Ein super schönes Hotel! Perfekte Ausgangslage für eine Stadttour, direkt an der Arena. Das Frühstück war total umfangreich, es gab sogar Vegane Croissants :) Der Parkplatz vom Hotel war voll aber direkt gegenüber ist ein 24h bewachter Parkplatz für 25€/24h, den können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Elegant & friendly staffs willing to help & make your stay comfortable. 1. Location is perfect: few minutes walk from train station and also few minutes walk to the Arena where at night nearby restaurants with outside seating's turn the piazza into a lively interesting place to walk, seat and eats. 2. Hotel is secure with double entrance doors & floors access by tenants in that floor only. 3 It's a heat wave in mid June and Air Conditioning make the stay comfortable. 4. Our room floor is not quite clean that why I gave it a 4.

Schönes, Zentrales Hotel! Kleine Punkte: Frühstück ist OK aber unterdurchschnittlich. Name des Hotels am Gebäude kaum zu finden. Große Bitte: Ablauf bei Anreise mit KFZ und gebuchtem Parkplatz: Ankommen, vor dem Hotel im Halteverbot kurz parken um mit der Rezeption zu sprechen. Die schicken dann ggf. einen Kollegen mit E-scooter, welcher dann voran fährt zu der Tiefgarage (ca. 200 m entfernt) Vorher Ausladen des Gepäcks. Super freundliches Personal!!!

So good. This was such a nice hotel. The on site parking was super secure. The room was really nice. Two separate rooms. Beds were comfortable. Very conveniently located close to the Arena. The breakfast was adequate. But there was also a crepe restaurant and Turkish Donair restaurant right at the entrance to the hotel. I would stay here if I manage to make it back.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem sehr schönen kleinen Hotel zu übernachten. Obwohl das Hotel von außen nicht sofort als solches erkennbar ist, da es in einem Wohnhaus untergebracht ist und nur ein Klingelschild darauf hinweist, ist es dennoch ein wunderschönes, neu renoviertes und toll hergerichtetes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer waren frisch renoviert und typisch venezianisch eingerichtet, was ihnen einen besonderen Charme verlieh. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, da es sich unmittelbar im Zentrum befindet und man die Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich darauf, wiederzukommen.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit Verona for first time. RE was a good choice because it is close to all attractions covered by the Verona Card. Room and bath was clean with daily room service. Breakfast has sufficient variety and coffee to order. Staff was quite attentive and efficient. Both receptionist were very kind and helpful. Can’t ask for anything else. We had room facing Corso Porta Nuova which is quite busy as it is close to the Arena and a school (university campus). Since the heater was on, the room was quite warm. The only option was to open the window. Note that it gets noisy until after 10:30-11:00pm. But we were able to get good sleep with the window opened. Thank you to staff of Relais Empire, we were able to enjoy Verona to its fullest.

Had a fabulous short stay here. Room was ready when we arrived at 10.30am and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful in giving us information on the local area. Staff were always pleasant and polite. Lovely breakfast. We also had an early check out but they still made us a great cuppa before going and gave us some take away bags for us to fill with pastries for our journey. Very convenient location for visiting all the local attractions and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus and train station. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect reception, they greeted us warmly and showed us to our room. Gave basic instructions and were helpful in planning our time in Verona. The location is close enough to the train station to walk there easily and close enough to the city center for walking there as well. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was beyond good, I am really glad we stayed here.

Staff were excellent and location was fantastic. Pipework in bathroom slightly noisy and needs seeing to. Suggest bigger sign on downstairs security door asking guests to close gently as regularly slammed during the night. Bar fridge kept nothing cold and was small but staff provided ice which was much appreciated.

It was loud and unfortunately the bar next to the hotel didn’t reduced the music till 3-4 am in the morning. I could hear it through closed windows. The receptionist was very kind and tried everything to reach out to the bar or even police so that they reduce their music. So for people with light sleep I recommend either earplugs or a room away from the street side where the bar is located.

Very difficult to get into the hotel, which is situated in a courtyard behind some locked wooden doors with very little signage. Could not find the hotel door bell or any intercom. Had to ring the door bell of another property who then telephoned the hotel to let us in. Bar that the stay was good

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff. Only slight issue is that if everybody decided to go down to breakfast at the same time there would not be enough tables to cater for a full restaurant. That said, get down before 9am and you should be fine.

Passei por 13 hotéis na minha eurotrip e sem dúvidas esse hotel se não foi o melhor foi um dos melhores. Recepcionista muito simpáticas, os detalhes dentro do quarto fazem toda diferença (tinha creme de pele, condicionador separado, linha de unha, cotonete), o quarto também tinha um espelho enorme, café da manhã com bastante variedade. Amei minha hospedagem!
