We enjoyed the location and convenience to the square. Hotel was nice, but beds were terribly uncomfortable and shower makes a huge mess with only having have a half wall/door separated from bathroom.

The room wasn't clean, hair was everywhere. No vending machine, and the water tasted dirty. The mini fringe was so small you couldn't put anything in it. The bistro for breakfast only had eggs, they wear out of everything else. The roof top restaurant was good and the staff was had great customer service.

The room was $700 a night we stayed for 2 nights and it was never cleaned or restocked. We had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and towels. They gave us one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests and never restocked. Good location but not worth it for the price.
