You won’t find a better location for exploring KL than the Verdant Hills. Staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, the rooms are quiet and clean, the beds comfortable with good linens, and the breakfast buffet which is included in the price is one of the best I’ve seen. Throw in a gym and an infinity pool and what’s not to like?

The hotel is in a good location, accessible to Jalan Alor. Place is clean and staff are extremely friendly. Buffet breakfast is decent but swimming pool is very small and not so clean, probably due to maintenance. Bathroom shower control knob is extremely tight to turn. For kids, adults need to turn for them. Otherwise, a 5-star rating will be given. Overall, a great stay for family with young kids.

The only issue I had with a hotel like other guests , was only 4 sunbeds round the swimming pool , and they could get at least be 12 to 14 sunbeds which is unacceptable when you’re going on holiday to lay around the pool

Booked for 4 nights but moved out after 2 nights. The room carpet looks really dirty and bed spread and pillows very smelly not sure been replaced from last guest. Informed cleaner but nothing was done. The breakfast acceptable.

The hotel is highly recommended as their rooms are clean and the things we needed are all there. Only complain it the wifi which is intermittent on our room but overall, it has been one of the best hotel we have stayed. It is near also to the tourist spots and there are many food options nearby.

poor cleanliness, outdated amenities. steaming iron had burnt marks and smoke coming out of it - concierge took a long time to get it changed. tub had dirt and debris flushing out of it.

Für diese Lage ist das Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung und bietet ein solides Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hotellet ligger sentralt plassert i sentrum. Flere gode restauranter få hundre meter unna. Hotellet var fint med store rom og bad, men det begynner å bli litt slitt og har behov for renovering. Wifi var svært dårlig på rommet. Måltider vi spiste var gode og rimelig priset.

Big and modern. Room was large and comfortable. Smaller sized double bed room 1717. Very large modern bathroom. No shower door so be careful of water coming out, better to use rain shower head. Very good water pressure. Appreciated they had body lotion, hair dryer and slippers. Water bottles free in the room. Bonus large window in bathroom! In the morning, can hear water from other rooms. Breakfast was very good. Egg / omelette station. Varied of western, Indian and Chinese options. Can sit poolside if not too hot. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants and food hawker street. Not a short walk, but we were able to walk to/from Petronas Towers too. Would stay again.

Guten Lage des Hotels. Vieles ist auch Fußläufig innerhalb von 15 min erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist solide und für jeden etwas dabei. Allerdings ein sehr hellhöriges Hotel. Im Zimmer hört man selbst die Türen zuschlagen aus der Etage darüber. Derzeit befindet sich auf der anderen Seite der Straße ein Bau eines neuen Hochhauses. Wir haben von den Arbeiten nichts mitbekommen, da wir unser Zimmer auf der anderen Seite hatten.

Room was lovely and spacious. Good location - the KL tower is literally round the corner and i thought it was an easy walk to the Petronas towers, independence square and the botanic gardens. Breakfast was excellent - quality products and good choice of options.

This is probably my 7th or 8th time of staying at this hotel. It is always excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are nice and it’s in an excellent location. Free breakfast is good but unfortunately gets too busy and noisy for first thing in the morning!

Servicen på hotellet var okay. De kunne ikke hjælpe med bestilling af taxa, så det måtte jeg selv klare. Derudover er værelserne slet ikke lydisoleret. Jeg kunne høre alt hvad der foregik på gangen og værelserne der lå op til mit. Og det var ikke super fedt når der var en gruppe unge drenge der synes det var sjovt at løbe rundt og larme på gangen og på værelset.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help in arranging transfers etc. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed & had all the amenities we needed. Good location within easy walk of many attractions & shopping centers as well as multiple restaurants/food market. Hotel has a pull in section in using E-hailing/taxis which is helpful. Excellent breakfast choice. Did not personally use the pool but this looked very clean & larger than expected. Staff were quick to fix a small issue we had with the shower.

Stayed for 2 nights and have stayed here many times before. The hotel has a great location very close to the bars and restaurants of Changkat Bukit Bintang. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is substantial and of good quality and you can take it in the airconditioned restaurant or in a shaded area adjacent to the pool. Will stay here again next time we are in KL..

Hotel is in an ideal location for getting to local attractions. It’s quiet on a night so you’re not disturbed when sleeping. Staff are polite and the hotel is clean with comfy beds and a decent shower. Breakfast is buffet style and had a decent veriety for all nationalities. We would definitely stay again.

Ok but I wouldn’t describe it as ‘upmarket’ or 4*. Good location to access many things including the brash pub/neon/food area. Nice breakfast but no evening options, bar stayed open no later than 9.30 sadly. Pool nice enough but pretty constantly in shade of surrounding buildings. Desk staff lovely. An ok ‘utility’ hotel as base for touring but average generally.

Everything was ok, But my wife had her pursue snatched outside. And hotel charged £20 for us to call the bank. Restaurant can also be busy at breakfast, sometimes difficult to get a table.

Breakfast hygiene is unpleasant. There are only two employees to clear the tables for all the guests and they can't do too many things logically. There should be at least one more person. The food is served in very poor hygiene conditions. We saw people grabbing food with their hands, children licking the spoon from the honey dish...this is very serious. We notified the staff and they changed it, but if we didn't see it, what would have happened? The tongs for serving food are really dirty, you can't grip them and you can serve the fruit with a spoon full of cake, mayonnaise or anything else. only some foods are covered.
