Great hotel at a great price, unfortunately they didn’t open the outdoor pool during our stay which was a bit of a letdown but everything else was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely, room was lovely and the staff have gone above and beyond to help us.

Had high expectations thinking Radisson hotels would excel but not the case. Hotel elevators were constantly out of service with 1 of 3 elevators working for the week that I stayed. Had a problem with the shower head where it fell off when taking a shower. The bathroom lock was broken and I was locked inside for 20 mins before staff came to help. Wanted to complaint but staff speaks minimal English. Rooms were dark with minimal lighting. Hotel is situated 15-20mins walk from metro station and 10mins from few restaurants and cafes. Has a nice pool area.

Séjour avec mon épouse reposant. Un personnel au petit soin sans être intrusif. Un petit déjeuner au top. Des chambres propres tous les jours. Uber taxi pour 100 TL et vous êtes aux abords de sultanahmet en 13 minutes grâce à la position de l’hôtel sur un axe autoroutier. On nous force un peu la main pour donner un bon avis lors de petit déjeuner mais je peux comprendre la nécessité. Un spa propre et reposant. J’y retournerai.

The Hotel was fine, except for cleaning, unfortunately the room was not cleaned well, window frames and tracks were so dirty, under the bed, tables and mirrors :( The bathroom door was broken, it did not close, also, the door top track was dirty. Ett stort säkerhet som man kunde känna sig säkert på detta hotellet då man fick gå igenom ett säkerhets detektor som hade dygnet runt bevakning vid in/ut passering. Av hotellets personal var jättetrevliga & artiga inte minst en av vakterna vid säkerhets detektor & den som jobbade i matsalen som dukade av samt i baren alltid glad positivt som kunde bli en trevligt konversation med . Personalen i receptionen var självklart alltid hjälpsamma & ett trevligt bemötande dem vi kom i kontakt med . Hotellet kunde synas från avstånd men lite få butiker i området då det endast fanns 2 bensinmackar som var endast angelägen vid området. Vill man komma in till stan snabbt och smidigt om man bor på detta hotell använd bussen eller Marmaray train till city. Frukost var utsökt dem hade jätte fin pool. Det negativa Då det var varmt hela den period då vi var där då det fanns inga solstolar som dem plocka bort men bord fanns runt poolen men fick reda på några dagar senare då man kunde bara hämta bakom hörnet om man så ville. Då man svalka sig i poolen i några minuter kom någon direkt ut från gymet . Ganska iskallt bara sa poolen är stängt man får använda inomhus poolen Ok. "Vill bara förtydliga det var ingen med av hotellets egna personal med bricka som sa till oss". Det var den tjejen som jobbade på Spa-avdelningen som vi var ganska säkra på med sina blåa arbetskläder. Man kan börja säga hej & förklara varför det är stängt samtidigt användes det av många hotellgäster ändå som vi såg efteråt.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve been in. The room was full of dust and we had ants in our room. The staff were not friendly at all, in fact the ones at reception had a bit of an attitude. We expected this hotel to be a nice place where we can relax and sit near the pool but it wasn’t as nice as the pictures, the pool is barely used. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was not what I had booked nor was it fit for purpose. It was terribly maintained if at All stains on chair hair in bed wood lice in bathroom towel extremely worn. Mirrors dirty sealer undersink all pealing off if there at all. Dust on switches ,stains through out on carpets,wood work chipped windows dirty, balcony floor dirty damaged balcony chair. Waited from arriving at the hotel roughly 02:00 till 12 noon that day to see and speak to a manger , who never turned up! Finally I decided enough was enough having not slept since I arrived due to all the above and teenagers partying all night almost right outside and traffic running up and down all night I check out!!! Was the best decision I made !!

I booked this hotel based on the strong reputation of the Radisson Blu brand, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. This property is in desperate need of a full renovation and does not live up to the standards I would normally associate with the chain. At best, I would rate it a 2 star experience. The issues started with the facilities: • The bathrooms showed clear signs of neglect, with visible mould that made them feel unhygienic. • In the lobby, the roof was not just leaking momentarily—it appeared to be a long-standing flaw that the hotel had accepted as normal. For the four days I stayed, the problem remained, with water being collected in a plastic bucket that staff changed a couple of times. This is not what you expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. The service and dining experience were equally underwhelming: • Food service was extremely slow, with long waits even for simple orders. • Some of the meals we ordered appeared to have been made from leftovers, which was both disappointing and unappetising. • I also ordered a mojito, which turned out to be the worst I’ve ever had—poorly prepared and undrinkable. • To make matters worse, the reception staff were not hospitable and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Overall, the hotel fell far below Radisson Blu’s reputation and what I would expect from a 5-star property. I would not recommend staying here

We had a very nice stay at the Radisson Blu Otomari Hotel in Istanbul. The reception staff did a great job handling and clearing up a small confusion regarding the omission of breakfast, which was included in our reservation. Everything was resolved smoothly and professionally. I especially want to thank Gamze for her outstanding help—she was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. This staff is not accommodating and would not provide simple requests. Maid would walk in room and knock on do not disturb despite several complaints. Had to call service and make requests multiple times before being filled. I had a four day accommodation and needed to leave town for a day and a half. I requested they slide my reservation two days, not refund me, and I would return to finish my days. They had open rooms and would not slide the reservation. After being on status with both Hilton and Marriott I am used to a standard of accommodation but it doesn’t exist here. Will never stay here again.

We truly felt at ease with his truly indescribable kindness and for all the advice he gave to us about visiting Turkey. Overall great location and very nice hotel.. the restaurant menu and food nothing special. We ordered a veggie pizza they gave us something completely different. The front desk told us we had breakfast included in our reservation but we were charged for breakfast. The walls were thin and couple next door were having an intimidate noisy night which kept us up all night .. overall the hotel is beautiful and staff very polite.

I stayed in this hotel during a business trip for four days. The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is very clean, with very good breakfast. Also it is very easy to get a taxi. The staff are excellent- special mention to Buse at reception, Eren at concierge and Ersen Bey at the bar. I was very pleased with my stay and will definetly be back. Thnak you!

The front desk team is excellent. The? Service and cleanliness of the restaurant , however, leaves a lot to be desired. The tables and table cards were sticky with crumbs. The staff does not offer drinks or refills. I ate at the restaurant twice and once there was nobody to seat me.Although there seems to be quite a bit of stuff.They spend a lot of time talkink instead of serving the guests.
