We were unlucky enough to arrive in Hoi An on crutches, still recovering from a motorcycle accident. The Odyssey staff were fantastic and really helped uplift us. They were friendly and considerate throughout, helping us with additional tour / driver flexibility. The room was lovely and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the deep bath in the room we'd booked. It was a short walk into town, but importantly for us, it was outside the pedestrianised area, so we could get quick grabs into town / the tailors.

Great service. Staff paid amazing attention to detail and always made sure we were comfortable. Always was super helpful with recommendations as well. Couldn’t ask for more.

Pretty good value. Had a welcome by a many legged creature when I opened the door to the room but hey..it’s the tropics.
