The room was clean. The hot tub was hot, but the jets were not typical so it was hard to soothe sore muscles. Also, leaves in the hot tub were not ideal. The breakfast was not free so we didn’t partake in it.

This hotel is my home away from home when I visit Houston. I LOVE it here. I always feel welcomed and the hotel is always spotless. We even used a meeting room for a family function and the room and catering were excellent!

The staff was amazing, the hotel itself was very clean and well stocked, the pool was clean and the dining area was beautiful. The only one issue we had was there was only one working elevator but that was a minor setback. Will definitely stay again

The Ice machines on floor 5 & 6 didn’t work I told staff , but was informed that won’t get fixed for a few days very inconvenient. Very disappointing no intercontinental breakfast included with my stay only coffee and tea is free. Very happy about the facility allowing Pets that truly makes a difference when we stay I didn’t mind the $75.00 fee just thankful.

Great hotel. Clean. Has jacuzzi and pool. Clean gym open 24 hours. Breakfast was included. Great service. Has a bar and a restaurant for dinner. Not walkable distance hotel. Clean rooms. We were staying with kids for soccer tournament and would stay there again.

Very easy check in. Very clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom were clean and good water pressure. Easy parking. Very clean work out area and laundry area. Nice pool. Friendly staff.

My daughter was taking me back to the airport after my stay visiting her loading the car up at 4:30 am in the morning forgot her purse on the ground realize it after coming back from airport needed the room key had to turn around and get me her whole life was in the purse they won’t pull camera unless you have a police report she has an very important job and all the documents were in the purse. Drainage problem in the tub fills up with water as you shower poor drainage. When air conditioner come on you can tell they need to change the filters have a old smell blowing through vents. Security onsite didn’t see him the whole 4 days saw him this morning finally around 4:20 am I guess he sits in the car with dark tinted windows

The first room smelled strongly of pet urine so i asked for a different room. They offered us another room with very wet carpets and a construction fan running to dry the carpets, I declined. After two or three more room offers (and a 12 hour drive) with wet carpets we accepted the driest carpets (with the least pet urine smell) and fell fast asleep on the comfortable beds (with clean linens.) The next morning I woke up to a throbbing headache and overloaded sinuses. We were in town for a special event, and my face was super swollen in all of the pictures because of all of the hydrated particulates I inhaled all evening long. It was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had. Next time I will check out no matter how exhausted we are, and find another hotel. We chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name, and unfortunately this one didn't live up to our expectations. Why DIY clean the carpets on a Thursday night when you're "booked up for the weekend", like the desk guy told us? Seems like a Monday night project to me...

The front desk was great, the hotel was safe and friendly, but the rooms were small and VERY uncomfortable. First, lets start with the mattresses. I think Hilton found the cheapest mattresses they could find for this hotel. They were thin with no support. It felt like sleeping on some blankets covered with cardboard. Next and the worst part. the HVAC system in the room is very loud and cuts off and on regularly. It will run for 5-10 minutes. Then it would turn on after a few minutes and cut off. It did this all night long. I think I was waking up every 30 minutes due to the HVAC noise. The staff was awesome, but this is NOT a 3 star hotel quality in regards to comfort. The beds were more motel quality. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant for breakfast as it's $18. No thanks.

The property was clean and well kept and close to the highway. I did not like when I walked in, there was two people at the checkin, one was on the telephone and the other stood and ignored me. The young lady finally moved the telephone to greet and tell me thatbshe wpuld be right with me. The other I want to said his name was Claton not sure butnit started with a C. A white man with long hair. No customer service skills. I watched him greet others after I was taken care of. If you cant greet everyone, you should not be at the front desk misrepresnting the company.

This was an spur of the moment trip just for fun with friends. Everything about this property was superb! Check in was seamless, the staff was friendly and helpful. We came back and hung out at the bar after our Top Golf excursion and had so much fun! Skyy the bartender was outstanding. Breakfast was superb. Your staff is the best we have encountered. You should be proud. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was super friendly. Food from the grill was amazing! Front desk staff always welcomed you back in when you arrived. Hotel was clean, beautiful and in a quiet location. Only glitch to our trip was rental car’s GPS had a hard time providing directions to the location. Better success using google maps on phone.
