Property looked nice initially but they had several issues. The air in the main lobby was broke. Our sign stopped would not move. It was stuck and even after talking to the front desk no one came to fix it. I ended up taking it out myself. The thermostat in our room didn’t work either. The pool was empty. It was a nice looking facility but overall we weren’t impressed.

Booked stay. No notice that pay at property wouldn’t be allowed with cash. No servicing of rooms during 2 day stay. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. No body wash in room at all. Hotel desk had pile of swept up trash in corner the whole visit. Very hot in hallways. AC didn’t work very well - never cooled down to temp set. Rooms were clean at least. No breakfast provided but there is a Starbucks on property. Have to pay for parking -8.00/night.

Front desk attendant was very polite and professional. The hotel was a disaster. Massive construction and renovations throughout the hotel. Should have been closed during renovation. Didn’t tell us about the renovation until the day before check in. No access to pool. We will never stay here again. Disgusted the we paid for 2 nights and our check in time was delayed.

This property has a great location to the university and we chose it as our son was in Oxford for a campus tour. It gives quick access to the campus and if you make a left out of the parking lot you can get to the downtown area easily. I would say both are walkable. On our visit the pool was not working and the common areas were hot to the point it felt like their A/C may have been out. The room itself had some recent repairs to the shower and they were of poor quality. Also be aware that this hotel charges for parking ($8/night). Overall it's a great hotel based on it's location alone and the negatives mentioned are all things that can be remedied. I would stay here again. It technically was probably "offseason" with school not being in session.

For being charged over $500 a night this place was under complete construction. Not only were they remodeling multiple floors and hammering, etc.. They were also spray painting white lines around cars in the parking lot and pressure washing the entire time we were there. This was never disclosed and making this reservation and the hotel should’ve taken this into consideration with lower rates and warning customers.

the hotel appeared to have all of the amenities that I was looking for, however it was dirty & had a strong odor. The lobby was dirty & needed to be cleaned. The room itself was disgustingly dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed AT ALL, the bathroom floor was dirty. I ended up checking out & requesting a refund

The pool water was green and there was no signs that they were doing anything about it and no postings not to go in. The remote control in my room was so covered in gunk we had to use a towel to push the buttons in order to not touch it.

We had blood on our sheets. At first it seemed like we were being blamed for it, but that changed once the manager actually looked at it. We were offered free breakfast but that wasn’t communicated to the staff that was working the next morning. The whole experience was very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and the location is hard to beat, but this was our first and last stay at this property. The common areas as well as our room were very dirty. Our end of the hallway and room smelled strongly of mildew. There was no bedding at all for the fold out couch. For the high price of move in weekend, the condition was really disappointing.

This has been our go to place to stay since our daughter started school and it has always been great. Pros- Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Check in was seamless as well as check out. Cons- Mold in areas of the shower. Overall, still a nice place to stay, just seems like some of the small details got overlooked.

Good stay, but i was expecting more from the 2 story room including a clean baloney, balconey shades that worked ( maintenance came to fix them but was unable too so he manually rolled them halfway up for us, which is where they stayed) a more nicer upkept ares ( paint peeling, stained walls)

The hotel seemed to be going through some issues. Many of the floors throughout the hotel were wet and fairly slippery (this includes carpets). There was a nice little puddle by the AC in my room. It looked like nobody has cared for the grounds in months. Weeds growing everywhere!!! This hotel is not that old and seems to be recently renovated but it was very obvious that the hotel is not being taken care of.

The location is great! Close to the Square and Oe Miss. We were in town for college orientation so it was great to be right across from campus. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly. Our room was extremely spacious and great for our two teenagers with two TV’s. There was a-lot of construction going on while we were there inside and outside. I understand that’s just part of updating so we were just fine. Would definitely stay again.

My day was pretty good. The hotel is very clean. The service was pretty nice. Free parking. Unfortunately they have a Starbucks but it’s always closed only for breakfast! The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out and the television shut off and turned back on. You could definitely hear a little bit through the walls.

I was at first dismayed to see that there was extensive renovating going on at the hotel, because I feared loud construction noise. But I was pleasantly surprised. We got one of the brand new rooms that had just been remodeled and it was very clean and nice. And with the help of the option of a constant AC fan, I had the quietest night I have ever spent in a hotel in my life. Comfy bed too!

It started out with our keys not working so I went to the desk to reset. Turns out they did reset but they had given us the wrong room number so we went into a room where someone else was staying. Mistakes happen totally get it. I didn’t ask for it, but they said they would give us a credit back for the inconvenience (and didn’t). We only received three towels even though we paid the fee for having four guests in a room. When I went to ask for an extra towel, the guy at the front desk took his name tag off, looked at me and said “I’m off I ain’t doing anything else”. He pointed to his colleague who was on the phone for me to get a towel. While the guy just stood there, I waited to ask for a towel. I finally got one and the guy who was “off” was just standing there. We also had running water in our toilet that I informed the staff of and it never got fixed. 15-20 minutes for the one person at Starbucks to get you a cup of coffee and I was done. I travel a lot and I know mistakes happen and this is not a five star hotel. That said, to have so many service gaps in one stay was really disappointing.

Staying at this hotel was great as it was near everything during my stay. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was very welcoming, she explained everything to make the stay pleasant. Upon getting inside the room so we can start unpacking, we noticed the room was not clean. There was a used condom wrapper on the floor and that made the stay feel as if they just spot clean and not clean. Also, it would have been nice to know upfront about the $8 per night parking fee.

They gave away my double queen room which was pre-paid. Put me in a room with a king and sleeper sofa. Bad front desk and management service. Also has loud and disruptive event in lobby area for 3 days while I was there.

There is no open breakfast it’s all behind the bar area and consisted of a muffin or bagel and a piece of fruit. The service is suppose to begin at 0630 but everything was locked up till 0745 or 0800 the Friday before as told by the front desk. If you’re gonna eat early you’re probably gonna go hungry! I was given a Platinum Status Card for a free breakfast due to the kitchen not being open until 0745. I ordered and when I presented the card I was advised that the card only covered the so called free breakfast. Before I could change it over he stated he would take care of it and make it work. I was billed, $26 for the food! The advertisement also shows a pool which there is not. You have to pay $8 a day just to park in their have empty parking lot. The tub faucet leaked, there is no fan in the bathroom so everything gets wet from a hot shower the sink faucet was also hooked up backwards and the toilet was not secured to the floor very good. Very disappointed with this property. Do not recommend! 2.1 stars.

Nice property, great location. Lobby is lovely and they have a Starbucks inside and a nice outdoor seating area. The room was small but fine and clean. Couple odd things like no soap at the sink and trash and junk left about some of the common areas (pool, hallway) but I blame the guests for that. Location was great, could walk downtown which was nice. It was good for what we needed which was one nights stay

I chose this hotel because of its fun, vibrant feel online, but it was very deceiving. Upon arrival, the exterior looked great, parking lot was clean. The lobby air was broken for my entire 3 day stay. The rooftop restaurant (that drew me to this location and was highly promoted online) had been closed down for several months. Was not aware of parking fees until at check-in. My room was very disappointing, missing pillowcases, and the ones that did have a case, some were put on inside-out. The furniture, and phone was very dusty, the desk had a coffee stain on it, which clearly indicates that it wasn't wiped down, or properly cleaned. Reported the issues to the front desk person, and was informed that the cleaning staff had already gone home. Not worth the price paid.
