Friendly staff, very economical. Clean, nice rooms. We had the indoor pool to ourselves which was great. Gym was pretty basic (1 treadmill and free weights) but had all I wanted/needed. Nice free breakfast with good variety.

The beds were very comfortable. Front desk was very helpful. I like that it was pet friendly. The room had a musty smell. The floor in front of the refrigerator was damp. No elevators!

We stayed here on night on a road trip. Room was good, bath was good. They have pumps in the bath with shower gel,shampoo,conditioner, none of which worked very well. It was a pumping battle to get anything out of them. Bed was comfortable, pillows too soft. The laundry worked well. Pool is indoor, small good for kids,not so much for exercise. The fitness center is combined with the laundry and is the smallest I've ever seen. 1 treadmill,a weight bench and a dumbell rack,and tv. Its pk for a night but I wouldn't stay for any longer.

The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Housekeepers were friendly. Front desk staff need people skills. Breakfast was so so. Dog barking next door woke me several times. NO ELEVATOR.

Very comfortable and clean. We did pull back the bed covers and found some black hair, otherwise pretty clean. Bathroom needs to be re-caulk. Only negative was that there was no elevator to the room. Staff was outstanding and wonderful!

It was convieint and affordable. Not too clean. Entry was nasty at the back door. Pillows smelled like urine. Two different stays snd both times coffee was empty and there was nobody present to tell. Once at 8am and the second day at 6:30am. Rooms and back entry were dimly lit

Overwhelming mold smell. Pulled the a/c filters and they were covered with mold. Carpet was damp as well as the bedding. Couldn't change rooms because the property was booked. Noticed several rooms with doors propped open because they were very damp as well. Contacting the Pennsylvania Dept. of Health. Denied refund because we "prepaid for the stay". Offered a coupon for free room "the next time you stay". We live 2 states away, and even if we lived locally we'd never return.

The first room that we were placed in seemed nice. Upon walking in it felt neat and clean. When we walked into the bathroom we noticed some brown “stuff” in the tub and a good size crack or some type of damage to the tub. We called downstairs and one of the staff came up he said, “That looks like iodine” and proceeded to step in the tub and said, “Yeah , you won’t go through”. He swore something under his breath, said he would get us another room and call us. We wait for about 40 minutes. When no call came, I went downstairs and the staff member stated that he “forgot about us”, he gave me the new room number and loudly kept saying the new room number. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional seeing as other people were in the lobby. He waved the deposit and said he wouldn’t charge us for the newer room. Which seemed ridiculous because the room was not properly cleaned.The second room was better but had red stains near the fridge. The next evening we went out and when we came back through the back entrance there was dog feces in the stairs. We went downstairs to the lobby to get fresh towels and told the front desk staff. When we left in the morning the feces was still there.

overall it was ok.. plenty of useful facilities/amenities that I did not need to take advantage of. but my room clearly had not been vacuumed or vacuumed poorly. the were various crumbs on the floor around the bed and even a ground up ritz cracker next to the bed. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Icy Sidewalks; Very limited Breakfast Area; Boiler Broke and no water/hot water on Christmas Eve not even a free drink or discount on the room; $6 Pint of beer; Black Mold near showed; No Shower Gel replacements in the building; didn’t clean/make up the room in 5 days so over flowing trash. But great location for what I needed it for; nobody cared that I was Retired/Disabled Veteran sadly.

The hotel is a simple, 2-floor hotel. It does not have an elevator so you should book a first floor room if you can’t do stairs (we were not aware of this at the time of booking but thankfully it was only 1 night and we didn’t leave the room). It’s a decent hotel, well-kept and clean. They could use another light in the rooms and a nightlight in the bathroom but the best thing they had was the bed! It was super comfortable, I didn’t have any soreness when I woke up (something that pretty much never happens in any hotel we’ve been to) so this Goldilocks was pretty happy with that!

TV Service is 90’s at best. No local channels. Messed up guides. I watch my YouTube TV it was so…..BAD People and staff solid too. Not a fan of sleeping in kennels though. Keep your animals at home or pet hotel.

Our overall stay is always very nice. It was unfortunate that our room was next to the stairwell to the second floor, and there was a group of people/kids running up and down the stairs, from the pool to their room, most of the night. The LOUD BOOMING of the activities up and down the stairs kept us up ALL night. We were in town for a funeral. The disrespect of others is getting out of hand.

Girl at the front desk was not pleasant at all. She seemed rather upset about having to check me in. I asked about amount of hold for incidentals and got huffed at. Supposed to be pet friendly but then was told pet cannot be left in the room, cannot bark, and cannot enter through the lobby. Had to come and go through a back door. No elevator and when I asked about one was snarked at in response. The room was okay, mostly clean but very old, hairdryer from the 90’s. Breakfast area looked filthy. Won’t stay again.

New “owner” demanded a 111.00 deposit. Wouldn’t let me say a single word without interrupting me. Terrible experience I wasn’t even able to stay in my paid room. I’ve never been charged a deposit at a single Conblestone location. Absolutely ridiculous this lady is TERRIBLE

Treated horribly by the manager on duty. Very passive aggressive with overall bad customer service skills. I will never associate myself with any Cobblestone Hotel Chain nor my family/friends for as long as I travel. Disappointed is the operative word. Shame on you lady working the property.

I stayed for a long weekend and they were hit with over 4 feet of lake effect snow. Staff especially Scott was amazing. He handled people as best he could given no rooms were available. I booked an extra night in case it kept snowing. Hotel had no issues giving refund but expedia did. Took me over a week fighting with expedia to finally get a refund. I will definately recoment the hotel and will stay again

Not kidding, there's no elevator! Don't bring your loved ones (or yourself) here if you have mobility issues. Also the check in process is weird and takes way too long. The breakfast was actually terrible and everything in the little fridge at breakfast was rancid. Maybe they unplugged it by accident? What's funny is that it was quiet and the beds are decent. So, pros and cons.

Room was clean. Property is nice. Front desk employee very friendly. Originally booked 2 rooms for the wrong date. By the time I noticed it was check in day but it was check in time but a day early. I talked with Hotels.com who called the hotel and the hotel was very nice and changed my rooms to the next day for no extra charge. While the had every right to keep my money and tell me to re book and pay again the instead worked with me. They fixed MY MISTAKE and went out of their way to make sure we were all set. This means a lot to me and I Will stay again next time we are in Erie.

The girl who checked is in was very friendly and welcoming! There is no elevator and our room was on the second floor. I told her I am waiting for a knee replacement and she immediately changed our room so I didn’t have to struggle up the flight of stairs! We really appreciated her kindness and understanding!

This was okay… definitely great if you are dropping your kids off for college in town, or need a quick place off the highway on your travels. There is no elevator so if you’re on the second story be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. Not much around in the area either for food options. Personally prefer the other Cobblestone location in Erie near the lake. Probably would not stay at this one again.

The Cobblestone Harborcreek is exactly what I’m looking for when I’m in Erie. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming, rooms are clean and quiet. Location is convenient, close to I-90. Price is very reasonable.

Was well situated, one exit away from everything you may need, but still tucked away in a nice quiet setting. The Hotel had an issue with hot water one evening but the staff was very apologetic and managed to fix it by morning. We will come back when in the area.
