The fact that it had a washer & dryer on the property was an extra plus

Pool was Disgusting. And tv was not clear

Have stayed at property several times over the past few years. I like the location, cleanliness and free breakfast. The pool could certainly use a few more chaise lounges ( only 4 this trip).

Half the parking lot was being repaved but there was still ample parking. I wish there had been bacon or sausage on the breakfast

Unfortunately undergoing some remodeling so the lobby was a little messy. Otherwise oksy.

Breakfast was amazing. Made up for the broken ice machine on my floor. Wished I would have called ahead to get a bathtub. Desk attendant couldn’t figure out how to select one when I checked in. One of the bonus perks in travel should be a relaxing bath.

Covered basic needs well, good breakfast, good basic gym and good area. Ice machine didn’t work on my floor and the ATM didn’t work at all, minor inconveniences but worth noting. I would go back no problem

Pool area not clean.

Staff was very nice but the room wasn't very clean- the rug was dirty and worn, and there was grime in the shower.

Didn’t like the foul smell in the hallway of must and dirty carpet. The smell got into our room. I had to scrub and clean the bathroom myself before allowing my family to use it. Breakfast options weren’t great.

Run down and tired property. The carpets in the rooms are filthy. Walk on them with socks or bare feet and they turn black from the dirt. Maid service consists of putting new towels in the room. Breakfast hostess was very nice. Front desk staff was very nice. For the price of the room, the cleaning is horrible.

Mold in the grout of the shower. My wife took a shower and sitting on the bed reading a book and I look at her and the bottom of her feet were black ! So I mention she just got out of the shower! And hit me up for a $250.00 deposit.

Bathroom was worn down and filthy, dirt stained shower floor, loose toilet, carpet was stained and disgusting. Paid more for this hotel specifically to avoid this problem.

Staff were amazing however my room had pieces of potato chips on the furniture and someone's fake eyelashes had apparently fallen out in the bathroom. So room was not completely clean as I would have expected it to be. I had a very noisy neighbor my first night and the cleaning staff are extremely loud in the hallway when servicing rooms.

I appreciate the affordability. However, we stayed twice within a week in 2 different rooms. The first room had a loud A/C that made a noise that rose & fell, with a firehose faucet. The 2nd room had no blinds and the fire alarm blinked brightly enough to distract from sleeping. On the 3rd night we installed our own blackout curtain and taped over the blinking light. Ashly works hard and long hours, but the cleaning manager knew about the lack of blinds and clearly had not informed the front desk. Again, appreciate the price, but would seriously hesitate to stay there again.

The rooms are incredibly dark including the bathroom. One of the sconces in my room didn’t work and when I told the front desk the first day they said they would tell someone. The second day I reminded them and I was told they do not have any maintenance people. Additionally the in-room safe wasn’t working. The property is new and clean but very sterile. The morning breakfast is fair. Parking is easy and the hotel is quite even next to the elevator.

A/C unit was unplugged. Phone didn’t work. Microwave didn’t work. Bathroom was tired and needs an update.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable too. The breakfast was very tasty too. I would also like to say that the staff was so friendly and did everything right to make our trip great.

Spent 3 nights, had a single king room. Very spacious, very good condition, bed was very comfortable. Lighting in the bathroom needs a little improvement, could've been brighter. Had kind of a hard time shaving. Other than that, decent stay. Good breakfast, lot of variety. Staff was friendly. Hotel was safe, in a good neighborhood.

Not happy with our room at all, but the breakfast was great. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the refrigerator wouldn't cool down, the stopper in the shower was down and the tub filled up. When my husband went to pull it up the knob fell off and he had quite a job screwing it back on.The sink stopper wwas broken and wouldn't pul up. Now for the worst of it.The AC. The fan made a horrible grinding noise. I was only able to get 3 hours sleep after putting cotton in my ears. We reported it. However, we had to undergo another night with it grinding. I finally was able to sleep after taking a sleeping pill and putting cotton in my ears again. I was so happy that it was the last night of this. So happy to leave.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations in adjoining rooms clearly.

Air conditioning did not work the first night. Nice they fixed the moisture in the air smelled damp like mildew. Carpet and chaise were not in great shape

Well maintained clean friendly staff

Upon arrival i discovered cup rings on the nightstand from the previous guest. I then discovered that my refrigerator was broken. Decided to first take a shower and then stop at front desk to report it. Soon after turning on the water, i discovered that the tub drain was clogged. I reported both issues as planned and was told by a very nice woman that maintenance would go in and resolve my issues. When i returned that night, i happily discovered a new refrigerator in place of the broken one. However, my second shower was same as the 1st, having to stand in ankle deep tub water. I know they looked at it because the curtain was pulled all the way over, which was different from how i left it. For 3 days, i had to endure the stench of another guests disgusting boots and socks left outside his door, stinking up the hallway. When i said something to the front desk staff person (different person), she told me i could knock on his door and ask him to keep his boots inside his room. Really???? I didnt know that was my job. So, being a solo female traveler, i chose not to do that for obvious reasons. Instead, for 3 days i held my breath from the elevator to my room. I will not book this hotel again.

Staff was unprofessional. Asked for a wake up call...never received it. Never got my receipt, staff was very unfriendly.

$250 dollar room deposit! And youll get your deposit back in 3 to 10 business? Highest room deposit I have ever seen. I will never stay at that property again because of that.

When we tried to check in their system was down. Despite being able to show them our confirmation and that our room was paid for, we could not check in. The system was down until about 1:30 am so we had to pay to stay elsewhere. We went back the next day and reinstated our reservation but then had to pay another $98 for some reason (in addition to the 2 nights we had already paid for).

Close drive to beaches, shops, dining. I liked the layout of the room; even had an extra chair and ottoman. “Barn door” between the sleeping area and room door kept out the hallway light that sneaks in under the room door. Very quiet. Plenty of on-site parking. Pool was warm and clean. I recommend this location.

Quiet and convenient location to downtown

This is such a convenient location for me, when we come back to town, this location in near most people and places we need to visit. Easy access to I-95 and the turnpike for that matter. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, and I wish I knew how they keep the glass shower doors so clean and SPOTLESS. Really I wish I knew... We stay here every visit to the area.

No complaints at all about the property, the facilities or the people. However, Google Maps is a bit confused about how to get there, so you might want to help them improve.

Close to restaurants and the Mall

The staff here were excellent. The room was very clean and huge. It wasn't walkable to many restaurants however there were good options for dining.

Difficulty finding

I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express when I’m visiting Boynton Beach. I find that it’s a little off the beaten path, and that may be why it seems so quiet. The hotel offers no extra amenities other than free breakfast, but the breakfast is acceptable and the facilities are clean.

Very convenient location. Staff was very pleasant. Overall I was very satisfied. Will come back.

I got to breakfast at 9:20. There was nothing left. Breakfast is served till 9:30. This should not have happened. I had to go out to get breakfast.

It was good but there was no milk in the morning for cereal or coffee.

I had to go down to the desk at 2:30 am to get a plunger. She couldn't find it. It was brought to me after 3 am. It was the cheapest plunger you could buy. It didn't cover the toilet properly. It kept collapsing. Took me 45 minutes to clear. The breakfast was horrible. Both coffe urns were empty. No eggs or bacon, 1very soft orange.

I just wish they hadn’t run out of cinnamon rolls. Granted we came down for breakfast at 9am Sunday but they were all gone!

It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfast thou was not so friendly and nice, when asked for filling up the coffee or Mille , they looked at you with anger and speak their language. Spending the weekend they should have had enough fruits, yogurt and other complementary foods to accommodate the hotel guests. It was so short on all breakfast items Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning. I was told that the truck will be there at noon on Monday. That was not good for 3 days of my stay after getting a hotel with services of complimentary breakfast.

Very good for a relaxing or passing stay, the included breakfast was very good.

The check in was a breeze. Everything was clean. They were accommodating when we expressed concern that our window was covered outside in plastic and that there were still painters right outside our room. They checked and stated they were almost done but they would move us. We did stay. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great.
