Great location (made the trip to NYC for a WNBA game so walking distance to arena). Very helpful staff, really nice gym setup for the size of the hotel

I’ll start with the good. The bed and sheets were clean. The location of the hotel is ideally situated near several subway stops. This hotel is in DESPERATE need of renovation. The air conditioning was not working. There were industrial fans all over the lobby. At checkin my room was 76 degrees. They were immediately responsive and sent up an engineer who “reset my AC in the breaker panel”. It did improve dramatically but the room was never truly cold. There were large stains on the room carpet, hair in the shower and under the sink cabinet, sink was very slow draining and very well used exercise bands were hanging by the front door. Oh and only one elevator was working. Honestly I’d never stay here again.

Clean room. Very friendly staff. Parking and breakfast not included, but not at all a surprise in NYC. Conveniently located near a subway station. Very positive experience all around!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained overall, with very helpful and accommodating staff. Daily room cleaning is also a nice touch. When the Wi-Fi stopped working for a couple of days, the staff was kind enough to provide access to their employee Wi-Fi, which was appreciated. That said, for the price point, I felt the amenities were somewhat limited. The rooms are designed more like compact pods, and the lack of a practical table or workspace can become noticeable, especially during a longer stay. I also encountered a roach once during my three-week stay. Overall, it’s a good option for a short-term stay, particularly if you value cleanliness and helpful staff. For a longer stay, though, the limited room space and amenities may be something to consider.
