The hotel was beautiful, location is great, the rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable and the rooftop bar was filled with great staff, beautiful views and good drinks and views! Will absolutely be staying here again!

Server was great Manager of restaurant was dismissive of requests and condescending Dinner was an hour in coming and manager soon said we had 15 minutes to finish as rooftop restaurant was being converted to a night club Facility fee of $42 per day covered pool and gym (Never use hotel gyms ) Both Friday 5p and Saturday pool 1p closed early for private events Chose hotel for rooftop pool so that didn't work out Room two floors below rooftop sounded like a techno pop, which I love, club from music above until 2a Parking is $60 per night. So judge hotel in rate plus $102 per night

Internet wasn’t great, unable to watch TV without it glitching and freezing. Too loud to get a good night’s rest since the rooftop club was above us. I was hoping to utilize the rooftop pool everyday as it’s included in amenities and why I chose this particular hotel but was told during check in that it’ll be closed 2 out of the 4 days we stayed due to a private party.

Everything was perfect except the valet cost is $60! I thought bit was too expensive , extremely hard to get a parking spot during the weekend cause it’s surrounded by clubs and bars, exceptional customer service by Keylah o Kilah she’s super nice !!!

I actually really enjoyed the ambiance at Dream Hollywood. The location is great too! However, I was experiencing a pretty moderate fly problem. Immediately upon check-in and throughout my stay. Not only were there flys waiting for me upon arriving but it also made it difficult to enjoy my balcony access which should be a highlight of the space. When I reported it to the front desk, initially, I was treated with respect and concern about my issue. I felt valued as a customer. The rep entered a note in the system for management to review and told me to come back and speak with them about the matter in the morning. I did, and Emanuel seemed to have barely any interest with my concern. He did not show any empathy or compassion for my unsatisfactory experience. He simple stated, "Well, I dont what I can do about a fly" and completely disregarded my concerns. I dont know if this would be a problem for everyone but when i book an upscale stay I intend for it to be enjoyable. I DO NOT intend to have the duration of my stay insects and/or bugs. This was not one, two, or even three flys....this was an issue of several flys.

Overall good stay but there were two issue- areas that would keep me from returning. -The dispenser in shower was out of body wash. -The noise was extreme until 3:10 am even with earplugs.

Dirty room; most expensive suite and it sat right above their nightclub so insanely loud even at 3AM. Took 40 minutes to get car from valet and entire area smells of weed and urine. 4 star lobby and 2 star hotel. Would never return.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It’s very clean, staff is friendly and we love the hotel aesthetic. We did valet parking this time which was clutch. Also love the robot they have which brings items to your room. Would def stay here again in the future.

Beautiful modern hotel with fun club and dining. Cool room but the only drawback is that the bathroom is literally part of the bedroom leaving zero privacy or personal care noise control. Also terrible lighting in the sink/mirror area for anyone who has make-up to apply. Overall positive experience.

This hotel is lovely however they have a club on the roof and the music was so loud on both days - we didn’t sleep until the music ended at around 2am….. then one night all our lights came on in the room at 4am and a door opened…. They said they had checked the cameras and no one came in!!! Well the lights didn’t turn themselves on

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Dream Hotel. The front desk agent who helped me was very friendly and professional, and I was able to check in a little early. The rooms are really nicely appointed and modern. I slept very well on the comfortable bed. The black out drapes didn't close quite all the way, and my room faced east, so a minor inconvenience in the morning. My main complaint with the rooms has to do with the bathroom. The lighting is HORRIBLE. It's such dim mood lighting, even at the sink. You really can barely see what you're doing when getting ready. Also, they need to replenish all the towels: they are very tread-bare at this point. My interaction with the lobby and rooftop restaurants was meh. The food downstairs my first afternoon was just ok and the vibe overly loud. My two rooftop breakfasts tasted good, but, especially the second day, my food took more than 30 min to come out, which seemed very slow for a hotel. All in all, it's a good central location in LA and a clean, modern hotel. I'd probably stay again.

I enjoyed the hotel! Very great location. Staff was nice and efficient. The there are a few things that I wasn't too happy about but I didn't let it spoil my stay or experience to LA. I would say the rooms are a little small and pictures online are a little misleading. Online it showed my room to have a table and the balcony. It was literally you walk out and turn around. Not much room to do much of anything else but to look at the view which was nice. I called and asked the front desk regarding the room they stated I would have had to book the bronze room in order to have chairs on my balcony. I would have expected the silver room to have chairs and not the bronze since silver is next to gold. I would have liked to have breakfast included in my stay. They did have grab and go but that could be a little pricey depending on what you get. I also think $60 a night to park at the hotel is a little excessive. I would expect a discounted price if you are staying more than one day. I stayed 4 days so you can do the math. You do have to pay to park almost everywhere in LA so I don't mind paying but $60 is a bit much for you to park valet at the hotel. There is no regular parking unless you can find parking on the street. The shower and toilet were very spacious which I liked. I would say they could use some of that space though the bed and have more sitting area. Rooms didn't come with a regular iron. It was a steamer. Over all great hotel and location.

I did not like it that there was no microwave or fridge in the room. It would’ve been nice to have an ice machine and a vending machine for a water or a snack. A chair and a table would’ve been nice too. The balcony was literally 24 inches. Just big enough to stand on and look out over, but the beds were super comfortable.

The hotel itself was very nice and modern, with a beautiful lobby area open to the air. Our room, unfortunately was on a side next to a nightclub with extremely loud music and thumping bass until 3:00 AM. We didn’t have a good nights sleep our entire stay. Although we liked the hotel, we won’t stay there again.

Avoid like the plague if you actually want to sleep. We booked this hotel to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. There is music with the bass pounding until 0630 each day. I could literally hear every lyric of every song! I told the staff as we checked out and they literally could’nt care less. We had no sleep. It was the start of a drive to San Francisco and put us on a back foot to start. We are tired beyond belief and the lack of sleep caused so much stress it has made our celebration into something awful. Do not stay here unless you want to stay awake all night.

Overall the hotel itself was ok but I would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone with kids or looking to be asleep before 3am. We arrived on Thursday and were given a room on the 3rd floor, just above the gym. Music from the club next door kept us awake until almost 3am and then we were awoken early to the sound of weights dropping on the level below. The staff were great about moving us and even gave breakfast vouchers, which was not expected but appreciated. The last 2 night however we were still kept up by noisy street (cars reving in front of the hotel and club) and again music from the neighbouring bars.

Poor customer service. Reservation line doesn’t answer their line, front desk can’t help you. No one listened or resolved my issue or offered an apology for lack of communication from hotel employees. Also, room very small, with no ventilation. It’s like you’re in a box. No fab vent in bathroom either.

The hotel itself is great—clean, well-maintained, and with just the right amenities. Its central location is also a big plus. However, I experienced a major issue with billing. I was mistakenly charged twice for my entire stay. While I did receive a partial refund, the remaining amount has still not been returned despite numerous follow-up emails over several weeks. It’s extremely difficult to reach their accounting or finance department as there is no toll-free number, and I have already incurred additional costs from long-distance calls. This situation has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, and I strongly request a full refund of the remaining amount. I hope the management can address this matter promptly to improve their customer service.

This property does not offer bell man service. When I pulled up to valet I was told that I had to unload my own bags and was provided with a cart. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told yes you do not have a bowel service.

I just left the Dream Hotel, and I’ll stay by saying I think the customer service itself was what gave me my turning point. Because honestly when my boyfriend and I pulled up seeing the location was a bit discouraging. Because for the price for a night, for a room, I think the location should’ve been more inviting. But not a big problem, because once we walked in the two gentlemen in the Lobby, who checked us in was so inviting, and very warm, the hotel offered Complimentary wine for Valentine’s Day. One of the gentleman’s was Andre , who went above and beyond to showcase the hotel’s excellent customer service. Thank you Andre. So I will still rate this a 5 star hotel. The room was also very clean, and very nice. Near perfection. Also, yes you can hear music and beats up until 2/3am but my bf and I were so tired it didn’t bother us by the time we got in. No complaints there, but if you are a light sleeper just consider that. :)

It was great besides the fact that my check in was at 4pm and I expected the room to be ready upon arrival and go through a smooth check in but instead I had to wait an hour to check in. No there was not a line, it was quite empty. This isn’t my first time staying at the dream hotel so I was a bit confused why the wait was so long this time.

Service was terrible for the price you pay. We were not able to check in until 5pm and no one notified us. While waiting we got terrible service at the rooftop bar. Rooms were not very impressive either considering the cost. Never booking this hotel again.

Valet parking was not responsive - I had to text and call multiple times. Air conditioning had some issues - I had to ask for a technician, technician was a great guy though who fixed it within 10 mins. Area around hotel isn’t too safe… lots of clubs and weird people around including homeless. Not for a family for sure.

Given the sketchy nature of the surrounding Hollywood area, this was a nice, safe oasis to stay in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was lovely, but we found the breakfast menu rather limited. The coffee was not hot ad tasted funny, No bagels and lox!

I was a little concerned that some of the reviews said there was a lot of noise. I stayed for a weekend and had no trouble at all with noise. I was on the 6th floor. We loved the style of the hotel. Our room had a super bed with excellent sheets and pillows. The shower is huge and very nice to use. I would rebook and refer friends to stay here. The sheer curtain over the glass wall that provides the bathroom privacy may not be comfortable with couples or friends who are on the shy side. The place is spotless, the staff is very helpful, the rooftop restaurant food was excellent. The morning free coffee and grab-and-go breakfast items (for pay) are ideal for a simple breakfast. The place opened in 2017 and is starting to show some wear and tear on the decor but it is still a great place. If you aren't used to urban living the neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. Use car service, don't walk (Hollywood is still trying hard to work on this and has been for years.)

Great stay at the DREAM. Super customer service including the very friendly and attentive front desk. This made check in a breeze. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice restaurants on site. Beautiful rooftop area where you can see the city and Hollywood sign. Great breakfast at rooftop restaurant. Enjoyed the Beauty Essex restaurant also. Ran into celebrity Evan Ross at our hotel and he was so kind to take selfies with all six of us. We heard Magic Johnson was next door at Tao restaurant. DREAM was located few blocks from the Walk of Fame stars. Other restaurants and stores within walking distances. We did see homeless people on the streets but not too bad during our Memorial weekend stay. The girls and I had a great time as we Uber to Disneyland one day and toured LA on one of the nearby Taste of LA tours.

Everyone else got wine at check in but me. Pool hours were limited and bar in lobby hours even more so. Rooms were quite small. Advertisements stated rooms are soundproof but obviously not since we could hear neighbor rooms- 1 below and 1 to the side- goin' at it. None complained about our noise tho. The aesthetic is super cool and tech is current. Everything perfectly clean. Beds super comfy and everything is super enough to welcome any affluent type. Most other guests seemed to be pretty dope and quite diverse which pleased us. Vale staff is awesome. Ability to make changes and extend great. No cont breakfast even though it was advertised with our purchased package; so read the fine print. Bathroom situation was bomb. room had a good city view as advertised. Desk staff were super cool (besides the wine thing) Overall was great/fun! Thanks!

Very nice staff, beautiful and cozy room. Great rooftop pool and the food at the Highroom was delicious. It’s just a very loud area, there is a club next to the property. I was fine as I sleep with music anyways.

My birthday dinner at the Highlight Room was canceled 2 days before because of a private event. It is impossible to get a Friday night reservation anywhere in the area last minute. We reserved this hotel because of the rooftop pool but each day the hotel guests were asked to leave at 1:00 pm because a pool party was thrown by the restaurant We did have dinner at the Highlight on Sat at 9 pm. Our food arrived after 10:00 and then at 10:45 we were told we had to leave because they were throwing a late night party at 11:00. Both nights we stayed at the hotel they threw a late night party where you had to have a ticket to get in. The music reverberated on our floor until after 2:30am. We paid extra to be on an upper floor/ big mistake!!! There were six of us in our party which means we had 3 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel guests are not a priority at the Dream Hotel Hollywood !
