Clean hotel with good comfort. This is the second time I stay here. Location is great and almodt next to the skytrain station Phrom Pong. Big plus and reason i booked are the facilities in bathrooms such as Japanese style toilets and sanitary hose. Staff is friendly, helpful and you get much for the money. The pool should have been closed instead of kept open on the 26 January when it was not functioning and the water was very dirty. The staff at pool area plus reception could not give answers to what had happened. I recommend this hotel nonetheless and will happiñy come back.

Lobby was very busy, loud noice from karaokebar. A stressful vibe throughout the hotel - from the busy breakfast, to getting sunbeds, loud guests etc. I will not stay here again.

The hot tub that was in the pool was not working. Wish the pool stayed open past 8. The music with the videos on the elevator got REALLY old after 4 days there. Great gym. Great breakfast. Shower was great! Refridge in room not cold enough. Nice gesture from the staff on my husband's birthday!

Fantastic hotel, with amazing service from the staff. Rooms very clean with quite high standards. Rooftop bars great, with overcoming prices compared to others. Great food also for dinner and breakfast. Short way from big shopping mall with all you need.. Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Cartier and so on. The distance from airport is about 45-60 minutes. And if you grab a limousine the distance feels even shorter..😊. We needed late check out because of our late night flight, and the longest we got was until 1800, and paid half price for these extra hours.

The property was in a really good location, very convenient and a close walk to the station and emplorium shops. However, the bathroom we were given with our room was different to what we booked. We were meant to have a tall glass shower with a rainfall, however we got one with a bath and a shower head that was chest height. We had to lay in the bath to properly shower because it was too low, especially for the average height male. The water leaked everywhere and the shower head barely stayed up. There were small holes around the bath in the tiles to drain the water that leaked. It was a very poor quality bathroom and obviously were given an older room. We tried to talk to the service desk about our issues and that the room was different and they weren’t able to help us. The property was nice but was quite disappointed with the bathroom and shower, which was not functional. Would recommend the hotel if you want a great location and a lovely pool but Would not recommend this hotel if you like to shower after the pool, it is definitely made for people who are 5 feet tall or shorter

部屋はきれいだったが、エアコンのカビ臭さがかなり酷かった。ベッド横とテレビ横のプラグが壊れているのか使えなかった。それ以外は立地も良く、部屋もきれいでスタッフも丁寧でよかった。荷物を運んでくれた方が靴を脱いで荷物を部屋に入れてくれたのにはビックリした。

Everything about this hotel was hood. Except for the constant musical beat at night coming from the bar that was 1 floor above, but that wasn't horrible. The staff was incredible with a special highlight going to Phuena, the housekeeper that I had on the 31st floor. She was professional, friendly, respectful, and she did a fabulous job. No matter what she is being paid, she deserves a pay raise.

Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept.

A beautiful hotel. Really liked the room - the softest bed we’ve had in Thailand and good pressure in the shower. When we arrived we got birthday decorations on our room followed by a small birthday cake since this trip was our birthday vacation. The pool area is good, but not a lot of sunbeds.. sun hits from morning to late. the hotel bar “the lodger room” and “vanilla sky” are really cool places. And the breakfast was all you wanted and is the best breakfast we’ve had in Thailand (we are scandinavian so we take breakfast seriously). The area around the hotel is also really good.Will definitely stay here again

Excellent Location. Cleaning lady very good but housekeeping very slow. Took 30 minutes to deliver toilet paper as only one roll in the room for 3 of us with not extras placed on reserve as other hotels. Took another 45 minutes to deliver extra blankets. The aircon unit blows directly at the bed in the suite so not good and the shower water temp suddenly very hot and suddenly very cold.

The front desk staff was very nice. He even gave me an upgrade. However, in the room near the top floor, I could not sleep at all because of the loud music from the rooftop bar and the noise and footsteps of people walking on the roof until midnight. It's very stressful. I stay in Bangkok about 50 days a year, and I think this is definitely the worst hotel in Bangkok. I was really tired from the stress and lack of sleep.

First, the A4 paper provided by the check in staff did not go through it really well, and there was a special notes on the letter says about the bathrobes, slippers etc were chargeable. Please specify if you want to say it’s chargeable if you want to take home. (The notes make me feel like it’s chargeable when I use it within the hotel). The check in staff wasn’t really friendly, I didn’t feel welcome. She asked for a reservation number, I never need to give out the reservation number to any other hotels since they can look for my reservation through my name. After I given the reservation number, she just not recognising it then ended up searching with my name. LOL!! Not a pleasant check in experience. I would have booked another really good hotel at this price. I booked a Grand Executive Room with bathtub, but I only have a really low floor room and with no view. At this price Lebua state hotel is so much better. I have lived in 6 different hotels during my trip this time and this is the only hotel that I have given a really negative comments. Also some bellboys are so helpful and some aren’t. You def need to improvement.

Most of the staff didnot speak English. Just a couple of them at the Concierge desk spoke passable English. It was frustrating. Secondly, the front office staff were not customer friendly, perhaps because of the inability to communicate in English. The restuarant on the 7th floor where all meals were served had the roof leaking when it rained. Thai Tea was not part of the paidup breakfast cost. It cost nearly US$4.00 for a cup.

We had a fabulous time at Skyview…. In addition to being in an ideal location, close to tons of stores and the Phong Phrom BTS station, other highlights were the amazing pool, and last but not least, the incredible reception and concierge staff! Thanks Oh and Bank in particular. Will definitely stay again at Skyview!

Hotell var bra beläget nära en sky train och lätt att ta sig vidare över allt. Skyview på översta våningen var bra, fanns plats och allt gick bra. Negativt att incheckning är 14.00 oavsett vad. Om man skulle vara 40 minuter tidigare får man vänta på att klockan blir 14.00 även om rummet är ledigt. Annars vill de att man betalt. Mycket negativt för att allt annat bra bra

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful ambiance and excellent service. The staff were extremely attentive, polite, and courteous. One staff member who stood out was “Snack” who checked us in late and provided exceptional customer service. He was also good in English.

Room was clean. They also gave you tooth brushes, razor, and more. Staff was super nice. Room service was 24 hours which was great. The breakfast was seriously some of the best food the whole time in Bangkok. Walking distance from bars and shopping. Only compliant was pool was cold but we didn’t really go to the pool much, only once. Pool bar area was cool. All the restaurants attached to the hotel were great. Kinda far from temples but we didn’t really care about that. It was like 30-40 mins from temples but mostly because of traffic. Would stay here again if we came back to Bangkok.

Fantastic location, so near to the skytrain making all of bangkok including the airport very accessible. Staff were all freindly and helpful and i loved the overall modern decor and aestethic. The prime restaurant was beautiful! Thank you!

It was kind of secretive the way the rooftop stairs worked. Nice restaurant of the second to top open, and the top had a great roof top bar. Good buffet as most do in bkk, decent pool.Mixed drinks were weak, as most hotels in thailand. Excellent bufftet and staff

Staff was very friendly. Easy pickup from the airport for about $50 usd Location very convinient to shopping mall and the BTS stop phong phrom. Food at prime restaurant was bad. And pricey for what you can get elsewhere. The food is the one thing that prevents me from leaving 5 stars The pool has a great view and well kept.
