Clean hotel, friendly staff and large lot for parking. Had issue with their setting the thermostat to not be cooler than 70°, Im sorry with hot flashes and not being able to set it lower was unacceptable. I let the day staff know, but understood later she was new and wasnt sure what to do. So when we returned from our family Christmas gathering the night personnel took care of the situation and all was well. Bed was not as comfortable as I would have expected within this hotel chain, but I did get about 5hrs sleep. Big hotel room which was a basic king bed room. Loved the chase lounge provided in the room. All and all we had a good stay.

This hotel was fantastic! Friendly staff and fast check-in. Clean and comfortable rooms. Really nice pool and hot tub. Great parking lot. Awesome breakfast. Great chicken wing restaurant right next door.

I came with my granddaughters as I did a couple years ago to swim for the day but when we got to the room it’s stunk so bad it was hard to breathe the bedding and linen smelled horrible too we made the best of it with our own blankets because we were so tired from unloading the car, but what upset me the most is when the maid walked in on my 14 year old granddaughter While I was out of the room, yes it was after check out time but it was about six minutes after that was unacceptable

The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to where we wanted to be. Rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. However, the a/c in the room felt muggy/humid, so not a comfortable feeling and the TV was fine, but the service was spotty and would not hold the show/movie you were watching, it was in and out. The staff made a note of the tv reception issues and would have maintenance look into it.

For the most part, my stay at this hotel was great. Quiet, great breakfast, friendly staff. The only part that was less than optimal was that the A/C unit in my room made the room feel humid and damp. I was mostly just in my room to sleep, but in hindsight I would have been more comfortable if I had asked for a different room.

Had a terrible experience, They overbooked my 2 rooms i had paid and reserved, when we got there to check in the lady in the front desk "Autumn" said they didn\'t have any more rooms available. I told her "oh I have a reservation" As soonest I said that she started to get nervous and said oh I just sold your rooms like 5 min ago because you guys didn\'t make it on time. Literally I had called earlier at 3pm to let them know I was going to a party nearby and that I was going to do a Late check-in around 2am. She said even if you called you were supposed to be here at 1am, which nobody told me anything when I called earlier. She then try to make it harder for me, telling me that she was not able to issue a refund since it was marked as a " no show" and I did try to argue then she said only rooms I have left are the suites with a King size bed and that I have reserved 2 full size beds. Then she blamed that I didn\'t had my ID, Long story short I had to go across the street to book 2 rooms.

Man no words could describe how great it was to stay here! It was my first foray into being in the states, and i loved it! The breakfast was absolutely amazing especially the waffles! The variety of breakfast foods was good! The staff at the hotel were fantastic, going above and beyond for customers- i was floored by the service everyone gave. From the front desk, to the kitchen to those who cleaned our rooms. I would love to give a special thanks to Rylan, Shannon, Drew and Lynn. You all made staying here an absolute joy. If i ever come back to visit Chicago and IL again, i know where ill be staying!

OUR HEATING UNIT MALFUNCTIONED AND ONLY HAD AIR CONDITIONING ON. STAFF PROMPTLY TOOK CARE OF US AND MOVED US TO A DIFFERENT ROOM WITH HEAT!

I found this hotel to be very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and there were a variety of pillows on the bed so I found just what I needed. Close to the highway, but far enough away that I couldn't hear the traffic. Would be happy to stay again.

Return trip to this local hotel. Very clean, friendly customer service, amazing amenities, and breakfast. Highly recommend. Great for both families and business travelers. It is directly off the I 80 exit ramp. Convenient but you can hear some highway traffic.

The breakfast was not what I expected. No orange juice and no milk. Those are the basics of breakfast especially for kids. Was there at 7:00 am and many items were depleted. Have better and well-stocked breakfast.
