Overall, the place was fine. Plenty of parking. Our room was disappointing for two major reasons. One, there was a very strange smell in our room. We couldn’t quite put our finger on what it was. Two, there was a huge spider web in the middle of the room which made me wonder when the room was last cleaned/checked. The area itself was good for walking dogs.

Clean and simple but reasonable place to stay for non-luxury trip. Room is clean. The wood floor make it even "cleaner". It has a full size refrigerator, a microwave and a two burner stove. You can request cups/plates/pots but they don't keep those in the room. It is ideal if you don't want to eat out for every meal. There is a supermarket (serving hot food), a few restaurants within walking distance. They only provide weekly (or per stay) cleaning, so you need to take out your own trash if it gets too much. WIFI is weak especially in the evenings. This is a pet friendly hotel so you might meet a few friendly dogs in the elevator.

The hotel was not what I expected. My room was clean and so was my bathroom. However the breakfast was muffins and coffee. No fruit or yogurt that is usually offered with Grab and Go. The hallways smelled and there were so many patrons with dogs.

I had an absolutely awful stay at this Extended Stay hotel in Merrimack, NH. From the moment I walked in, the entire place smelled musty and unclean. My room was filthy—dust, dirt, and grime everywhere, and the bathroom was disgusting. The heating didn't work, and to make matters worse, most of the charging outlets were non-functional. The noise level was unbearable, with people running up and down the halls all night. On top of that, dogs were barking constantly throughout the hotel, and to make matters worse, there was dog feces all over the property. The parking lot was a nightmare—completely unshoveled and unsafe. The service was equally disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing any of the issues I experienced. This place is in serious need of better management and a complete overhaul. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Be aware that you are responsible for taking your own trash to the dumpster and there is no housekeeping staff present all day if you need something. My bedsheets and towels were all dirty when I arrived and I had to get linens from the front desk and change my own bedding the next day.

This hotel was disgusting. I don't think anyone had cleaned the room before we arrived because the floor was dusty and had small trash bits on it (small pieces of tissue, clumps of dirt, etc.). It was also really sketchy - a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot constantly (like with camp chairs smoking). I did not feel very safe, especially with a child. Definitely would not recommend. The front desk and service staff were friendly.

I was highly disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The main reason we chose this hotel was to have access to a kitchen. However, when we entered our room, we found filthy floors, countertops, and the bathroom. There were no kitchen supplies in the room; you had to get them at the front desk. We were provided with two plates, two cups, two pans, two bowls, and plastic utensils from a grocery store, but we only received two. The stove top was broken and wouldn’t work, and it took four calls before anyone came to fix it. Additionally, if you need extra towels, please bring your old towels to the front desk before you can receive new ones. I signed that you are also responsible for taking out your garbage. I refused to do this. I believe we are entitled to a refund due to being misled by false advertising.

Honest review here. The vibe of this facility was that of mainly people who needed temp housing. No issue with that at all. Everyone was cool, staff was awesome, place was clean!! What absolutely killed the experience for me was the bed. It was, without doubt, the worst bed I have ever attempted to sleep in my entire life. I could not get comfortable at all and barely slept. I was up for a bowling tournament and the bed was so uncomfortable that I had to withdraw from the event as I woke up with significant discomfort in my hips and lower back. I absolutely WILL NOT stay at this establishment again, and do not recommend it. But again, I want to be clear that the staff was AWESOME!

The worst bed ever. Basically had to sleep on a blow up camping pad to get any rest. Flat out horrible bed. Everything else was decent but if you don’t get sleep it’s just a waste of time and money…

The noise level from the road felt like I was sleeping in the parking lot. I didn't sleep all night, my two friends had the same experience in their rooms. There were no curtains on the windows, just blinds, so the room was lit up all night from the outdoor lights. I would not recommend the hotel!!

The rooms are dated and furnished with furniture that should be in a dumpster. After my check in, I was able to walk through cigarette smoke at the outside door to enter the building. The hallway had an odor and once in my room, I was able to hear people in the parking lot and other rooms.

The place looked clean and updated. There was never anyone at the desk when needed. You had to wait to get in to check in and if you had questions for the desk had to wait for someone to come back. You have to empty your own trash from the room and anytime we asked for something they were either out or had to trade your dirty stuff for new stuff. The “breakfast” was just snacks and coffee not a real breakfast. After the first night our key card stopped working and had to get a new one. We put in reservation there were 4 people coming and they only had room setup for 2 that includes sheets and pillows for the hide a bed were needed the bed itself was rock hard so if you like that your good.

I stayed here for 2 days and nights, when I entered the room, I raised the window blinds and when I wanted to lower them, they never went down. I tried calling the room service but to my surprise the phone wasn't working as well. I went down the other day morning and informed the staff about it. They said someone will come to my room soon, but no one came to see it even after 4 hours. I went to the reception again and they said they can't really do anything about it as there's no maintenance guy available for the next 3 days. Moreover, there were hairs on the bed and on all the towels provided by them. They mentioned free breakfast, which was a big lie as there was only bread and coffee available. No hair dryer in the room and worst service what so ever. My experience with my family was terrible. Thank you.

Disappointed the way the service was handled. Our booking was cancelled. We were advised that there hotel is fully booked and asked us to contact Expedia or to look for another hotel. Just like that without any help whatsoever. NEVER TO BOOK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Unfortunately, our visit was less than ideal. It took over 30mins for us to check in despite being the only patrons there. There was an issue with one of the staff members that left us locked out and waiting for a room late at night. Beyond apologizing, there was no recognition of the inconvenience. Once we finally received a room it was on the top floor and the entery light wasn't working. After making our way in, and turning on a light by the bed, we could see the chair next to the bed was so worn it had holes in the armrests. There was a large scratch (~2ft long) mark on wall against were the chair was placed. The room had all of the advertised accommodations for having an "extended" stay, however besides that, this room was no better that a Motel 6. Oh and the advertised "free breakfast" was just Nutragrain bars....nothing else...no fruit, no simple pastries...just Nutragrain bars. I guess it was good that we really only needed the room to sleep one night before driving back home, however I expected better. If I had known, I would have spent a few extra dollars to at least get a real breakfast at a different hotel.

Sandy was a great help for me. She went out of her way in showing Great Hospitality to me in making my vacation more enjoyable. I would come back to this place.

This hotel was disgusting. I don't think anyone had cleaned the room before we arrived because the floor was dusty and had small trash bits on it (small pieces of tissue, clumps of dirt, etc.). It was also really sketchy - a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot constantly (like with camp chairs smoking). I did not feel very safe, especially with a child. Definitely would not recommend. The front desk and service staff were friendly.

The noise level from the road felt like I was sleeping in the parking lot. I didn't sleep all night, my two friends had the same experience in their rooms. There were no curtains on the windows, just blinds, so the room was lit up all night from the outdoor lights. I would not recommend the hotel!!

The rooms are dated and furnished with furniture that should be in a dumpster. After my check in, I was able to walk through cigarette smoke at the outside door to enter the building. The hallway had an odor and once in my room, I was able to hear people in the parking lot and other rooms.

This hotel was very dirty. Service was good at the desk but i wouldnt stay at this hotel again. If it was half price then i couldnt complain. But to pay over $100 to stay in a nasty hotel is absurd. The room was dirty and there were stains on the walls. The Breakfast was coffee and muffins. Signs for oatmeal but no oatmeal. Only utensils were plastic spoons. This is an only if your desperate location. Not a recommended hotel!

Unfortunately, our visit was less than ideal. It took over 30mins for us to check in despite being the only patrons there. There was an issue with one of the staff members that left us locked out and waiting for a room late at night. Beyond apologizing, there was no recognition of the inconvenience. Once we finally received a room it was on the top floor and the entery light wasn't working. After making our way in, and turning on a light by the bed, we could see the chair next to the bed was so worn it had holes in the armrests. There was a large scratch (~2ft long) mark on wall against were the chair was placed. The room had all of the advertised accommodations for having an "extended" stay, however besides that, this room was no better that a Motel 6. Oh and the advertised "free breakfast" was just Nutragrain bars....nothing else...no fruit, no simple pastries...just Nutragrain bars. I guess it was good that we really only needed the room to sleep one night before driving back home, however I expected better. If I had known, I would have spent a few extra dollars to at least get a real breakfast at a different hotel.

The hotel was not what I expected. My room was clean and so was my bathroom. However the breakfast was muffins and coffee. No fruit or yogurt that is usually offered with Grab and Go. The hallways smelled and there were so many patrons with dogs.

I was very very disappointed. It said breakfast and all they had was oatmeal regular coffee no decaf coffee couldn’t find the water for the oatmeal no juice no fruits. I will not be back there yet. & the bed was not very comfortable

The Freezer in the room didn't not freeze anything. I put in an ice cube tray on the day I arrived, and it never froze. The bed was hard as a rock and I woke up with back pain every day.

The breakfast was a granola bar and tea/coffee. Then I saw lots of breakfast boxes in the hall as I was leaving. (Delivery of cereal etc...). The chair in the room was breaking off pieces of material so I did not sit in it.

The interior has seen better days! The floor felt dirty and the chair has cracked and worn upholstery. I didn’t want to sit on it. The seemed also to be dirt in the water. Another guest warned me to let it run before using. I actually thought I had made reservations for a different extended stay hotel that I had stayed previously several years ago. I won’t stay there again. It was not in a convenient location at all.
