Nice and quiet with nice staff. The pool was great and family friendly. The breakfast was accessible in the morning and that makes it very convenient, but the seasoned potatoes were not good.

Pros: The complimentary breakfast and service were outstanding. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Location was very convenient for our visit. Elevator was prompt. Decor is warm and pleasant. Cons: Walls are VERY thin. I could hear every conversation next door and in the hallway. Bathroom is very nice, but desperately needs a vent. I would stay here again and recommend it to others, too.

The cops got called for a rowdy guest. The pool was closed and dirty. Guests were extremely loud after midnight and kids started screaming before 6am

Connie was amazing with breakfast service! The website displays that there is a shuttle to drive 5-7 miles, when we inquired to head out the front desk notified us that it is not in fact up and running and will not be until the summer (website did not say this). The front staff was kind. On the last day there was a cockroach running across the cover or one of the beds as well. The fitness room was missing multiple accessories for the workout machines also. Had we have known there was no shuttle and an I’ll equipped gym, we would have booked elsewhere

I had a great experience during my visit! The rooms were clean and the hotel smelt clean too. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I love that there was free breakfast, although i wish they had more options. Overall, everything was great and would come and stay again!

Hampton Inn , La Porte, Tx was wonderful. It was a newer property and was very clean. I was greeted by three friendly front desk staff whom made me feel very welcomed. Breakfast was wonderful and the wonderful lady in charge of food service was exceptional.

We rented a 2 queen bedroom and one of the beds sheets had fresh blood and juices stain like sheets were not chaged. We had to buy new sheets at walmart for both beds. Neighbors above us had kids up all night stomping and dig in room next to us barked all night. Besides that the place was ok

This Hampton Inn was very clean and well maintained, and the staff I dealt with were pleasant. The only downside to the hotel is that it's located amidst a bunch of warehouses. If you're looking for a clean comfortable place to stay for a night and don't care about a scenic view, it's a good choice.

This hotel was gross. The sheets had hair on them & when we called downstairs they told us they'd give us clean sheets if we'd come down & get & change them ourselves!! TF!! I asked for a refund, but NEVER got it!!

Connie was amazing with breakfast service! I've stayed in a few major chain hotels of late and have noticed how they weren't really kept up to the standards I had become to be confident with. Hampton Inn has never let me down, and the staff at the La Porte, Texas location helped take that over the top! The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal. The room was quite clean and large--Hilton has the most comfortable beds!

I would like to personally thank the desk assistant Melinda and the kitchen cook Connie. Melinda went up and beyond to make sure we got checked in with little to no hassle in my part. She handled the issues that came up with a smile and assistance with a smile and warm welcoming. Connie made sure my kids were happy and well feed before we continued on our vacation. Will recommend this property. I definitely give it a 10/10.

Property is in a very convenient location and in good condition. Staff was extraordinary. Shanon was very nice and helpful. She provided us with excellent dining suggestions and even printed our cruise boarding passes. Wonderful person!

The best part was the breakfast! The lady in the breakfast area was the best. The staff was very nice, except for a blonde older lady in reception. When we arrived it was early so our room wasn't ready, we asked if there was a space to leave our suitcases and she abruptly said No. Told us to come back at 3pm, which we did and the room was still not ready, and the again in a bad tone told us to sit and wait. The hotel was practically empty, so we didn't understand the delay. Apart from that blonde lady, the rest of the staff was incredibly accommodating.

Love staying here the night before we cruise out of Galveston. It’s comfortable, clean, and close to a store and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. This was our 2nd time staying here and we again for our next cruise.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT ALL THREE DAYS. WE WERE THERE WHILE HOME WAS BEING REMODELED. DUE TO TIMING, WE RESERVED ROOM A FEW DAYS BEFORE WE NEEDED IT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT ROOM TOO. MADE OUR STAYCATION WELL WORTH IT.
