Really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool option. Also the 24 hour gym that has a beautiful view of the bay. Perfect for an early morning workout. The Bay view from our room was phenomenal and the staff were extremely friendly. Also loved the free EV charging. Made it a no brainer here!

Highly recommend ... An undiscovered gem. Beautiful hotel with awesome view. We requested a balcony view of the bay which I highly recommend. The location of outdoor pool is perfect, overlooking the bay and pool has a bar. Staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet is included throughout your stay. It is not just a continental breakfast. Hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Beautiful clean hotel but parking is an issue. Had to wake up at 6am to get my car from a tow zone and move it since there was no parking on the property late at night.

Our stay was Great! Didnt like the fact the indoor pool was closed and there was no notice prior to booking. In order to use a pool we would have had to drive 8 min away. ITS COLD OUTSIDE!

Very clean, nice bay view, friendly staff, free breakfast was ok although there was never any chicken sausage served for non-pork lovers as I read in many reviews. Only complaint is that the indoor pool water wasn't clear & looked thick & murky.

I really liked the convenience of this location. It was very close to many attractions. I also appreciated the free breakfast. I did think the indoor pool area could have been kept a little cleaner. There was clean fresh towels but empty cups and even pieces of food left in the pool area. Our room looked pretty clean but smelled like it needed to be aired out. The room was very spacious though for my large family of five. Overall it was a good stay

The Residence Inn was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The room above me overflowed their shower or something and water came into my shower through the ceiling light. Staff were very apologetic when I reported it and said someone would be out to fix it. The location is great, it’s an easy walk to the beach and other places, but back from the “main drag” a bit.

Overall not great, due to the cleanliness of the rooms. Hair in the showers, sand all over the carpets. Also no parking at all 2 nights in a row when you pay for parking. Not okay! However the staff was amazing and willing to help as much as possible.

we stayed at the Residence Inn and lets just say its not the cleanest . We found someone's dirty underwear under the bed and the room needed a little TLC and cleaning . The breakfast was horrible wet eggs and sausages not much of selections wont stay again.

I would have given this hotel a much higher rating if we had not been put in kind of a strange room. Room 319 doesn’t have a very good air conditioner, so they’ve put in a temporary unit with a huge hose that goes out of a hole in a large wooden plank that sits vertically in the the sliding glass door track. So you cannot close your sliding glass door all the way, and you certainly can’t lock it. It was somewhat unnerving, plus pretty warm in the room. The state of the room definitely wasn’t worth what we paid. Otherwise this was a good hotel, decent breakfast, great service, you do have to cross Coastal Highway to get to the beach, but it’s not a long walk. The only other downside is it’s a very large hotel, and there are only two elevators that service the entire hotel, so there’s a lot of waiting to get up and down to your room, and the elevator is often too full to use.

This was definitely one of the better complimentary breakfasts that I experienced in Ocean City, MD. The breakfast hours were great and the selection of items was better than expected. The beds in my room were very comfortable and I loved the views of the bay from my balcony.

Great place to stay when coming to the beach!! The room was surprisingly large (not what I was expecting), a beautiful bathroom, kitchen, and seating area. I stayed in the one king bedroom suite. It has a 50 inch TV in the bedroom area and a 50 inch TV in the seating area. The seating area has a couch, two chairs & table set, and desk. The kitchen has a two burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plates, silverware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, pots & pans, dishwasher, and sink with garbage disposal. Also they provide dishwasher cleaner and scrubbing pads for dishes. The complimentary breakfast is good (oatmeal, cereal, bagels, biscuits, muffins, eggs, pork sausage, chicken sausage, waffles, fruit, peanut butter, jelly, orange juice, apple juice, milk, and water). They have a heated pool and gym. Also there's a bar and restaurant with Happy Hour. The front desk staff is friendly and the room service staff are friendly as well. I believe each room has water views from what I could tell. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed. We stayed at this hotel earlier in the year and loved it. We were shocked to find the rooms (we had 2) were totally unfit for a top scale hotel. The first room, top floor, great view, clean, except the toilet bowl (not the lid but the bowl) had a crack in the middle thru the porclean. Also a chair cushion was falling apart at the seams. We called the front desk and were immediately moved to another larger room due to the issues. The second room (501) was an upgrade, also a very nice room with a great view. This room had no AC and the thermostat had an CH-05 error code. The room also had a musty smell and the carpet appeared to have been pulled up and put back down possibly wet. We decided to just stay after having unpacked and losing a couple of hours of our trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. The girl at the front desk was very accomodating and understanding and assured us she would have the AC repaired asap. For the 2 nights we were in the hotel we had the sliding glass doors open with no screens in order to get some kind of air circulation in the room. Having seasonal allergies this was not the best solution but the only solution and it worked as far as tolerating the issue. Since we have stayed here before and seen the hotel at in a much better state it was such a disappontment to find this much decline in 10 months. The staff at the front desk are awesome, the rooms were clean, maybe new mangement and better communication would help.

When we checked in at the Residents Inn Marriott at Ocean City MD. Zina greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I knew everything I needed to know about the hotel. She was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I would specifically request to be checked in by Zina. She is a shining example of what it means to provide excellent customer service.

One room ac was broken on a very hot day, they could not fix it and their solution was to move to another hotel. They offered to pay for a lower value hotel for us to move to, we had 10 people in our party (6 young girls who were tired from spending the day outside in the heat). We ended up staying in one room with ac and one with fans. Was told we would be refunded for both rooms and would not be charged for parking - as of today no refunds and nobody has reached out or returned my calls or emails. Extremely disappointing. How does a Marriott not have an emergency ac service? How can they not give adjacent rooms with advanced requests? Sad experience for a group of hard working Girl Scouts.

I have stayed at this property several times and will go back when in OCMD. The staff is super friendly and professional. Always willing to help. VERY clean. Location is perfect for me. Easy and fast check-in. Best free breakfast I have had at any OC hotel. Plenty of parking onsite. Pet friendly (pretty sure they like my dog more than me! haha). I have never had any problems at the hotel. Very happy customer and mangy hound dog.

With a quality location and staff to boot. It was beautiful, clean and.... just real darn solid! I booked through expedia... I dont think I knew that I had to pay for parking tho. Overall, i believe the parking scenario doesn't affect my rating. When i check my credit card bill in a couple days... if things change... thwn so would my raring... Overall 5 Stars... if anything changes... now that I'm home... so would my rating. Quality Location, Quality Staff, Quality Hotel, Quality Attentiveness (I made food and drink coffee... I needed Ketchup and more Coffee). They were simply wonderful.... i feel quite happy 😊

Very nice room and view of the bay from the balcony! Convenient location to everything. Staff was very polite and friendly. Only issue was we tried to return a tux from a wedding rental and it sat at the front desk for two days. Staff was not attentive to the carrier (FedEx) and to avoid a late return we got it back from them and took it to a drop off location. Otherwise a very nice stay!

We stayed in OCMD 3 nights before Mem Day WE. We felt the facility and rooms were really nice. Location is on the Bay instead of Ocean, but it was still close to many attractions. It is 3 miles from end of Boardwalk. We had bikes to get around so it was fine. Streets have bike/bus lanes which most drivers honor.

The Residence Inn was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The room above me overflowed their shower or something and water came into my shower through the ceiling light. Staff were very apologetic when I reported it and said someone would be out to fix it. The location is great, it’s an easy walk to the beach and other places, but back from the “main drag” a bit.

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, housekeeping did a great job, great view of the bay from the room, close to several shops on Coastal Highway, 10 minute walk to the natural beach (Ocean City boardwalk is several blocks away). This is a great hotel with great staff, and it's highly recommended.

The location of this property was great. It seemed to be pretty central & was only about 10mins (if that) to the boardwalk. I really loved the views from the property as well, so beautiful! I would totally recommend this property to others!

This was an unfortunate stay. I usually love staying at any Marriott property, but there were very few things good at this one. The staff was nice, but ... well, let me tell you. We arrived at around 9:15 pm and the kitchen closed at 10 pm. They were nice about it ... our order: 2 hot dogs with no buns because my son has allergies, cheese sticks, blackened chicken wrap (no onions, side of honey mustard (on the server's suggestion)). We got 2 hot dogs WITH buns, no cheese sticks, and a wrap WITH onions and no honey mustard. The room's A/C was very loud, so I called the front desk, and no one answered. The next day, I called again, and they said someone would come up to check it, but they never did. The shower curtain was either very short or hung on the wall way too high as it didn't reach the top of the tub, so water got all over the floor; there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom; they provide bottled and mounted on the wall shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (which is great), except the body wash and shampoo were both empty; the mattress was super hard and the pillows super soft (but might be to your preference); the toilet paper roll was mounted BEHIND the toilet which made it nearly inaccessible; the breakfast buffet was really messy even very early into the service and the selection was pretty poor. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay for $350 per night. (Oh, the 5th-floor ice machine ... no ice. Of course.). Lot's of options in OC, so choose those.

We stayed but our room was not clean I dont mind that but no towels even though i asked and for my room to be cleaned on the 3rd day. I can keep mybroom nice but the 3rd day would have be nice. The breakfast was not good at all but nice to have for guest but not good at all. Nice place but can be a 5 if they work on the little things not a bad place though.
