Great location reasonable price for the Easter holidays. Great atmosphere. Sun beds around the pool are limited and it was not easy to find a vacant sun bed. The hotel does have a beach club if you can’t find anywhere around the pool. The seasons cafe which is a part of the hotel was disappointing the food was average and in our view over priced. We would recommend the orange blossom cafe for a great breakfast. It is located close by the hotel.

I really liked this hotel, the only thing that was negative is the pool hours. The pool closed at 5 to make space for the restaurant. I think it would have been better to have the pool open until a least 7. They also took away the beach chairs at 5.

The hotel was nice and convenient to the beach. Would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the pool was closed and had been for weeks. We had to go to a different hotel to use the pool instead of walking downstairs. Also, only chairs for beach service is a bit annoying. $22 for an umbrella should be included with a $40 per night resort fee.

Not many handicap accommodations like a ramp up front or more handicap shower chairs. Although we called to request a shower chair upon arrival it was not available as they only have two chairs and were in use! Location is Amazing! Overall nice hotel but I would book somewhere else if you need more space. Also the pool was not working and we weren’t notified.

Was not happy about having to pay $50 for parking, and you can call your car around with a text message and we waited 25 minutes for my car to be brought around. The alcohol was average of $18-$22 per drink. The restaurant was also very pricey. $32 for a bowl of vegetable fried rice. The room was much smaller than the pictures showed but was comfortable. They offer a free bottle of wine with your visit, we had to call the front desk for them to bring it up because it wasn’t in the room. They did allow us to have a late check out at noon, which was nice. The room was very dim and it was hard to do our make up. Staff was friendly for the most part.

Plymouth is very close to beach and have lot of dining places around. However the hotel is very expensive with no amenities as such. They had no iron, no complimentary water bottles. TV was not working. Pool is very small and gets very crowded. There are other beautiful hotels that is available in much lesser price

The hotel overall was lovely as were all of the staff. Great location on South Beach! However rooms were very small which we expected but one thing that was very disappointing which was the main reason we booked this hotel was the pool area was closed due to refurbs and we were not made aware of this when booking nor was it reflected in the price.

We were not be able to use the pool facilities two times during our stay due to some events...the rooms were very small ... the bedsheets were not changed daily and one of the bedsheets were dirty when we arrived to the room... the tv was not working and no one came to fix after we asked reception... the services provided do not reciprocate the daily rate of the hotel.

Would stay here again - check into the room was a little messy - toothpaste on the bathroom mirror and dirty sheets. But overall i really enjoyed my stay here. Loved walking to the beach every morning

The "queen" beds in the suite were actually full-sized mattresses with queen headboards. Although the listing advertised a queen suite, the beds were definitely not queen size. Even as smaller-framed people, we found them uncomfortably small. If you're expecting true queen beds, you'll likely be disappointed.

The property was nice, however the check-in process wasn't. We arrived at 315 pm and we were told we would be in our room before 4pm, regular ck in time. We weren't in our until almost 430pm. Lisa was the only attendant and seemed stressed. She never smiled,. We honestly didn't feel any hospitality welcome.The mini fridge in the room didn't work so we had to throw away or food. There was no ice easily available. Location was good and neighborhood too. Easy walk to Washington st eateries.

It's a decent hotel with friendly staff. Miami is expensive but there were a few too many little things that added up to make the Plymouth not worth its price. Good: location (near the beach and ocean drive but not crazy busy), front desk staff, vibe. Bed is comfy. Gym is small but has a good range of weights and a decent machine. Not good: room has very little storage, just a fairly small wardrobe. Sink in the bedroom part rather than the bathroom. Toilet door is either latched shut (too loud to do at night) or swings wide open - just a door stop would be helpful. Two coffee pods for whole stay, additional ones are two bucks each and it's an unusual machine so you can't just buy some at the store. Kettle provided but slow to arrive and didn't work. TV remote didn't work. Controls for ceiling fan hidden behind TV. One miniature shower gel provided for two guests (in Miami!) unless more requested. Housekeeping loud in the mornings and knock on door whether or not the DND sign is on.

Hotel was good. It was a pleasant stay. The window had no daytime curtains, so to maintain privacy the heavy drapes had to be almost closed.This caused low light & because the hotel only had low level internal lighting, it was difficult to properly see whatever you were doing.

The writing desk in each room has a chair situated on ceramic tile. When the occupants in the room above you move around on that the chair it sounds like overhead construction making sleep very difficult. Otherwise the property and staff are very nice, however if you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you.

Fantastic area! The staff is really nice. Shanna was very welcoming and helped make sure we were accommodated during our stay and after we got off our cruise. We stayed last year and chose to stay again because of how nice the room was, but the staff made the experience even better this time! I can say confidentially, this is where we’d stay for future trips!

This was a fabulous hotel, we were immediately welcomed by fantastic front counter service who couldn’t do enough for us having travelled from NYC. The appearance of the hotel is a boutique style in lovely art deco building. Conveniently located for Espanola and Ocean Drive. Rooms were excellent and well stocked. The pool are is really nice but Walter the barman really made it with excellent service, which was efficient and incredibly personal. He is a credit to the hotel and made the whole of the pool clientele able to enjoy their stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks

The Plymouth Hotel Miami was a very nice stay. I truly enjoyed the service and accommodations—front desk staff went above and beyond to make everything easy. Although the pool was under construction, they provided an alternative option, which was thoughtful. I loved that beach chairs and towels were included, making the beach experience seamless. The location is excellent as well—I was able to Uber or walk to most places with ease. I would definitely book here again, even just for the exceptional service

The front desk and bellboy lost our bags for two hours as we were trying to get to our room after after a redeye flight. They did accommodate us for the trouble, but it was frustrating that that was something we had to deal with. The rooms were small and not at all what we expected from the photos. They also charge us an additional $102 that was not expected through the Expedia website, I guess it’s not really their fault if it’s not posted on the Expedia website, but I’m not sure how that wasn’t already added into the overall price. The pool was nice, but some of the pool chairs and surrounding area of the pool were dirty. It is close to the downtown area where all of the restaurants and bars are so that was a plus though.

We had an absolutely perfect experience here! The aesthetic is absolutely delightful. The pictures live up to the hype! Greenery from the plants and so much pink! Vintage decor. Small details like sunscreen and after sun by the pool, a pool attendant who pops by with fresh orange slices and samples of drinks. The pool is delightful! Well designed with lots of space to sit IN the pool and lots of space to swim across. Both family friendly and couple friendly. Cute pool towels. There’s also beach access a few blocks away. It was too hot for us to stay at the beach but it looked lovely! Towels at the beach and chairs. The cutest and yummiest breakfast ever (buy the breakfast package!!) at a restaurant two blocks away (Orange Blossom). And the staff! We had such great encounters. From someone nearly always being around to open the door to you, to the front desk gals who are kind and attentive! If we ever come back to Miami Beach, this is the hotel we will come to again! If you want a pristine hotel that is new, this won’t serve you. This is an old hotel that’s been restored beautifully! Full of character and charm.

Great experience from check-in to check-out. The restaurant and bar are outstanding sit at the bar with Mike and have him put together a sushi tasting menu for you! If you want to experience classic South Beach on a well presented hotel with great staff and an outstanding restaurant, this is the place. And only 2 blocks from their private beach club.

Very nice hotel. Pool is lovely! Pleasant staff. Walter was a great bartender! Happy hour at blue ribbon was nice. I actually like this hotel I would definitely stay again.
