If you want basic, this is your place. Cabinets with no dishes, open shelving instead of a closet. Shower worked but no where to hang it in a standing position. Bathtub didn't have a plug. Bed was soft and comfy. Did have a full-size fridge. You can hear everyone walking around you, including upstairs. This is definitely a get what you pay for place. oh, and pay attention to the front desk hours. They are only open 8am to 10pm.

From the start quite a bit of folks hang around parking lot front, sides and the rear of building after dark. The front desk employee told me two too many times it’s her first day for any questions she didn’t have answers for. Stain in hallways also the stairs are a great hang out with interesting people! We know because Elevators broken down. I needed to switch to maybe a room lower because of previous amputations I’ve had she said they were completely booked I guessing most folks don’t drive, parking lot mostly empty. Thanks you for letting venting me voice what I saw. J.G.

Elevator was not workings. Food left in the refrigerator. The front desk person was friendly. Luckly was just for one night. Cheap extended stay hotel. Wont be back.

Close to airport for a reasonable price. Full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, burners and a sink. You would need to bring all your own supplies as nothing is stocked. It’s definitely not quiet as kids jumping and running till late in the evening above us. This is more of a long stay hotel as you can tell the regulars. Unfortunately, the elevator stopper working and side doors to the street were propped open so anyone could access the hotel. Fortunately it seemed safe enough but we always are aware of our surroundings especially in a different town/city. Check in was decent as the staff were friendly and helpful. Just remember they are not open 24 hours. We did not know how to check out at 0300.

The elevators were broken, you could only enter in through the front entrance, it was pouring down rain, it was only my daughter and I with a room on the second floor. The day we left it was around 7 AM the front desk was closed with a shade down and nowhere to checkout or leave the key. The building smelled of weed. I guess you get what you pay for. Thankfully we just needed it to spend the night.

The only thing I liked was the price. Unfortunately, it took a long time to check in. The elevator was out so we had to take the stairs to our 4th floor room. The carpet in the halls were severely stained. There were no toiletries. I had to buy handsoap. You only get 2 sets of towels. If you need more, you have to trade them out with the front desk. Staff comes my in the morning to knock on your door to see if you are checking out. I will never stay here again.

The staff was nice however we sat in the lobby with 2 small children for 25 minutes at 8 pm at night waiting to get check in and keys and there were no other customers. Once we got to the room we noticed the main area and hallways had a strong smell of pets and cigarette smoke it lingered in hallways and rooms. Pmce we were in the room we pulled the sheets back to check for bugs and stuff before we put the kids to sleep. The mattresses were disgusting, stains that looked like urine and feces covered the mattresses. The refrigerator and stove were nasty and had not been cleaned. I complained to the front desk and showed them pictures they moved us to another room and it was just as bad. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have always trusted Travelocity to make sure I have the best hotels based on their stars and this was a complete nasty stay.

The hotel was not clean. Towels left to bathe with were already stained. Bed was absolutely no comfort. Bedding was thin. They gave you two sheets and a throw blanket to cover up with. TV didn’t work most of the stay. Was woken up to someone over cooking their eggs in their room setting off the entire hotel fire alarm system. Overall terrible experience

The floors were dirty, there was dust that was all on the bed frame that the mattress sat on and the sink in the bath leaked so bad as if the pipe wasn’t even connected to the drain. The elevator smelled HORRIBLE. Like a musky dirty smell. The rug in the elevator looked as if it had NEVER EVER been vaccumed! The a/c was PERFECT! It was freezing which we enjoyed.

I was not satisfied with this hotel The lobby smelled bad and a few times in the hallways there was an odor of marijuana. Which is a real disappointment especially with kids being with us. Our rooms were with two queen beds and only 2 towels. The 2nd night I went to get more towels and at 10pm and the front desk was closed. A customer came in and called the number and the worker came to check him in. I asked for towels and was told there were no towels. I said “you are telling me yall don’t have any towels”? They said well they need to be washed. I asked “you don’t have any clean towels in this whole hotel”? She said we have big towels. I said I needed 4 towels. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get towels for my room. Our room floor was sticky and had an old pair of socks and bottle caps on the floor. Beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were small and flat. The TV didn’t work and Wi-Fi was limited to two devices. The only plus about this hotel was the A/C it cooled good.

We were VERY disappointed in this property. We were staying in town for the USSSA Fast Pitch State Tournament, our team reserved a block at this property, and as we called to book our rooms they could not find the block. Some of us just booked anyway and others, the lucky ones, found other accommodations. We travel a lot with softball, and stay in hotels quite often and I can say with 1,000% certainty this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stay at. Several of the families traveling with our team actually left and paid for other accommodations. The lobby smelled of smoke, our door did not lock, there was a hole in the bathroom door, a missing cabinet face, there was a weird substance on the pillow case, and these were the issues in our room. Another room had a tv that did not work, a remote with no batteries, another had a horrendous smell that required them to keep the door open to air out the room, and yet another room had a bathroom light that flickered on and off throughout the night. The property was also very, very loud, and there were roaches in the rooms! I am furious that we paid for two nights, and were left trying to find a new hotel for the second night because the situation was that horrible.

The room was very poorly cleaned, there was still soap in the shower from the previous people who slept there. The room was a “Non Smoking Room” but wreaked of cigarette smoke and have several cigarette burns on the counter, sink, as well as the bath tub. The toilet barely flushed and the shower head had so much built up calcium it looked like mold. I would never spend my money at this establishment again.

It was nice and great for us who had a housing emergency and needed a few day stay. The only down side was the beds are harder than we like and after the 3rd day it was hurting our backs. The train was loud if you had a window facing the front but not that big of a deal breaker

This was my fault for not researching the facilities better. It's an extended stay hotel. There were no toiletries or an iron. I suppose if I had been traveling for work and such, I'd have probably brought such amenities, but it was just a quick overnight stay. It's also right along a train track. Could also hear the TV of rhe next room, even though it didn't seem overly loud.

No internet service during 4 night stay. Management said they weree "working on it." When i asked the clerk abut the lack of service, she said since it was "free" internet, there was no obligation to provide connectivity

A customer came in and called the number and the worker came to check him in. I asked for towels and was told there were no towels. I said “you are telling me yall don’t have any towels”? They said well they need to be washed. I asked “you don’t have any clean towels in this whole hotel”? She said we have big towels. I said I needed 4 towels. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get towels for my room. Our room floor was sticky and had an old pair of socks and bottle caps on the floor. Beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were small and flat. The TV didn’t work and Wi-Fi was limited to two devices. The only plus about this hotel was the A/C it cooled good.

The property was very close to the airport. I canceled another hotel stay accidentally. So, I was happy to get a room at a cheaper rate for one night. The staff was AMAZING. They were kind and accommodating. I arrived late, past 11pm. They were welcoming and pleasant. They deserve the EXCELLENT rating I gave! As I got out of the Uber, a car started blinking it's high beams and blowing it's horn. I ignored it but felt a little unsafe after that. The property was rundown, with stains on the hallway carpet. The cabinets in the suite were old and peeling. The pillow cases were dirty and the thought of sleeping on the sheets made me uncomfortable. I slept on top of the bed with my clothes on. The towels seemed clean so I used one to cover the pillow case. I did not see any signs of bugs in my room or on the premises and I waited a few hours for my friend to pick me up, as planned. I wouldn't stay there again, even for one night. The property owner should improve/upgrade the property. They have great selection of staff. It would be good to have good property to match the EXCELLENT staff!

Manager lady was very rude every time we had to deal with her. They gave us one key when we needed 2 we were staying there for 10 days while we were waiting for our new house to be ready so with my work schedule my elderly mother would have to get up at 2 am to let me in. plus the elevators were broken and no sign of them working on it. They place had an awful smell to it and all times. the bed ad layers of dirt and crumbs. People were constantly smoking weed in the stairwells. I was very upset with the overall experience and was hoping this place would be great due to the fact that I run 2 different companies and I have clients and artist that I am having to put up in hotels. But this place will not be one and defiantly not one I will recommend to others.

We didn’t even get to stay! Booked online when I called the night of checkin to let them know I was gonna be about 8:00 that night checking in I was told that being I didn’t check in by 3:00pm an didn’t pay that my room was released!! I told the clerk I choose the option to book now and pay later, she responded with “I can’t help what 3rd party does, you didn’t check in at 3 and you didn’t pay therefore your room was released!” So I then ask well do you have another room available I’m almost there a need a room, I was told no I do not have another room for you! So I ask her “so what am I supposed to do now for a room tonight with my family? And she responded with “there’s other hotels in Lafayette mam you can go to one of those!!” So I told her oh so you’re a real smart ass, how nice of you, you have a great night! If this is how your workers try to accommodate guest then I’m Glad we didn’t get to stay, cause I can only imagine how terrible the service there would have actually been!! I will not ever be booking any hotel stays with WoodSprings Suites!! And I will let everyone know how I was treated as a customer.

Problems from the start. Was behind schedule, called and asked property if I could arrive one day later on a seven night stay. Property staff said no problem they would just change my booking EZ Breezy right? Wrong not only did they not change my booking they also charged me for one night I didn’t stay. Then when I arrived the following morning there was no reservation or any rooms available. Not to mention standing at the check in counter for at least 20 minutes while the two front counter agents gossiped about other workers and paid no attention to paying guests. There’s a reason there so cheap. BEWARE…

It was nice and great for us who had a housing emergency and needed a few day stay. The only down side was the beds are harder than we like and after the 3rd day it was hurting our backs. The train was loud if you had a window facing the front but not that big of a deal breaker

Close to airport for a reasonable price. Full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, burners and a sink. You would need to bring all your own supplies as nothing is stocked. It’s definitely not quiet as kids jumping and running till late in the evening above us. This is more of a long stay hotel as you can tell the regulars. Unfortunately, the elevator stopper working and side doors to the street were propped open so anyone could access the hotel. Fortunately it seemed safe enough but we always are aware of our surroundings especially in a different town/city. Check in was decent as the staff were friendly and helpful. Just remember they are not open 24 hours. We did not know how to check out at 0300.

The staff seemed very professional and helpful. They really seemed to care for their employees and for the people staying at their hotel. I noticed some full trash bags at my end of the hallway that was there for a couple days. Everything else seemed pretty clean. The front desk area, the rooms, the fitness center were very tidy. The price was fantastic. The only thing that might have really helped was a coffees machine and a hot breakfast but since some people are staying in an extended stay capacity, it might be difficult to provide this.

In 7 night stay my room was cleaned not once, no linen change, plumbing leaks were noisy all night long. No morning coffee. Only food was a candy vending machine. Residents had obscenity laced shrieking bouts in the hallway at 4am. When I asked where I could dispose of my garbage they directed me to take it myself to a dumpster out back. Traveler beware.
