The staff was friendly. Had breakfast the first morning and that was good. I liked the options. They did, however, stop it a few mins early. At least I was offered a tray to take back to the room. The mini fridge in the room was pretty noisey but it worked well. Temperature on the window unit and wall thermostat didn’t match. Bathtub was a bit slick. Tried to use the pool Saturday night but several people/kids were in there, so we did not. Gym was hot. I haven't gotten the $25 hold off of my account yet, so still waiting on that.

I liked that the hotel was next to a Walmart for shopping purposes. I also liked that the hotel had a fitness room and pool. The food was good, I enjoyed my breakfast and I liked that they provided flavored water and free snacks in the lobby. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room itself was clean and spacious. Some of the furniture in the hotel may need to be replaced, especially in the lobby area.

Stay was again great at this location. Only bad experience was the no towels issue. I, personally asked front desk for more towels, as 4 of us were staying and only 2 towels in room. Housekeeper didn't replenish towels when she cleaned our room. Front desk clerk apologized and stated that she didn't have any extra towels available. She has just washed and dried some due to other customers asking for extra. There were also NO pool towels. I did not bring beach towels since the last time I stayed, you guys had pool towels available. This was a very huge let down, as we had all been outside in the 90degree weather on 7/15/23, and not able to shower with clean towels or having to use the same ONE towel for 4 people. Hopefully this gets fixed sooner rather than later.

We specifically booked Holiday Inn because of the indoor pool. The breakfast was a bonus...however, both mornings there wasn't much for offerings at breakfast - no yogurt, no pancakes, the hot food was mostly gone with an hour still left of breakfast. There was also no chocolate milk or whole milk (normally those are also offered). But, the worst part was that the pool and hot tub were closed. With a high energy child and cold weather, we were counting on the pool for an energy release. The front desk attendant only offered multiple times to cancel my registration and she did say she was sorry.

It was right by Walmart. The room was clean and comfortable! Had a problem with the 1 blind, other than that the room was awesome! The pool was nice and warm and the time to swim was awesome! The breakfast that was included was really good and a good selection! So many dining options around as well!

The hotel was nice. Rooms were clean however The bathroom sink trap needs to be cleaned out in room 405. There was a bad smell coming from the sink. Also they ran out of juices for the morning breakfast. Otherwise the stay was great,

I’ve stayed here previously and was not impressed this time. The staff was very nice. However the first room we were placed in the television did not work and the carpets were very dirty/stained. After calling the front desk we were placed in a new room. It was a little better, but the carpets were also stained. We also slept terribly due to the noise in the room above us. The people were stomping and playing music until after 3am.

Breakfast was very dry and bland. Pancake machine was broken. Even the water dispenser on the juice machine didn't work. Rugs were badly stained. Housekeeping didn't make the beds just changed a few towels. Only the staff member who met us on departure was friendly.

The hotel is getting worn quickly. There were stains in the carpeting in our room. The bathroom as cleaned but there were tons of shaved beard hairs all over the sink and even around the toilet. We bring sanitizing wipes when we stay at hotels so we cleaned up the hairs ourselves. The entry had plastic wrapping on the flow behind the door. The corners of the bathroom had small piles of dust and other debris that had swept or mopped into the corners. Their cleaners must not know that you can use an attachment to remove those dust piles. There were crumbs and stains in the tray where the cups and ice bucket sit. Overall, I think the cleaning staff isn’t having an attention to details.

Our room was right by the lobby so we got to hear the late night check ins AND the loud early morning noises in the breakfast area (just outside our door). Some of the furniture in the breakfast area needs attention; it's worn and dirty. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the sheets are really nice.

Most things were excellent but we had a few minor problems. For the breakfast we were there about 45 min. before closing time and several items were out - now the attendant was there to help but she stayed in the back room instead of checking on items-we had to ask for help both mornings. Also everything in our room was very nice except a horribly stained carpet which may have been clean but looked terrible. It really took away from the appearance of the room.

Cleanliness can be improved. Very spotted carpet, dirty grout joints, unknown items stuck on walls around trash can, dirty sofa, very sticky floor, and failing caulking joints in the shower on the ledges. But safe parking and nice staff (housekeeper was the exception but she could have had something else on her mind when we passed).

Tv not working. Changed to another room told batteries for remotes not available…on order. Broken floor tiles at entrance to original room given Second room carpeting outside room soiled with numerous marks. Tub grout black mold. Urine smell in bathroom. Newly hired staff on desk helpful. It was great, but the breakfast bar was incomplete and the room floor was not very clean. Making the comfort and enjoyment a little less than I was expecting for a hotel stay. I really enjoyed the bed. It was comfortable.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Food and coffee bar were especially nice. The only down side was we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to check in. The receptionist was doing her best but was obviously short staffed.

Nice spacious room.. clean and comfortable beds. In the sitting area, cleaning supplies was left by housekeepers. Bathroom is nice sized, small rip in shower curtain. No biggie. Best part this room was not full of mirrors like other rooms I stayed in.

The property was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. The only downsides were the condition of the bathroom, which only had one small towel bar and at least seven broken floor tiles, and the complete lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear every single noise from our neighbor's room and bathroom, as if he was in the room with us.

Everything was fine accept for the beds and pillows. Both my husband and I woke up VERY sore and had to deal with neck cramps and tension headaches both days with kids due to the bed being hard as a rock and the pillows being way too soft. They also charged us a hidden deposit fee that was not stated when I called and asked them about it. We also had several guests try to go down to the pool through our room all day and very late at night as well. It made me have to stay awake to make sure no one got into the room with my sleeping children. Overall it's a very convient spot but be prepared for a rough day if you don't like sleeping on hard beds.

One night stay while visiting a nearby attraction. There were three of us in the room. We had a sofa-bed and a king bed, both were comfortable. We had to make two trips to the front desk to get everything we needed for the third person in the room. First there were only two bath towels and then we discovered there was no bedding for the sofabed. Breakfast was very good and available at the advertised time.

10/10, great staff, our keys didn’t work when we first checked in so we spoke with the employee at the desk and she came up with us with new keys to ensure they would work, the hotel was very clean, highly recommended staying here

We checked in twice because the first time the room wasn’t ready. We waited for the girl at the front desk to help us for 20 mins before she finally came out from the back. She wasn’t friendly at all. The second time we tried the lady was nice and friendly. When we checked out this morning the lady at the desk was talking to another employee about personal things and would t acknowledge us until another employee told her too. Worst experience we have had at a Holiday Inn

Room was very clean and comfortable. Food and coffee bar were especially nice. The only down side was we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to check in. The receptionist was doing her best but was obviously short staffed.

My key card wouldn’t work on my door. We tried switching it out about a dozen times with no luck so they unlocked my door with the master card and I went to bed as it was getting late. Next day, same problem. I was told it would be fixed when I got back from my business meeting and it was not. I stayed two nights and then decided to go somewhere else instead of extending my stay. The hotel room was fairly clean so I can’t complain about the housekeeping. They were also nice enough to take time out of their day and let me into my room a few times after also telling the front desk about my lock. The noise at night was a little much to deal with also. I’m not usually one to complain but after midnight screaming in the halls should be handled better. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s better options for the price in this area. I have to travel back here quite a few times a year and I probably won’t be back and neither will the rest of my company if they don’t start fixing some issues.

I booked weeks before, when we went to check in they had a stack of papers sending everyone to the Wingate down the street because they over booked because Taylor Swift was in pittsburgh. They didn’t even put people in an equal hotel. The hotel they put us in wasn’t very clean, was very unhappy. But front desk staff at the Holiday Inn very nice and helpful even told us other hotels to try but everything was sold out due to Taylor Swift. The way management handle this was horrible.

I had to ring the bell at the service/check in(out) desk on two occasions. The wait time was considerable the second time I rang. I personally felt that this was because they didn’t have enough staff and were off doing other tasks and did have the coverage.

Checked in to room 410 bed was not made- receptionist was not very helpful when I came downstairs to complain - gave me a fitted sheet which one size smaller and no pillow case. Had to come back to request correct bed linens and had to make bed myself

Went to check in, got room keys to 418, keys did not work. Went back down to front desk & she scanned again, went back to room and still did not work. Returned to front desk where I was assigned room 206, which had an occupant already in it. Luckily she caught it before I went to the room. She gave me room 105 but did not change any paperwork so I went to bed paranoid someone was going to come into my room all night. I always have issues with this hotel & took a break but decided to revisit and use my hotel reward points for the night. What a reward I got….. Really regret that decision.

I liked that the hotel was next to a Walmart for shopping purposes. I also liked that the hotel had a fitness room and pool. The food was good, I enjoyed my breakfast and I liked that they provided flavored water and free snacks in the lobby. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room itself was clean and spacious. Some of the furniture in the hotel may need to be replaced, especially in the lobby area.

It was right by Walmart. The room was clean and comfortable! Had a problem with the 1 blind, other than that the room was awesome! The pool was nice and warm and the time to swim was awesome! The breakfast that was included was really good and a good selection! So many dining options around as well!

Breakfast was very dry and bland. Pancake machine was broken. Even the water dispenser on the juice machine didn't work. Rugs were badly stained. Housekeeping didn't make the beds just changed a few towels. Only the staff member who met us on departure was friendly.

This is where we typically stay when we visit family in the area. In the past we've enjoyed the breakfast, etc. This time, the breakfast selection was not as good. Very limited fruit, mostly high carb foods. The apple juice was water. And the cookies later in the day were on the edge of being burned (both evenings).

We specifically booked Holiday Inn because of the indoor pool. The breakfast was a bonus...however, both mornings there wasn't much for offerings at breakfast - no yogurt, no pancakes, the hot food was mostly gone with an hour still left of breakfast. There was also no chocolate milk or whole milk (normally those are also offered). But, the worst part was that the pool and hot tub were closed. With a high energy child and cold weather, we were counting on the pool for an energy release. The front desk attendant only offered multiple times to cancel my registration and she did say she was sorry.

Everything was great. This was the hotel the kids ran out of pjs and there was a super Walmart right next door!! Breakfast was also the best of any of the hotels we stayed at our road trip with lots of protein options, also the yummy oatmeal packets for the kids, and eggs that looked like real eggs and little omelets.

We stayed 5 nights. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our stay. The morning of our 2nd day we asked the front desk to ask Housekeeping to replenish the towels. The didn't. Once during the stay, housekeeping took the towels but did not replenish with clean towels and did not empty the trash can. Then another day, they emptied the trash, gave us only clean towels, no hand towel, no wash clothes, no bathmat.
