Best Western Plus Fairview Inn & Suites

It was a nice hotel. Pool and fitness center were open and in good shape. Rooms were nice.

Property its swlf was great. Hotel allowed guests with boats to take up multiple spots making there very little room for other guests to park

Such a nice hotel for a super small town. Pool and hot tub space well maintained, breakfast good, room very clean, all staff professional and welcoming. Nothing but a relaxing time!

Initially happy to be upgraded to room 102 Suite, but is was very unsanitary and poorly maintained. Fingerprints, dust, and debris on doors, mirrors, counters, and furniture. "Pink" water on counter when I moved the soap dispenser and plastic kleenex holder. Refrigerator dirty inside. Discovered dirty sheets on the Q bed in the bedroom. Spots of dark dried debris on the fitted sheet. Several times attempted calls to front desk and received busy signal each time. When I went to the front desk several times no one came, even when I ran the bell. Front desk staff was helpful with towels, washcloths, receipts when they were there. Last morning of my stay the kitchen had run out of sausage and fruit. The dining area was also littered with debris on tables. Kitchen staff just sitting around some of the time. The cold water dispenser in the lobby ran dry and after asking the front desk to fix it, it was still dry and blinking 2 hours later. Water in the gym was also almost gone but we were able to fill a couple water bottles before we left on our trip. The biggest disappointment though was the lack of cleanliness.I had to wipe down the entire room and didn't find the dirty sheets until it was late and ready to climb in to sleep. Really unacceptable. I did not mention this to the front desk because I never felt like there was a manager on duty except for possibly when I initially checked in. Seemed otherwise just young people manning the front desk.

Room needed a bit of a thorough cleaning but was otherwise good.

My room was comfortable. Housekeeping was poor. There were things on the floor around the sofa that should have been seen and cleaned up. I would give them a try next time i am in the area.

Elevator, TV, and phone needed either to be replaced or repaired

We were on the middle floor and the people above us were obnoxiously noisy. The beds were okay, but not great. The staff were friendly during check in. We typically stay at a Holiday Inn, but they didn't have one in Fairview.

We stayed for 3 nights, our room was really nice. The bed and pillows were perfect. The continental breakfast was really nice with lots of choices and very clean in the dining area. The staff was great! Thank you very much.

In the room the tv volume would not adjust nor could you turn the tv off w/o unplugging it. Also the thermostat in the room did not work and we could not adjust the temperature. Then at the breakfast there was no juice nor was there any bowls for cereal or oatmeal. We have stayed at this hotel before but it has been a few years and the conditions at this hotel has gone way downhill.

The room was beautiful and very clean. We got a mini-suite with a second room that had a whirlpool tub big enough for 2. The breakfast options were amazing and fresh. If the other guest doors and the exit door didn't slam so loudly, it would have been an absolutely perfect stay. Without a doubt, we will be staying here again.

This is the second time that we have stayed here. It’s clean, well ran, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good also.

We enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and our room was nice and clean. The single drawback we had was not having soap in our room to wash our hands.

Quiet, clean, Good Breakfast,

At check in Dane was very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast could have been a little hotter. They eggs and bacon were a little on the cold side. And the coffee wasn't very hot either. The food was all delicious though. My side of the bed was a little hard. But the room was very spacious, although I could have used a light in the corner next to the chair. It was nice having an extra chair in the room. Upon check out the manager was very nice also. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was overall not terrible. Knowing that its a farm town i expected the flys, but the hotel could use some of the down force machines to keep the flies out. We didn't eat the breakfast because of the flys everywhere.
