Main concern is with the pool. All three of my children got out of the pool due to itching /burning. They noted a very sensitive scalp as well. Their skin was bright red before we got to our room. Is this a chemical burn? Their hair was completely stripped of any natural oils in a way ive never experienced and stiffened im sure irreversible damage is done. Didnt get any sleep due to the kids being in pain, including burning eyes. Called multiple times for towels and took over an hour to be accommodated. Pool definitely ruined our trip, specifically booked this hotel so the kids could swim, and maybe their skin and hair. The man at the breakfast bar was very nice.

The front desk staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean, safe and parking was easy. There was a restaurant and a Dunkin in the same parking area which was very convenient. Loved the room layout, lots of storage space and a fully equipped kitchen. Things I did not like were the amount of yelling kids running through the halls for hours at a time. This is not the hotel staff’s responsibility but just a warning to future guests, this hotel seems to be a prime location for families with sports tournaments in the area which apparently leads to a bunch of unruly kids running around in the evenings. Only other issue was a very uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast was satisfactory and there was a lovely outdoor area with a gas fireplace. I would stay here again solely based on the lovely staff and the spacious, affordable rooms.

For the most part the hotel was very clean. Pool area was clean and the staff were very attentive. There was a PJ’s right in the same center so we didn’t even have to move the car for food. Only downside of my visit was the hair we found on our towels & rags but they quickly brought us new ones. Highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty good to be free.

The staff is phenomenal and extremely accommodating. The pool is great, and so is the gym. It has a peloton! The breakfast was sufficient. We had trouble with our first room (ants) and the staff allowed us to change rooms. The second room had a shower that did not drain ant all. Overall the rooms needed a good wipe down and deep cleaning, in my opinion. There were fingerprints on a lot of surfaces, and dusty areas throughout each of the rooms. I don’t want to eat on a table that has remnants of food from previous guests, but maybe that’s just me! I wiped surfaces myself. The sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable but that’s my fault for not booking a room with two queen beds. The King bed was comfortable.

Two minor issues: hallway smelled like cigarette smoke - one of the patrons must have broken the rules since this is a non-smoking property, staff was very apologetic. Also, the hotel was having issues with the water heater so it took over 5 minutes to get hot water flowing to the shower of room 338 (on the far edge of the building). Management was aware and was working on the problem. Staff was very receptive and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

My stay was great. This hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. The woman who checked us in (the lady with very short hair) was excellent. She was not at the desk when we arrived because she was helping someone else but as soon as she came back check-in was great. She deserves a promotion because she provided excellent hospitality. We were in room 218 and we had no water in the shower but I never called the front desk to ask since we were running late to our next destination and had no time to wait for it to be fixed. Maybe we just didnt know how to turn the water on since it was an accessible room. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options and the lady who checked us out was very nice as well. The pool was very cold and we could not get in but maybe is because we went there at 10pm or so. Overall the hotel cleanliness and the staff made our stay great and I would be back if I am around the area. Stay here , I am sure if you have a problem the staff will gladly help you with it. We just were in a rush and didn't ask .

Hotel carpet very dirty. We were there for 2 nights, and the elevators were never vacuumed, and main carpet areas were dirty and frayed with areas pulling up. Breakfast was good, but items were not kept full. We were at breakfast with over an hour before closing, and neither day had regular coffee, and at least one of the hot items was empty, or extremely limited (2 sausages left). Never saw any staff in the breakfast area either refilling, or tidying, to even request additional coffee, etc. Check-in was easy via the app

We stayed 1 night because we were in the area for a graduation party. It was a long day as we drove 5 hours attend a party (until 10pm)and couldn’t wait to get to bed in the evening. We were all exhausted. Upon pulling out the sofa bed there was a dirty sock (DISGUSTING)in it and it there was no sheet or blanket. See picture. My kids were so tired they just slept on the couch. Not to mention we had 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 people. The breakfast offered sausage gravy (on the sign) but there wasn’t any not to mention there was NO waffle batter and no one around. We just left at that point. WONT BE GOING BACK

There was not a single comfortable place to sit in the room!!!!!!! Couch was so soft I could barely get out of it!!!!!! Bed was just passable. The bathroom was excellent! With a bad back the living room is intolerable!!!!!

Stayed for 2 days. The room itself was clean but needed a new coffemaker. Ours was broken. Great location with a dunkin donuts and a sports bar across from the property. Breakfast options were eggs, sausage, oatmeal, muffins and fruits. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Kudos to Jen the assistant manager. Overall great stay will stay again next time.

Very nice, updated, comfortable suit. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located within a walking distance to a couple of restaurants and the office I was visiting. I enjoyed my stay.

Called and asked for an earlier check in, and it was no problem at all. Our whole experience was amazing and convenient. The king suite was the perfect room, we cooked dinner and relaxed on the couch and in bed, we will be staying again in the near future

Was extremely disappointed in the front desk on duty. My daughter an art project she had been working on for over a month that was the next week. She brought it with her to work on while at her volleyball tournament. She accidentally left it and when it was discovered I called back even asking to offer a reward but the front desk associate showed no compassion and was a little rude. It was very clear that this was valuable and it would have been nice to have received a phone call instead of throwing it away. In addition the door did not close on its own. You had to put pressure on it to close as well as it made a huge noise when it did close. Very unsafe. The shower had a little mold in it. The front desk associate who was working the evening shift was not kind

I ordered housekeeping and they never came because they said they were too busy. Also the girl at the front desk did not give me a comforter for the pullout couch only sheets and a lightweight blanket. No one seemed to care.

Very comfortable beds, bathrooms were impeccably clean, staff was lovely, easy parking, safe area. Two minor issues: hallway smelled like cigarette smoke - one of the patrons must have broken the rules since this is a non-smoking property, staff was very apologetic. Also, the hotel was having issues with the water heater so it took over 5 minutes to get hot water flowing to the shower of room 338 (on the far edge of the building). Management was aware and was working on the problem. Staff was very receptive and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Our room was clean without any problems during the stay. The breakfast choices were ok but lacked meat options (e.g., one day was only turkey sausage and the other morning had no breakfast meat). The other concern was that all of the trash cans in the dining area were overflowing with trash. However, the staff were always pleasant and responsive to concerns.

Hotel carpet very dirty. We were there for 2 nights, and the elevators were never vacuumed, and main carpet areas were dirty and frayed with areas pulling up. Breakfast was good, but items were not kept full. We were at breakfast with over an hour before closing, and neither day had regular coffee, and at least one of the hot items was empty, or extremely limited (2 sausages left). Never saw any staff in the breakfast area either refilling, or tidying, to even request additional coffee, etc. Check-in was easy via the app

What i loved about the our stay was the convenience of check in, our room was beautiful,clean and quiet. Breakfast in tue morning was delicious with a lot options for even the picky eaters 😊 overall it was a great experience and ill definitely stay again

We stayed 1 night because we were in the area for a graduation party. It was a long day as we drove 5 hours attend a party (until 10pm)and couldn’t wait to get to bed in the evening. We were all exhausted. Upon pulling out the sofa bed there was a dirty sock (DISGUSTING)in it and it there was no sheet or blanket. See picture. My kids were so tired they just slept on the couch. Not to mention we had 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 people. The breakfast offered sausage gravy (on the sign) but there wasn’t any not to mention there was NO waffle batter and no one around. We just left at that point. WONT BE GOING BACK

This is my first time booking a hotel for myself, I just tuned 21 a couple weeks ago. This was a trip for me and my bf’s 2 year anniversary and he had a tournament he was participating in. We got there and I was not expecting it to be as easy as it was to check in and just get to exploring the area right away. Staff was helpful and friendly. The AC was AMAZING! We slept great. Had breakfast in the morning and used the kitchen (we got a studio room). I would recommend this to anyone staying within the area. 10/10
