Friendly and helpful staff. An easy walk to Disneyland. The pool and hot tub desperately needed to be cleaned.

The property itself was fine but we were not told ahead of time that the property would be undergoing renovations during our stay here. There was no pool, no gym and no self serve laundry. The hotel bar was also unavailable for our first couple days.

Great location and friendly staff. The parking fee is competitive, which is a nice bonus. The rooms are generally nice and comfortable, but the furniture feels a bit dated and could use a refresh. Also, the bathroom doors open outward like standard doors, which takes up unnecessary space in the small hallway between the entrance and the bedroom. Sliding doors would be a much better option. One major downside: there was construction happening on the floor above my room. The hammering and banging were loud enough that I had to request a room change. It was frustrating to be placed in that area in the first place—especially when paying a premium rate. The hotel should have proactively avoided booking guests near active construction zones. That lack of consideration made me question how much they value guest comfort, and it’s something I’ll think twice about when considering future stays.

We just stayed at Hyatt House for 4 nights. The experience was not great. I had called to ask if the property had any construction because the Disney website stated it did. The front desk insured there was no construction going on. The bar was under construction, the pool area had construction as well. Although not a huge inconvenience was still disappointing. Upon arrival they told us they would text us when our room was ready. We arrived and did our pre check in around 10:30. Asked a couple of times and at 3:30 they told us the room had be ready since 2:00 and we never got a text. We stayed in a family suite and found crumbs and pretzels in the top bunk bed. The sinks wouldn’t drain. The bar wasn’t open the entire time we were there. The pool water was extremely low and unsafe. My daughter couldn’t reach the edge of the pool because water level was so low. They were trying to fill it while kids were swimming in the pool. The only good thing was the close proximity to the parks and to surrounding restaurants. Great location not such a great experience. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. I only gave it four stars cause we were disappointed that the pool was not working, which is a huge benefit at this hotel. They did give us alternatives at other hotels, which was nice and we appreciate it. That said, I think it should be mandatory for hotels to disclose if their pool is out of commission and they should discount the rates.

Very close to Disneyland, which is nice. Otherwise it was under construction, and super noisy. Not so nice. The staff is great though.

Enjoyed my stay. Fun family weekend. I was told pool was heated. Pool was not heated. My family and I were very disappointed.

The hotel is under renovation, we were not told about it. The pool and fitness room were closed, we were counting on this, we are asking for a discount, please contact me.

Overall, this hotel is nice. Very convenient location with how close it is to the park, and lots of restaurants nearby. The parking fee of $35 per night was probably the only thing I didn’t like, but you got two free bottles of water from the front desk plus complementary breakfast every day which made up for the parking fee. The breakfast had a great variety and plenty to go around. The staff was very friendly and the pool/hot tub hit perfect after a long day at the park. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

This was a great hotel for an extended stay with family. The room was large and the staff was amazing. The breakfast here was also great with plenty of options. We only really had two negative experiences here. One, they were down to two elevators during my stay (but they were working on them). Second, and worst in my opinion, is if you get a room on the back side of the hotel, be prepared to wake up around 4AM to the noise of all the delivery trucks.

Room is very spacious for our entire family. Kept up very clean.

There might have fleas in the hotel. I was bitten many spots (at least 10 spots） on my waist, hip bottom, legs and knees pit. I traveled a lot, it’s never happened before. I can’t believe that it’s happened in Hyatt. It’s a kind of horrible staying.

Our room was never cleaned after 4 nights. I had to call for clean towels and told them we hadn't received cleaning services after 3 nights. When we returned the last night we were they we had ants in the bathroom. My husband spoke to someone at the front desk and the manager regarding the cleaning and ants. They offered to change our room and that was it.

Staff was very efficient and professional! The cleanliness of the hallways and room were great! No smells or stains to be noticed anywhere.

The rooms were outdated and not very clean. The breakfast included was not great and the tables were dirty. We had tiny ants in our bathroom and a broken toilet. For the price, it was not impressive.

The room was super disappointing. Kitchen area was big but living area small. The sofa bed was ok but barely fit in the space. I feel like they wasted space somewhere in the room.. Room was also just dirty. Looking at the carpet made me feel gross. I have short term rentals in vegas and wash our carpets constantly and can tell these carpets arent taken care of despite all the traffic in and out of the rooms. I wanted to make a coffee one morning but the coffee maker looked bad too. I gave 2 stars for the convenience of the hotel. Right on the corner, close to dining options. About a 10 min walk to Disneyland. Walgreens right outside.

Been staying here for several years. Always good experience. Until this time. Check in was good. initially room wasn’t ready, but the reservation clerk found one available so we could get settled in before our dinner reservation. First night was fine, other than the shades were extremely in need of replacing. Ragged edges difficult to work. Second night after a full day of Disneyland my 8 year old grandson and I discovered a seriously clogged sink. Maintenance came up had to leave to get a snake to clean out drain/pipe… he was there with a bucket for at least 30 minutes before the black reeking disgusting water came gushing out into the bucket all over the floor! We were suggested to change rooms! It was 10:15 pm by this time. I along with my 8 year old grandson started packing up all of our belongings in order to move rooms! We were EXHAUSTED! The only assistance we received was the reservation clerk ran the keys to us and a baggage trolley to our room. (I had explained to her I was going to need help) by the time we got into our new room it was 10:45. After Trying to settle down and get to bed, the blackout shade was stuck and wouldn’t work! Maintenance person returned and within about a 15 minute time period had it working. Then my grand daughter the next night ( bc she had been staying in my sisters room for a couple nights) returned to my room for our last night and discovered ants crawling all over the window sill! She even found a few on the way home crawling

Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to Disneyland and many restaurants. The only thing that needs improvement is the sofa bed mattress. They absolutely need to be replaced.

Great walking access to Disneyland and freeways to access other locations. Excellent staff and housekeeping - very friendly. Good breakfast, but could do with a changing day-to-day variety of hot food. Not so comfortable sofa bed, especially for older teenagers or adults, but beds were very comfortable. Very much a worthwhile hotel.

This was a four night Disney stay. It was perfect! We stayed in the family suite and it was the perfect size for a family of five.

10 minute walk to Disney right next to the Toy Story parking lot if you are too tired to walk back at night. But it’s literally 2 blocks away from Disney so it’s not too bad. A lot of places to eat and it’s above a Walgreens so if you forget anything you can head down and grab stuff. The hotel also has shampoo conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms which is a plus! We got the view of the parks so we got to watch the fireworks from the room, without the crowd!

We stayed here 5 years ago and the property has really deteriorated. The bathroom fan didn't work. The carpet was torn. The doors between the bunk room and the king room was not properly on its track. The carpet in the hallway was lumpy.

Our second time staying at this property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very convenient to have a kitchen area. Definitely recommend.

The room wasn’t ready at 4 PM, which was frustrating after a 9-hour drive. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable and left me with body aches. That said, the bunk beds and overall room setup were fantastic—perfect for families! One of the biggest design flaws, however, is the air conditioning. The bunk room turns into an ice box, while the main room stays uncomfortably warm. Front desk staff were lovely to deal with.

The location is great- across from the Garden Walk and tons of restaurants. We walked to Disney which was great. However, we were in a newly renovated room and the doors and drawers did not work. We asked all three days for them to be repaired.

I booked 4 nights of staying at this property based on the good location and 6 people room with competitive rate are. Staff were friendly. However, we were quite disappointed that our room was not being cleaned once until the 4th day staying. We felt like entering a pigsty returning to our room after spend whole day at the Disney park. The front desk supervisor Andrew was notified and to show apology, he offered us a $40 credit for lobby bar. Since I never received anything in written, I think he may forgot about this which is not attractive to me at all. We ended up have to change our own bed sheets and etc after getting so exhausted. Room floor was still dirty, garbage bin was full and bath room was still dirty...Very unpleasant experience.

Lovely hotel, very close to the park. I was most impressed with the friendly staff. Pua went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful, joy-filled visit.

Broken pipes did not inform guest fast enough

They went above and beyond to help organize a last minute suprise for my son’s birthday. Was amazing!

They overbooked the hotel and didn't have a room for us when we arrived. We were moved to a lower quality hotel about a half mile south of the Hyatt, which was less that ideal since we were walking to Disneyland each day. They told us our room has no hot water, which is strange since each room doesn't have its own hot water heater. So that wasn't true. They much have overbooked. So we're pretty disappointed in the Hyatt.

It’s unfortunate we missed breakfast because the time was changed from 6:30 to 7:00 am. I wish we would have been notified ahead of time as we would’ve selected a different location. The hours on the website said 6:30!

Only thing was bad was construction but Andrew helped us a lot at front desk !!

We had a wonderful short stay here. The room we booked was unfortunately overbooked and we had a little bit of a downgrade. In most circumstances, this will never warrant a positive review but the hotel staff, especially Pualena or Pua made sure we were taken care of. She contacted us before our arrival and explained the situation. We were given a comparable room and parking was comped. The biggest thing was that we have two little kids and asked if any rooms had a detachable shower head that will make washing them a lot easier. None of the rooms available had that unfortunately. However on our first day we noticed that the tub faucet was dripping water, nothing that was bothersome but we mentioned to the front desk and they had someone look at it while we were out. When we came back to the room we found a detachable shower head installed. The drip issue was unrelated but Pua had maintenance install the new shower head anyways since we have previously asked for a room with it. We’ve stayed at many places but never received such a gesture. Service is top notch.

By far it was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. We had no access to water, when we checked in at 11:20pm and water shut off at midnight. Buckets set out throughout our room floor Again, we were not notified that our floor was flooded, we arrived back to the hotel around 10:30 pm and seen the carpet had been pulled out and there were fans, buckets and hoses throughout, with no warning, no warning at all even though I was asked for my cell phone number and email at check in. After a long day at Disneyland all my family and I wanted to do was shower, however that was not possible as there was no hot water. The day of checkout, we had to carry our luggage and try to void all the water coming from the ceiling, the pipes laid out throughout, and buckets set up everywhere. I paid a good chunk of money for this hotel stay and unfortunately, we did not have access to the minimum necessities and kindly ask that I be refunded for this hotel stay. I seen how overwhelmed the staff was during my check out so I elected to send an email. I hope you are able to assist me, if you are not the correct person to speak to, please direct

Hyatt House was a great location nearly minutes from Disney. I carefully read previous reviews, and all were accurate. Yes, it’s noisy at night due to cars racing, but it didn’t bother us because we were exhausted from a day at Disney. Yes, there were homeless individuals outside of the hotel, but that would be the case no matter what hotel you stayed at within this area. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was clean and it was the perfect location within walking distance to many food and entertainment options. We would definitely stay here again.

Central to activity. Walking distance to Disney downtown and Disneyland. Walking distance to Convention Center.

Had seen reviews complaining about construction .Nothing to worry about ! There was plenty of hot water.The pool was open,beautiful and cold . The staff was nice , breakfast was abundant , the beds comfy . The location was perfect - easy safe walk to the convention center and to DIsney .

This Hotel was a 9 minute walk to Disneyland on a safe sidewalk Under the Hotel was a pizza place open till midnight and a 24 Hour Walgreens Hotel was also a 7 minute walk from Cheesecake Factory and AMC Movie Theatre If you don't want to walk A bus stops right outside the Hotel every 20 minutes and is $6 unlimited per day or $2 each way

Ive searched so many hotels nearby Disneyland and Hyatt House is by far the most that makes sense for us in terms of location and amenites. They have complementary breakfast, clean and huge room. We stayed overnight and kept our car even after checkout(ok to park till midnight) to go to Disneyland. Walk to DL is approx 10-15mins depending on how fast you walk. Toy story parking lot is behind but it’s kinda confusing where the pedestrian access is. It’s almost the same walk so save time by walking to DL instead. Staff was nice! So many dining options. Starbucks, walgreens, blaze pizza and more are just in the property. There’s so many restos around. Love it here! Will stay again in the future.

I expected a warmer more intimate bar area. Hotel was fine but enormously expensive. Expensive nightly parking charges too. Staff were all lovely but quite a basic hotel all things considered. Breakfast was very limited and not particularly vegetarian friendly. Won’t stay again unless the cost comes down.

Really like this spot. Convenient for our California Adventure trip. Quick walk to Downtown Disneyland and parks. Bar tender is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Simple but very tasty. Front desk was helpful and had patience with me . I was having some issues with my card and she did not show any frustration. Thankful that I stayed there!!! Good time!

Ticked all the boxes - decent rooms and breakfast. Friendly staff and good parking. Good location etc. It was pretty good value for money. Rooms a little bit dated but we got bunk beds for the kids in a little room of their own which they loved. Self service washer dryers a major plus. Really nice pool. Great breakfast included. The main thing that let the place down was the awful bar food we got one evening which really tasted terrible.

The only thing that I would complain about is that the breakfast never changed.. 6 days in a row we should have seen more options
