New apartment in very handy location. Parking arranged which was a big bonus in a very busy metropolis. Whilst the apartment was more than comfortable, it is not fully equiped but was sufficient for our needs.

Excellent premises, there was a wonderful perfume when you enter the building (as well as when you open the closets), clean apartment that included all required equipment (even washing machine with its washing powder). The lady at the reception was very kind and supportive on our requests. Definetely, we would think it again next time we visit Thessaloniki.

Ενώ γνώριζα ότι θα πάρω ένα δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι, όταν έφτασα μου έδωσαν το δωμάτιο (21) στο πλάι, που είχε ενα υπερβολικά μικρό μπαλκονάκι που χωρούσε μόνο η εξωτερική μονάδα του "air condition". Το δεύτερο θέμα που με απασχόλησε ήταν ότι τα studios δεν διαθέτουν πάρκινγ για τους πελάτες, κάτι που είναι πολύ δύσκολο να βρει κάποιος εξω στον δρόμο. Κατά τα άλλα, ήταν καλά και σας ευχαριστώ.

Polis apartments were exactly what we needed for a three night stay In Thessaloniki. They are easy to find as offer a storage locker facility with the reception and have a laundromat next door. There was a washing machine in the apartment that was big enough for our needs and the balcony helped to dry quickly our clothes. A large supermarket is a short walk and smaller convenience stores are on the same street.

Sauberes und zentrales Apartment mit Aufzug und temporärem Parkplatz. Das Apartment war leider nicht so modern wie die Bilder suggeriert haben, hat unseren Ansprüchen aber grundsätzlich genügt. Einziges Manko war eine nicht vollumfänglich einstellbare Klimaanlage.

Polis apartment was great value, room was quite spacious for what we paid for in February 2025. Balcony and large room was nice! Walkable distance to sites in the area. We got a shuttle from the hotel for 35€ from the airport and 32€ back to the airport. Prices are reasonable for restaurants in the area.

What a wonderful property, I was so happy to have a lovely studio with great a little kitchen to cook in and a washing machine. Very clean and well maintained in a quiet area, but close to everything. There are three supermarkets on this street as well as plenty of coffee shops. Most restaurants about ten minutes away. Also ten minute walk to the train station. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

This is not a luxury apt. as stated in its name. Newly updated, not my favorite choice of colors but nice and clean. Easy to find. Has a small elevator. All appliances were cheap but newer and worked, Except the hair dryer it kept turning off while I used it. The air conditioning unit worked well but was right over the bed which bothered my husbands allergies. The thin blanket on the bed was just big enough to cover the top of the bed. Could only be used by one person. Foam mattress with 2 cheap pillows. The towels were smaller but adequate. The bathroom was smaller but adequate for one person to use at a time . No counter space. The location was .5 miles from the train-station and about 1 mile from the sea port/ squares. The area was loud all night long, dogs barking, people yelling and partying all 3 nights … Hard for me to get good sleep. Not the apt fault but good to know. The staff were polite and helpful. They did NOT have free breakfast as listed or a free gift at arrival.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft völlig ausreichend zum schlafen zudem ist sie echt klein und niedlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Problemen und Fragen gerne geholfen.
