I traveled solo was a great place to stay. The studio apartment was perfect for me. enjoyed the swings and fire pit outside was nice place to relax and read . Town is walkable distance and there's a grocery store right across the way . check in at other location was easy and gentleman was helpful and polite.

A very enjoyable stay ! Quiet with dining option outside picnic tables with BBQ furnished, wood for evening fire pit and confortable bed for the night. Bring your own salt and pepper, oil or kitchen small knife equipment cause only one big cutting knife. We left some coffe machine filters for the next person, it would of been useful.

Renovated and excellent layout. Lots of great amenities-bbq and fire pit. Great location across from Grocery store. We would stay again! Only issues are check in is off site and parking difficult.

Nice remodel. My family and I had a wonderful time. Everything we needed to cook/clean and settle in was provided , we caught a few trout in the stream on the property. We cooked out . We walked in town for shopping and dinner. Unique culture. Wonderful memories made here:)

Accommodations were nice. Everything was well outfitted (kitchen, towels, etc.). Looked very clean (with the exception of the couch). Only complaint was the couch cushions were dirty - looked like they needed a strong vacuuming or upholstery cleaning. The property is well maintained. The fire pit / bar-b-que area would be more inviting if it were screened from the street more by trees (preferably) or a fence. All in all, we would stay there again. Good value for what’s basically an outfitted apartment.

My family of 5 stayed for a long weekend for baskeball. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area and loved seeing all the animals around the water, we saw goose and deer. We enjoyed the privacy of the space and the closeness to main street.

Residences are a little outside of downtown but quiet and comfortable, and near to a lot of attractions in any direction. Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. Firepit was a bonus for winding down and sharing stories.

Great option to be close to everything but still have privacy and plenty of parking. Squeaky clean clean and well appointed. Obviously recently remodeled and redesigned. Manager Polina was super helpful and deserves a praise! Overall very satisfied!. Thank you

Studio apartment was very nice, perfect size for what we needed and the bed was very comfortable. There was a wet dog odor upon arrival that lingered our whole stay. Besides that it was a great experience and would consider staying again.

Super easy check-in, very friendly and informative staff (just lovely!), and the apartment was fantastic. It has everything we needed, was very clean, and we were comfortable there all weekend long. A+ and would highly recommend!

Very nice and cozy place. Incredibly clean and spacious. Nice and close to Main Street which has nice shops and scenery. Wifi connection was not the best as we lost connection quite often. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place!

Everything about this place was great, except the cleanliness. The garbage was full in the kitchen and stink. We only had the bathroom garbage to put our stuff. The floors and shower were dirty and things like dirt, hair and hair bands. Some dishes were put back dirty and there was a broken cup. If clean, I would recommend this and would look forward to coming back. However, cleanliness is one of our top priorities and this failed.

This is a very good residential-style property, good value. Separate bedroom, updated bathroom with two doors, one to the living room/kitchen, one to the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and two closets. All very clean, also the lighting was good, with no harsh fluorescent lights. Check-in is at a separate property on Mirror Lake Drive, but that was very straightforward and the direction were easy. This is very close to Hannaford's grocery store plaza. A couple of very minor points. The glass bathroom shower is a little awkward to reach around to turn on and regulate the water/temperature. Also, (explaining the points off for property condition and area around the property), there is some kind of excavation happening in back of the hotel involving heavy equipment. I assume that is temporary.

We had some trouble with the door key and it was dark when we arrived. You must use key in door handle which we could not see! Night time lighting near your door could be better. There is no one on site you have to go to the boutique hotel for your key. Didn’t like that much . The room was well equipped and very clean!

Suite was good. Could have been cleaner. Yellow condensation dripping from the ceiling in rhe bathroom after showers. The floors NEED TO BE MOPPED, BADLY. A white pair of socks was completely black (not an exaggeration) after 5 min walking in the room. A fly strip wouldnt hurt either.

The room was clean and well kept. All the equipment were functional and also very clean. The area was beautiful and quiet. However, the checking in location was far away from the main residence which was a problem for me who didn't have their own car. The WiFi network inside the rooms were terrible. But overall, it was a good stay.

The rooms are similar to small apartments. they have a living room and kitchen along with a large bathroom and large room. absolutely fantastic and beautiful place. it is a 5 minute drive from all the restaurants and shops

Have stayed here before and always enjoyed it. This time however there were loud groups next to our room and above. Lots of banging around till 2-3 AM both nights. Yelling outside as well.

Super easy Check in and check out - super friendly staff - communication excellent during a maintenance issue that did not involve or impact our stay. Very comfortable - quiet - everything we needed while we were there for a hockey tournament. We will definitely be back if we are in Lake Placid again. Thanks for a great stay.

We had some trouble with the door key and it was dark when we arrived. You must use key in door handle which we could not see! Night time lighting near your door could be better. There is no one on site you have to go to the boutique hotel for your key. Didn’t like that much . The room was well equipped and very clean!

Great option to be close to everything but still have privacy and plenty of parking. Squeaky clean clean and well appointed. Obviously recently remodeled and redesigned. Manager Polina was super helpful and deserves a praise! Overall very satisfied!. Thank you

I traveled solo was a great place to stay. The studio apartment was perfect for me. enjoyed the swings and fire pit outside was nice place to relax and read . Town is walkable distance and there's a grocery store right across the way . check in at other location was easy and gentleman was helpful and polite.

Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. A very enjoyable stay ! Quiet with dining option outside picnic tables with BBQ furnished, wood for evening fire pit and confortable bed for the night. Bring your own salt and pepper, oil or kitchen small knife equipment cause only one big cutting knife. We left some coffe machine filters for the next person, it would of been useful.

we stayed at the 2-bedroom apartment, it has a full kitchen, a big dining table and the sitting area with TV. Conditions are new and stylist, bathrooms are spacious and clean. So that worked really well for us a family of 5. no meal service on the property, but some restaurants and a big supermarket nearby.

Nice remodel. My family and I had a wonderful time. Everything we needed to cook/clean and settle in was provided , we caught a few trout in the stream on the property. We cooked out . We walked in town for shopping and dinner. Unique culture. Wonderful memories made here:)

Accommodations were nice. Everything was well outfitted (kitchen, towels, etc.). Looked very clean (with the exception of the couch). Only complaint was the couch cushions were dirty - looked like they needed a strong vacuuming or upholstery cleaning. The property is well maintained. The fire pit / bar-b-que area would be more inviting if it were screened from the street more by trees (preferably) or a fence. All in all, we would stay there again. Good value for what’s basically an outfitted apartment.
