again. Not sure if it's new ownership or what. We booked two rooms for one night. The bolt lock was completely busted off one room (405) they moved us to what they said was their last room (room 407) where that room had what looked like pry marks or screwdriver marks on the exterior near the lock with gauges of wood missing leaving the lock assembly exposed. We had to sleep there as it was 11pm and it was the only room open. Had to move furniture in front of the door to keep it from being entered. We were then charged twice for the room. One time on the card we booked with and one time on the incidentals card. We also had $99 held and another $50 held for this room when we were told it would only be $50. Was told Mr Pinto the crown plaza accountant would help when he got back from vacation in 10 days. We have to wait 10 days to get the extra $300 back we were charged. Worse part...the manager Manny yelled at me and threatened me. I felt so upset my husband began recording him yelling as all I was trying to do was get a refund for the overpayment and all he could hear was a male yelling and being very rude and totally unprofessional. This hotel used to be my go to but manny has changed my feeling of safety and he should not be running a hotel nor dealing with customers -ever! Not only is he hard to understand.....he is unprofessional and a little scary. Sad

Beautiful rooms in a safe area. Nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff were good with information. Too far from the subway system to get down to the waterfront. - Not a slight to the property just I formation.

The design of the property was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and professional. Would like to give the manager of the restaurant a great review, he was exceptionally helpful, professional and nice. I would come back just because he treated my husband and myself very well. The downfall of the property is it’s in an industrial area which is very noisy. I plan on visiting again. Thank you Staff for making us feel comfortable.

Safe, quiet place to crash. Pleasant staff, easy parking, very convenient to highway and very reasonable pricing for what I needed - a place to crash after driving in from Indiana before starting morning meetings in NYC.

The room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable. We. went for breakfast in the restaurant and at first there appeared to be nobody there and we had to wait to be seated. Food options were limited and I ended up with a couple of fried eggs and a dried out piece of Ham. To say the least, we never went back. The lobby had no free coffee, and offered some fruit for $3. It was disappointing stay and we won't stay there again.

We waited 30 mins just to get the check at the bar. We were 2 of 6 guests in the entire restaurant/bar. Bartender left and never came back. Took 30 mins to find someone who was able to help us. Made us late.

The staff is absolutely wonderful here! The front desk woman was so friendly and pleasant which was a great welcome. The high light of the stay was definitely the food and the staff in the sky lounge restaurant. The restaurant staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was so delicious, it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay this location again in the future.

The hotel itself was fine. We went up to the lounge in tje evening. The only thing the bartender said was taking our drink and food order. After that nothing was said until we asked for the check. The food was average at best and a little overpriced for what you get.

This property was one of the nicest that we have ever stayed in. The check-in process was flawless. The room was neat and clean. The restaurant service was top-notch.

I was a little weary about this place because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. They have breakfast buffet at the top floor from 7-10:30 which was so convenient, you can see the city around you and they also have lunch and dinner menus. The only issue i had was that our room didnt have a fridge or microwave but we made it work. They have the rain shower head and it was amazing. Will book this hotel again.
