Front desk called at 2 pm that the room is ready for us, that was great! Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant served delicious meal at 20% for staying in their hotel. I will definitely come back.

We didn' t feel that is was a luxury hotel as advertised. It wasn't worth $300 a night. The pillows were flimsy! No microwave. The exhaust fan didn't do what it was suppose to and was way to noisy! The snack shack didn't have alot in it! Just wasn't what we expected! Staff was friendly! Bar didn't have a good selection of wines and wasnt much on the menuto eat. Will not be back!

This hotel stay ended up being a disappointment, especially for the price. Positives: great location, close to all necessary points of interest, shops. Walking 1-2 min to a few places to eat or have coffee. The Kings size room was spacious, clean bathroom, digital door lock is very convenient. HVAC system worked well on all settings. Parking is convenient in front of the room, no stairs. Fresh supply of towels and toiletries available in the laundry room at all times. Front desk staff were polite. Area is quiet, no road noise at all. Very broad choice of TV channels. Negatives: There was not one single drawer in the room! No dresser, no desk, not in the bedside tables. Live out of the suitcase or use non-removable hangers! Internet was practically not available. Even checking the email was impossible most of the time. One of us is an IT professional, so can't blame it on low skills. There was a musty odor in the room, which was not too strong most of the time, but persistent. All of our clothes absorbed the odor; we had to air them out and wash upon returning home. Some of the clothes felt damp during our stay, we couldn't wear them. And due to rain, we couldn't dry anything outside. Out of 2 dryers in the laundry only one worked. And they only take quarters! for every 6 minutes! Why not pay with the card? We only had 1 quarter, 6 minutes was not enough. The front desk was closed after 9 pm, nobody to help with it. A drying rack in the room may be good. Bed could be firmer.

The place is no better than a standard motel and needs to be updated. It was clean!

Our hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We were pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of our room. It was well furnished with the essentials. We appreciated the quietness of the heat/ac system. Our bedding was nice and the mattress was very comfortable. We will be going back!

A pleasant small hotel in a convenient location. Rooms are in excellent condition and recently redecorated. Our only complaint was that rooms next to ours had a group of women/girls who partied loudly until late into the night.

Was just one night - but had everything I needed. Very attentive staff who accommodated my late night arrival perfectly! Great check in and room had everything I needed.

Hotel Cashiers was so kind to help us during a terrible situation. Our cabin caught fire and we needed accommodations and Hotel Cashiers came through for us even as our plans changed daily.

Great little hotel that sits nicely into the landscape. Very clean, location is great.

This was a wonderful stay in a great location. I am always happy when I can walk places instead of driving, and you can walk to many great places to eat and shop. I am already planning our next (non-working) trip back up to the mountains, and plan to stay here again. Oh and we also enjoyed our early morning visitor, Mo.
