Nice pool!

The only thing my kids were looking forward too was the swimming pool but it was out of order

Friendly and fast check in. Excellent gym and pool which were great to help finish a day that brought us all across South Texas. The breakfast was fine, but it is across the highway from the worlds largest Buc-cee’s, which is a must stop.

We had some problems that were not resolved. The power in the room went out 30 minutes after we arrived around 8:30 pm. We called FD and they said we could move to another room but there were no more rooms on the first floor and the elevator was out of order. We are seniors and not wanting to haul our belongings up the stairs. Next morning 6:30 am I went to FD. He didn't so much as look up and acknowledge my presence. I said hello and he said yes? I explained the problem we had and asked for a discount. He said the manager wasn't in and I could leave my number if I wanted. I had to get ready for my event in the bathroom next to the exercise room. I was traveling with my husband and son. We were disappointing that nobody went to the room to check the lights to see if maybe the breaker could be reset. We booked this hotel even though it was more expensive so we would NOT have to deal with these type of problems.

The soaps provided for us was very thoughtful. Also, that there is a laundry room for guests

Set well away from truck stop and highway noise. Parking was limited but they were able to accommodate my pu and trailer. Great breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend

Rooms were canceled and a whole line of people had the same issues. I have aid for a room but wasn’t able to go in until it was cleaned after 6pm but charged the same price. Need towels but they were still in dryer then a staff member entered room to change out towels but wasn’t suppose to. Pool had wasp flying in pool and hives all over building walls. Mat to hallway leading to Pool were hanging on fence. Door left open with a broom, NOT safe.

I am generous to give this place a 4 for being clean and newly renovated but their elevator wasn’t working. Drove from El Paso for 10 hours. The staff who checked us in give us 3rd floor room and told us the elevator doesn’t work. My hubby then asked for a lower floor joking he’s old. He is a senior at age 62.5 she changed it to 2nd floor but didn’t even bother to tell us where the location or where the stairs were. Just said breakfast at 7. 6 would have been better for travelers. We had to leave earlier than that. the ice machine didn’t work on ground floor. Told us to go back up the stairs and get it from second floor. We said thank you and left.

We ALWAYS stay at this hotel when we come to town...which is often. It is always CLEAN, comfortable, and right off the interstate. There is plenty of parking and it is close to 2 major gas stations, one being Bucees.

Only one Elevator. You need to be patient.

There were roaches in the room. The second floor hall smelled awful. The bathrooms were dirty and needed updates terribly.

The beds were like concrete. The hallways smelled of mold. My son and I were itching we are not sure if it was bed bugs or fleas. We checked out in the middle of the night.

Bedside lamps and floor lamp surface were rusted. Lamp shade had mold around upper part of the shade. There was a puddle of water in front of the refrigerator. Overall it gave us a very uncomfortable feeling of cleanliness and what we may be sleeping on. I did mention this to the desk clerk at check out but did get the impression that it was not a concern. His response was "I will tell the cleaning staff". Not ONE apology! I did not think to take a picture so no photo is attached.

Bathroom dirty, tv not working, and i asked for extra pillows twice with non given.

Lots of crickets and beetles inside. Carpets in room were stained and hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time

This hotel made me so upset, I drove three hours and thirty minutes just for a horrible and disgusting experience. The first room had cockroaches and toilet paper with feces. I spoke with the receptionist and got my room changed just to have the same issues. Behind the bed frame was absolutely disgusting and the bathroom counter had hair everywhere. The floors weren’t cleaned at all. I was expecting more from La Quinta. I’m very disappointed with my stay.

This is our go-to hotel when we go to Luling. It is clean, comfy, and convenient.

Loved the size of the room. It was super spacious!!!

Horrible stay. Should have been 2 TVs but we were missing one, was told no discount. Then the air condition was not working and we were told our only option was to leave, at almost midnight when we had just got back from our event. Will not be using this place again.

Very clean and nice. Room is clean, spacious. Beds are comfy and clean. Bathroom is great and spacious.

We had a decent stay, but the hotel is showing some age and had a few noticeable issues. The bathroom had been remodeled, but it was not the best job. The tiles were loose, and some felt like they could almost be removed. There was also a portion of the 1st floor hallway ceiling missing (most likely from a leak), and the air conditioner blew plenty of air but didn't do a great job cooling down the room. Overall, this wasn't a bad location nor a bad hotel. But considering it was one of the more expensive places we stayed on our trip, I was expecting more.

Great quiet place to stay

very easy check in, good coffee, comfortable beds

Issue with room thermostat. Notified staff at 245-3PM after check in. Returned to room at 9PM ish and still had issue. Maintenance man had just returned from being away off property with manager. Came upstairs and all he had to do was reset the AC unit/ heater. Otherwise it was an alright stay for the timeframe and level of accommodations.

I always stay here due to the cleanliness and excellent customer service.

The customer service at this hotel is TERRIBLE. I left an item in the closet and called the hotel and they found it but they refuse to mail it to me even when I offered to pay the shipping. They told me their policy is rigid and if I want it I need to come back and pick it up in person. Also, when I checked in, I stood at the desk for probably five minutes with a the front desk agent and the manager standing in front of me while they went through a housekeeping list before they acknowledged that I was standing there and checked me in. Seriously, I'm never staying at this property again.

We didn’t have any problems, In fact they let us check-in over the phone since I was arriving so late at night. Nice staff and clean spaces. I like that check out is at 11, makes it easier to sleep in for an enjoyable vacation.

The night staff was excellent. Best attitude I’ve ever experienced going to a hotel. I told my husband they are definitely getting 5 stars. :)

They didnt have my room available. When I got there they said they ran out of rooms and had sold my room off because they didnt think I was coming. I had to drive 45 minutes at 11:00 at night to the next town and get a room.

This place is great!! Easy interstate access and really clean. The staff is amazing. I left a pair of wireless earbuds in my room. The staff found them and saved them until I returned. I was amazed at the honest and integrity they showed.

I had pre-registered (last night's hotel too) and I came in to pick up the Keys to the room and “Ruby” asked for my ID. I said it was already uploaded. She then asked again saidit is their policy. I said look at my pre-registration and she said it doesn't look like me. That's funny, just went to Alaska and TSA didn't question it. She then gave me my keys (after a long wait) and had to walk down the hall, the keys didn't work she didn't key them on purpose. I went back to the desk and rang the bell again, she keyed my keys and went back to the room and opened the door and there were dead bugs on the floor. Roaches! I went back, rang the bell and she came out laughingand told her and she said they weren't roaches, they looked like water bugs to me (roaches) I asked for a different room and with only 3 cars in the parking lot, she gave me third floor all the way to the end of the hallway. Went to my room and there was no bath mat, the toilet paper was not set as ready, and felt like this room was not cleaned. I am beyond disgusted with behavior. She needs to be fired! This morning at 3 am, couldn't sleep because I'd the bugs, there were about 10 card. Take care of your customers. I gave an excellent review to the hotel in Las Cruces! I never eat breakfast because I leave too early, but they have coffee ready. This hotel in Luling had old coffee. BTW I also advised Ruby that there was a bloody bandaid in from of the desk, she said zilch.

This hotel was exactly what I needed. A good nights sleep after a long day of driving! Not much around, but I didn’t need anything, so was super happy.

I like that it was quiet and clean. Places where I had to go were not far, though it does seem tucked away. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is in a perfect spot just outside of Luling and the Luling Lavender fields were are nice to visit and walk by.

The fruit is very good

My stay was what I expected. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly. In the morning the breakfast attendant was very good at her job and replenished food when needed. Property was convenient to nearby towns. People were nice but kitchen couldn't keep up with breakfast. Also when towels were brought into room they didnt notice dead cockroach for 3-days.

First, wrong room, no couch. second room was not cleaned, towels on floor, ect. To their credit , they did upgrade us to a suite finally for the third room. So from checkin to room, it was 2 hrs. Free Breakfast was excellent.
