Nice hotel in Homewood! Loved the new year eve bag with horns, beads, lei, a cookie and a small bottle of bubbly for the new year! Also loved the makeup towel in the bathroom!

Truly a fantastic place. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right next to the El and right in a little shopping district with plentiful restaurants and shops (highly recommend EmpanadUS for empanadas and gelato—both delicious). Parking was very easy, the room itself was exceptional (in the rooms with a tub, the tub is massive), and great amenities. Breakfast was substantial and gourmet (fresh pastries, bacon, and eggs, among other sundry breakfast foods). The service was good, and everyone was very friendly. Easy five stars here.

The rollerway was too uncomfortable to use, and so we made our own arrangements, borrowing an air mattress from a relative. The room was clean, as were all the hotel communal areas. Breakfast was a little sparse, with minimal choices available, although the food was refreshed routinely. We were sorry that the restaurant and bar were closed. Prior to our stay I had called the hotel to confirm a rollerway would be available. I was told it was, at a one-off cost of $20. On checking out I was told the cost of the rollerway was $25 a night. I wish I’d known the nightly rate, as I would have returned the rollerway after our first night. It wasn’t used again

This hotel is nice! But little things could be approved, such as the cleaning of areas. It’s also not that wheelchair accessible. No automatic doors. The pillows are not good as well. Like I stated, it’s a nice hotel just needs some minor tweaks. The optional shower gels in the shower should definitely be cleaned and should offer trash bags for the trash cans in the rooms

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and very well decorated. Unfortunately, the experience we had didn't match the decor. TVs are impossible to navigate and we had to get the front desk person help us twice. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too soft, and there were no other options in the room. Bathroom was very clean but they obviously didn't check the complimentary boxed kit, ours was empty. The other items were a nice touch and plenty of towels.

The room was mostly clean but there wasn’t any water like there was supposed to be, the toiletries were almost empty, the Kleenex was almost empty and didn’t get replaced. We only had our room serviced once and it was skipped even though we’d removed the do not disturb before leaving for the day. We’d had a long day at a family funeral and came back to an unclean room and were disappointed. We spoke with some locals who’d mentioned some turnover in the restaurant and it seemed the hours and service were different from our last stay, which was only 3 months ago. When checking out there were no questions as to how our stay was, or request for feedback. The location is good, however.

I travel as a consultant and was doing some work in Chicago Heights. This room was only about 10 minutes away from where I was working. I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year and I can tell you this is probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Very bougie and just super nice. Room was perfect for an intimate stay, loved all the bathroom amenities, including the oversize shower. I felt like a wealthy person staying in a room like that. Staff I dealt with was super nice and I felt very safe at the location. Love the automatic blinds and the room was comfortable and clean.

Best stay ever!!! This hotel is top notch! I just left Paris, France, and had to come to Illinois. This hotel made me feel like I was still in Paris. I woke up to a Farmers market outside and awesome restaurants all around. Its located in a beautiful quaint town. I did not want to leave the jetted tub, the blackout curtains, amazing King bed and beautiful ambiance of the entire room.

I enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel. The room was nice and cozy with thoughtful touches such as an umbrella in case it rained, and you didn't have yours on hand. The bathroom was lovely and having a water closet is always a nice feature. The walkable location was good for finding food and shopping. I will definitely be coming back and will also recommend to family and friends.

Loved it! Clean, small intimate, elegant decor. They even have a restaurant inside. Only two draw backs toilet kept running and the breakfast was not worth attending. Definitely recommend!
